Big Zombies Unlock After Campaign
Shootinfish replied to LiamFTWinter's topic in BOIII News & Announcements
This is the only report i have heard its a big unlock The other was IGN saying that the devs really recommended zombie players to play the campaign as there was something zombie related that unlocks at the end Im hoping a separate Zombie CODEX with some lore and puzzles and general EE -
I dont mind the updates , im hoping that there not the filesizes that AW had Sometimes updates bring in new features so its not all bad And i rather they patch the exploits ASAP even if its day 1

I had a search though the forum and couldnt find any discussion on this 1. What weapon is that wall gun ? 2 . What is the device with the gears ? "This map looks huge"

Treyarch: Why Call of Duty Zombies isn't its own game
Shootinfish replied to PINNAZ's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I dont really play multiplayer and would prefer to just have the zombies maps But i can see a issue How do you price this so its fair and still provides the funds for development (and profit) I can see there being additional costs also with the vendor (MS SONY Steam etc) What im saying is it not just as simple as doing a 50/50 (first figure in my head) split Also they want players to play all modes so it makes sense to package the dlc together How about if some way you could get zombie players on MP maps Putting zombies on mp maps in custom games so you could setup a game where you have zombies spawn in like MP except ther health increases everytime you kill them so when they respawn they have a higher health level basicly the AW suvival but with zombies I know this isnt a very good idea but i was trying to think of something that doesnt take a lot of resources and where you could reuse from the existing pool Another idea (LOL) freerunning with a horde of zombies behind you equiped with only a knife, and you have to lead them though traps -
Treyarch: Why Call of Duty Zombies isn't its own game
Shootinfish replied to PINNAZ's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I agree really interesting there using one executable for all modes Still not sure how your going to tranverse to MP or zombies, though its been reported you can just fluidly move with your party from one mode to another from the safehouse -
Mcnamara was involved with the campaign though Operation Northwoods etc But then again those documents where in the project nova mission with the tesla documents and the apollo 11 debriefing which was all really confusing timewise Anyway i found reading about mcnamara really interesting even if his charcter wasnt like the others "Need more beans for the chouder" "Damm hippys"

Treyarch: Why Call of Duty Zombies isn't its own game
Shootinfish replied to PINNAZ's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I thought a open-world Zombie game a bit too much and tried to make one About 8 months ago i downloaded unreal engine UDK and did some tutorials Further down the line UE4 was released and i did the same and did some basic tutorials I learnt a lot from this and now appreciate the skillset and people power you need to actually make a game even though it was a small insight I also found out im also garbage at pretty much every thing to do with game development You would be suprised the amount of people trying to build a zombie game on there own , and judging by the engine forum posts its been going on a long time and i havent seen any real success "First stumbling block of many is the AI" As open world zombie games go i only know of Dayz which was built from a mod not from scratch then concepted to a game Never played it but has been recommended (im trying to game less study more otherwise i proberly would have) Now i maybe wrong but i think most people who want a zombie campaign want a borderlands openworld with story style game with treyarch type movement engine and ai etc But i go back to finding a studio the right size and quality to do this Then there is the funding said studio Doesnt seem likely at the momment lets hope for the future -
Send one of your minions out to get one Anyway I thought you like chicken And shouldn't you be guarding your treasure

Treyarch: Why Call of Duty Zombies isn't its own game
Shootinfish replied to PINNAZ's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Interesting read Asked me year ago do i want a standalone campaign i would jumped at the chance Today though im happy with the format even though i dont play MP , im really looking forward to the campaign In my humble opinon an openworld zombie type game would suit this better than trying to rehash into a fps campaign Problem I see is finding a studio to do it -
Ok The first image the telegraph pole ,its only there for a few frames you cant see it unless you go frame by frame Next image the paper is inverted for some strange reason or this might be just a hint to invert other parts of the other clips Third image you see what looks like a tree and this again is only in there for a few frames which is kind of odd as putting so much detail into something you cant see normally is strange Fourth image is a spelling mistake Price is spelt prick although its spelt correctly elsewhere Final image is the label Vol xxi D20481 -30 Like i said above it all may mean nothing , but i find this strange and out of place going to such detail in places that shouldnt matter

I going to make a bit of junk post here so i apoligise before hand These imagecaps from the femme fatale i find strange and out of place They could be nothing but i thought i would bring them to everyones attention incase they do shed some light on something later on after release

Im starting with who he isnt ie: None of the people shown in the detective DXP clip It seems to me its hinted that its the person in the police report but this is too obvious Although the police training shot makes me think he could have tried out for the police and not made it for whatever reason He could be connected to the photographer did he tip him off ? Who rigged the ref of the boxing match ? Did he intentionally set everyone up to test them in the first place and see what they would do ? I think this has been mentioned but a newspaper editor is a good choice but once again seems to obvious

Really looking forward to playing the campaign Hopefully theres matchmaking in the four player campaign and i can get through the missions that way instead of solo Also cant wait for zombies and dont know which map to play first , think it might be the giant as i will be playing the campaign before zombies so it will be downloaded ready to play The reason im playing campaign first is A: The story has got me hooked so far and im also really interested to see whats in the CODEX (PDV) "BTW Im holding out for a separate zombies CODEX" B:I have plenty of time to play zombies after and its easier if i allready completed the game to just jump in a game of campaign when im bored of zombies and work on progression and unlocks Can see there being a mad rush for people doing the Giant/SOE EE first not knowing which map to do and generally running round like a headless zombie

Dont know if this is what they have seen or what there extrapolating but in the IGN video there saying that ctulu mode is a gobblegum effect they talk about it 6.22 in the video The way there implying its something they have seen when talking to the developers but im not sure

Shadows Of Evil Intro Cutscene Revealed

This poster is from Call of Duty's Snapchat - "Behind the scenes at Comic-Con" I assume that is the fight in which he uses the Knuckle Dusters & Sins. The poster is shown when the boxer is prepping and also you can see it next to a zombie so I think its safe to say that the year is 1942 -
The pentagram drawing on the notepad is more than likely the spinning board below Im not sure what to make of this in the top RH corner its similar to the afterlife symbol but not the same maybe it has some meaning

Shadows Of Evil Intro Cutscene Revealed
Shootinfish replied to LiamFTWinter's topic in BOIII News & Announcements
I could be wrong but I couldn't find any dates on any of the trailers only from the detective clip which is below , the latest date looks like 1942 -
It makes no difference to me that the campaign is unlocked from the start i still want to play though it from start to finish, V.E.R.S.I.O.N and the the story trailers have me sold Not sure if i play it coop first though but im assuming it has matchmaking like waw did Even though i love zombies i remember getting into WAW late ( After map pk 3 had been released) and wished i could have played the coop campaign earlier as the coop numbers had dwindled and there was plenty of time to play zombies as numbers online stayed strong for a long time To me cutting campaign from last gen is a no brainer and totally agree with the descision I know its easy to say this because i own a ps4 but it just make sense with old gen specs

Shadows Of Evil Intro Cutscene Revealed

I agree putting something in a spoiler tab isn't difficult , I can see how screencaps could ruin it for someone who wants to watch it without seeing parts already
