  1. I did this the other day. I had fun doing it.
  2. I think the AN benefits a lot more from the upgrade than the Galil does. Before the upgrade, Galil takes it in a landslide. After, the larger capacity and availability of ammo gives the AN a slight edge.
  3. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but Maxis hasn't actually said that to anyone in the game yet. So the decades-long wait he is referring to may still occur after the time period we're in now.
  4. This. I don't think all of this " the poster says 1996 therefore it is after 1996" is true. It's just something treyarch added, it's not something that is actually true, it's there just to as I guess you could say a mini Easter egg. It's not that it's actually 1996. Re-used texture. IMO. Green run could have been abonded there are several theories out there that make a lot of sence. For the whole Chinese soldier zombies, the whole SDC is just reused texture. Remember that GLF is during the communist era of china. Correct me if I'm wrong by I'm pretty sure the SDC in campaign mode is a democratic government. It's just re used text. Zombie apocalypse happened the government brought in the military, they got overrun by the zombies and hence we have GLF. There's no point in making a whole new zombie dressed in a communist era outfit when you can just tweak the multiplayer character and save yourself some time. At least IMO. "Hey, I think this date on the wall and other various evidence indicates what time period we're in." "Nope, because I said so." -You just now. Also, you keep referring to "communist era China" as if it's a thing of the past. They are still a communist country.
  5. If someone in Die Rise has already put their navcard in, no one else in the game can.
  6. The hole by the escalator is not a death drop. You can safely drop to the floor below, and then the one below that. I think in some cases you can even drop two floors down.
  7. Good call.
  8. At the same time he says that, you can hear something along the lines of "I need that, all of it."
  9. This actually happened awhile ago but I got sidetracked and forgot I uploaded it. VsnjfHySZN0 Right after the green burst, there's what seems like two voices. I assume it's Samuel's version of the quote after getting a persistent perk. Anyone else heard that one?
  10. I think that rectangular thing in the bottom right is a table leg.
  11. The ball in the dragon's mouth does not appear when playing on easy, just like the NAV card table. Seems to prove it's at least interactable, if not EE related.
  12. Not even in the neighborhood of fun.
  13. The sliquifer has no effect on the egg.
  14. Likewise. Would love to do some exploring. XBL - swappingspit
  15. Perhaps my inclusion of "season pass" in the subject was misleading. I meant the time of day that the DLC is released, specifically. Is there a schedule they usually keep to?
  16. In the past I've gotten each release whenever was convenient for me in the first week or so. With the season pass, and today and tomorrow off from work, I'm curious when it's usually made available. 12AM PST?
  17. The Worst Voice acting ever... lol Hyperbole much??? I'll go ahead and say as far as voice acting goes every single Resident Evil game and Final fantasy are worse. QQw5Sep9e24 My friends and I made fun of this cut-scene all throughout high school.
  18. Pump your brakes. http://www.officialplaystationmagazine. ... allery-top
  19. Just so you know, a city can become inhabitable after a nuclear attack in a month. Aside from that, I would say that there IS a significant amount of fallout, chaos, and zombies in Green Run.
  20. I think Green Run takes place decades after the nukes hit and Maxis and Rictofen were having a war for that whole time. Well like I said, Richtofen says he's just getting used to the aether in Green Run, so you're wrong. Marlton is about 35 in Green Run, would you say? So decades earlier when the nukes hit, you think he's in the Nuketown bunker at 5, 10, 15 years old?
  21. We know that Nuketown takes place simultaneously with Moon, and I think Richtofen's "getting used to the aether" quote implies that Green Run occurs shortly after. The zombies in Die Rise have blue eyes, so I think it will take place after Green Run. Maxis has a quote about "searching for decades," which as far as I know hasn't been heard in-game yet. I would assume this is decades after we sent the nukes to earth. The same goes for the "nothing to see here, such a lovely place" line. If I were to take a guess, I'd say at some point we'll be in Green Run again, in a different, possibly pre-nuked state. Unfortunately none of this tells us where on the timeline of human history all of this falls.
  22. ...it's very easy to misinterpret. I don't consider round 17 as "early." The Nuketown examples were just two. The players in those games also left much earlier than what my final "high round" ending up being on the scoreboard. My current highest round on Tranzit is 32 i think, which occured in a game started with 4 and played with three for 3/4 of the game, and ending on 32. EDIT: To add one last thing, I played a game of survival in which 2 players quit, and that game did not show up on the leaderboard.
  23. Really? Are you sure about that? Absolutely certain. To add to that, I've only played Nuketown twice. The first I made it to about round 17 with two players quitting. Afterwards, my high round was listed as 13. The second time I played, we made it to early 20's with two players quitting mid-game. Currently my high round is listed as 17.
  24. I played a game recently where a player left early, but the game still counted as my highest round score.
