sweet! do you know if doing it without the lag switch makes it count the stats. When you were doing it did all of your kills and everything still count??? I'm pretty sure it keeps your stats, I know it saved my kills because the first time I ever played it I was at 29k and after we finished I was at 30 something. It also saves the points in the bank as per usual so no issues with that, you can do the EE for either side still, just try and spread out and don't all stay together is my only advice. that's the only time it gets laggy is when 5 or more people are too close to each other, happens a lot around the box lol

There's definitely a lot more to do in Tranzit but I agree with the other guy that survival is definitly more fun if you want to play around with PaPing weapons, plus I love Nuketown as well :P

there will be more in Green Run because we still have to use the nav table for something, the nav cards might be for future maps or it might not and yeah maybe we do have to wait until Die Rise to find the right card to use on the table who knows but Green run is not finished.

I'm just glad the dude goes out of his way to actually give us hints and updates even if they are rather cryptic its better than nothing :P

It was in your first sentence. You also said one of the reasons you started this thread was because of the locked thread started by joel101988. Here's the title of that thread: PaP GALVAKNUCKS, Zombie Tazer Knuckles, and more... Here's an excerpt: "So, I haven't seen this posted on here, but I've noticed a pretty big find on the community.callofduty website. You can pack a punch the galvaknucles." In the locked thread, there was a video link of someone upgrading the knuckles. It's a troll vid, because if you do what the guy did, you will know that your melee attack goes away afterwards. Idk why you couldn't PaP the knuckles when you tried, but if you haven't done it, how can you say that your melee attack doesn't go away? I've tested it myself and it's what happens. I'm just letting people know what happens when they try to upgrade the knuckles (probably thinking it will make it stronger). Hopefully it will save other people the time and points. It's no big deal to me because my bank is full. This community should be about helping people and providing useful information, not spreading false/inaccurate/useless information, wouldn't you agree? I have, many times. I even posted a picture here of my screen where it says ZOMBIE_TAZER_KNUCKLES back when I did not see a pic of it anywhere (12/24). I even have a video of it in action. I can show it to you in Theater mode if you like. IMO, the problem with the locked thread was that it was telling people of this "big find" - upgrading the knuckles - when you didn't need to do that. Not only is it unnecessary, your melee attack is disabled when you do it. Having no guns in your inventory is all you need to have a faster melee attack. It's not because it says ZOMBIE_TAZER_KNUCKLES on the screen. If you don't believe me, next time you get rid of your gun(s), see how fast you attack with just the regular knife before you buy the knuckles. It's the same effect for the bowie knife. It's too bad the other thread was locked. I probably would have replied to that thread instead to clear things up. *shrug* Like Jake-Duck said, it's just the code name of the weapon, just like WEAPON_EMP_GRENADES and ZOMBIE_CYMBAL_MONKEY. I like the zombie rank vision theory although I've had blue eyes lots of times, even had them since completing the EE and I haven't noticed anything strange. I even tried to recreate the Laundromat light beam glitch in 8 player Tranzit for shits and giggles but it only showed up for the original 4 lobby members, but not for anyone who had to be invited or join in like myself -
that pretty much sums up my first jet gun experience as well haha, although I'm not sure people are acting spoiled, every map since the release of Black Ops has had its own Wonder weapon, every single map has also had its own unique one that kicks absolute ass in its own way as well. Kino - Thundergun Five - Winter's Howl Ascension - Thundergun again, matryoshka dolls, and gersch device Call of the Dead - Scavenger, V-R11 Shangri-La - Shrink Ray (31-79 JGb215) Moon - Wave gun/ Zap Gun, and the QED I personally find the Jet Gun to be lacking though because unless you have people helping you build it its basically cross country running in the fog unless you're really lucky with your teleports all for a weapon that you only get around 10 seconds of firing with before it overheats, you cant sprint or melee with it out either, if you do overheat it you have to build it all again, and on top of all that using it to actually kill zombies is more trouble than its worth because as you said they explode if they're on fire damaging you and zombies double hit much more often and quicker in this game, all it really takes it being unlucky one time when you're trying to kill a train and you're done. The most use you get out of it is using it to heat up the Obelisk.

yeah lol its much easier to be by yourself with a ray gun to get the job done, you can actually run small trains under there if no one else is with you

i think it would be pretty cool if they made it a custom games option, now that I've started playing with 8 people I don't want to go back and you'll get it, we did the Richtofin one last week finally lol, it got to the point where I was just telling everyone to rape the box for EMP and I built the gun, overheated it, and collected the 115 all on my own.

plus as an added bonus if you have a friend around with a turbine it'll help with the cooldown time, and you can fly with it :P

well its basically encouraging you to go blow 6k on the knuckles and then another 5 to PaP just to lose 11k and the your melee attack, kind of a troll for people who actually went through the trouble to try it out -
8 player tranzit is always hilarious but something that stood out that was kind of funny was when everyone was all split up doing their own thing and then we all lagged and had 1 bar connections for like 10 to 15 seconds and when the lag ended every single person went down at the same time and we got game over. so many points wasted haha. I had filled up my bank and I was giving points out to people (again 8 player lobby) and I gave some to two of them before the bank started getting too crowded and people started going down and when I set it up for the third guy that was asking he was reviving the guy that went down in the bank and as soon as the guy got up he booked and stole his points and left the game and the dude raged and went down and lost all his perks and spent the next 10 minutes swearing to nobody as everybody except him went into party chat and laughed. including the dude that stole the points and left.

I don't understand why we would take the nav card to another map when we have the nav table build in green run unless we get to build a new table and or find a new card.. I had the quote telling me to find the nav card thingy after doing the EE because I waited until after getting the achievement to build the table but it still didn't make a difference with accepting the nav card because nobody's worked :? -
hope he's not dead, he's my favourite person to play as when I'm not EE hunting

I wonder if you emped a lampost, jumped through the portal, to emp another with a max ammo conveniently right there and happened to port to two more in time if it would work, probably not but the emp effect lasts for a while so who knows, either way that would be hard as crap to do and so much luck

also more zombies spawn too like in grief mode, by wave 25 there were 3 of us in the thousands, and a few that weren't too far behind and there definitely aren't that many in regular Tranzit haha

yeah really for the last two days I've been playing 8 player and they're the most fun you'll ever play, the only time it gets really laggy is when too many of you are chilling together especially in higher rounds it doesn't take much because of all the zombies. But yeah we still even did the Richtofin EE and everything it was awesome, you don't need a lagswitch either, just two controllers and quick reflexes, look it up on youtube: "8 player Tranzit tutorial no lag switch"

did you have a turbine going where you tried it like that guy did? it helps cool it down faster so maybe it helped with the takeoff?
