Blunt, I'd like to know whether you could possibly PLEASE provide a written guide to your steps? We know you want the community to figure it out on their own, but I'd like to see if we could make it occur more than once. If we can, then you've got yourself a crew of damn good easter egg hunters to get this sorted.

Okay, this is going far enough. Don't insult Mega. That's just rude. He's trying to help you for god's sake! You joined the site yesterday, and he's been here for over 2 years. That's not on. He was also a Moderator, which means he has dealt with problems like yours a billion times over. Also, making another thread after a moderator locked the last one is plain ignorant. You saw GRILL's requests for it to be unlocked. So far, what you've delivered us is a picture of a graphical glitch which was PROVEN to be a glitch a while back. Seriously, the nerve. I think you are a decent person, and everyone deserves a chance, but this is a site for people who take the game seriously (sometimes a little too seriously, and I personally am guilty of this stuff. I took 3 days off school because of Origins) and unless you can deliver definitive proof, then this must be locked AGAIN. If you have super proof, then you should have waited until you had compiled it into a good quality video before posting this. If you've waited days and days for this, I'm sure you could have allotted 2 more hours to get it done properly. Also, most of your "proof" contradicts one another. One second you'll be saying you won't tell us the steps, next minute you're saying that we need to go deeper here, as if you have found a slight lead, but not a full thing. Also, at the beginning, you said "The achievements don't lie" and so far, I see no secret magical hidden achievements in this game. If you have everything achievement-wise in this game, it will say "100%", not "Kinda 100%, but not quite." Please, don't take it personally, but unless you can give proof very soon, even a half-baked video "progress" would be enough to satiate us enough to give you the time to get a perfect "guide" (which you say you can't tell us). Also, even if you think you can prove it exists, there are always doubts about modders and cheaters, so unless you provide a guide to replicate your steps, even roughly, there is a much higher chance of you being believed. Take into account what I have said here, and if you are as serious about Zombies as you say you are, make a post over in the Introductions section to get a fresh start.

Loose Ends - The Unsolved Mysteries of Zombies (W.I.P)
Naitrax replied to Naitrax's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I agree wholeheartedly about the degrees. Is it okay if I quote your post into the OP? Everyone can answer the questions. All answers will be put in, this is a huge project, multiple perspectives and ideas are required to make it work. -
Oh really? You sure? That's extremely intriguing.

I think he may have clipped your head. This would cause a double downing, ending the game if it was 2 player. If you could possibly get footage, it would be easier to tell, but if you go into Theatre, and view the event from the side, does his foot touch your head?

If this is the case, can I have some Brains retracted off me? I feel there are some there I do not deserve: Such as for this post: http://www.callofdutyzombies.com/forum/index.php/topic/158671-my-plea-to-treyarch-ranking-and-purchasable-content/?p=1479560 And this one: http://www.callofdutyzombies.com/forum/index.php/topic/158522-is-buried-really-the-final-resting-place-of-the-tranzit-4/?p=1478031 Thank you.

Hello there, good citizens of this wonderful land of Zombies! I am here today to bring you a project of immense proportions! In this thread, we will try and tackle all the unsolved mysteries of Zombies. These can range from little miniature secrets which may hold HUGE relevance in the story (as evidenced by Manhattan Down & the Green Run project & China's Great Leap Forward) to huge unsolved mysteries, such as where are the O4 now (this one will not be attempted though, because unless new information comes to light, we have little to no evidence to deduce a conclusion)? With the advent of Sledgehammer Games' involvement in the Call of Duty development cycle, we are going to be faced with a very long Off Season. I believe we should use our time wisely, and work into solving all the mysteries of zombies within our power, be it a small thing such as a poster, to a huge thing such as the layout of the planet. This is something which cannot be accomplished without the support of the community, and I hope that with all the knowledge shared between the many great minds who reside on this forum, we can find out some clues as to where we are headed for next! Now, there are not going to be any set jobs. That system works, but has it's flaws, such as pressure on certain people. This is going to be something to which we all can contribute, with whatever knowledge we have, be it a comprehensive storyline grasp *cough* MMX *cough* or a knack for noticing things to do with efficient gameplay strategies. I would like to say a huge thank you in advance to any who will help me out in this huge undertaking. Your help is appreciated, whether you've made some banners to help spice up the page, or collected footage for display in certain parts of this thread. This post will be divided up into sections, detailing what each individual member has to say on the subjects. Let us begin then, shall we? Loose Ends - The Unsolved Mysteries of Zombies Degrees of Mysteriosity There are 5 degrees of mysteriosity: Thanks to MMX for suggesting this. Degree 1: We know the answer. Degree 2: We are pretty sure we know the answer. Degree 3: We can deduce the answer. Degree 4: We have an unlikely theory on the answer, but it is the best we've got. Degree 5: We have no idea whatsoever.

Why didn't Treyarch require us to time a Panzer's grab perfectly to have him retrieve an object from outside the map? Why didn't we have to lure Brutus to the Plane to lock it, making it accessible only in Afterlife? Why didn't the big guy have to break a decaying wall to find the switch? What if we had to have Him zap the Spire instead of spending 30 minutes running around and building something which we have to break anyway? Most things in this game could have been done better. Why do we need to put away 5 hours of our time to make it to round 35 and doing the Origins EE, when it's possible to make 100 on Ascension in the same amount of time? Black Ops 2 gave us more questions than answers, in more ways than one.

1000000000000% agreed. Running through the Shangri-La & Call of the Dead Easter Eggs made me think on how mazing it was that they were solved. I mean, Black Ops 2's EE's were by no means easy to solve, but Black Ops 1 just was amazing on the hidden egg front. Seriously, reading the achievement descriptions for the Easter Eggs was what actually got me into Zombies in the first place, not being shouted at by a young annoying girl because I'm killing Zombies here and not there...

Waiiiit.... When did you beat me for that honour? I look smexy with all buildables... I'm a pro buildable model, you see. Welcome to the forums and enjoy your indefinite stay.

This is seriously dangerous. Leave before you can't. I hope you enjoy this place we call CoDz!

Welcome home

Welcome to this humble, unassuming place. We won't eat you. Yet.

I've lost many a good headset to the enemy. I'll just turn off the volume on my good headset and fry my TV speakers instead

Imagine opening a portal from the doorway to a room with the box straight to some hazardous object, such as the lava.... Grief could get real spicy.

This thread is just something I'm going to be working on indefinitely, just going to post ideas here that don't deserve a thread of their own. Just comment and tell me if you like them or not. Perks: Tele Port Cost: 3500 Use: While you have this perk, each round you will gain what is called a "Marker". You can only have 1 Marker at a time. These points go to the down button on the D-Pad, where you can Use them to place a marker. Once you have placed a marker it will stay for the duration of the game, however you can only have one in use at a time. When you go down with a Marker placed, when you are revived or bleed out, you will appear at the Marker. This will cause a mini-explosion around you, just enough to give you room to breathe, say you teleported into a horde. It will also give you 10 seconds of invulnerability to Zombie attacks only! The invulnerability will only trigger if you were revived, not if you respawned. Placing a Marker with one already placed will cause the previous to be overwritten. Wonder Weapons: Portation The Portation is a gun which can be pulled from the Mystery Box. It has 32 bullets in a mag, and 192 in reserve. The gun has a slow RoF, shooting about 2.4 rps. The bullets hit zombies with extreme power, blowing them backwards and there is a 30% chance of slagging (just like in Borderlands 2, causing the zombies to take extra damage and be easier to kill) any survivors. It also has an under barrel attachment. This attachment causes the player to flick a switch on the side of the handle, and changing the ammo to Rifter Rounds™. Rifter Rounds™ are bullets which can open Rifts in space, allowing the player to travel from Point A to Point B by dragging the fabric of the universe to link the two points by a gateway, called a Rift. Shooting one of the 6 Rifter Rounds™ included with the gun using RT causes a marker to be placed. A small, red device resembling the War Machine taggers from the Ghosts campaign mission "Struck Down". Above the marker, a symbol will float, similar to the REVIVE symbol. It is a thick spiral, with just an outline. It is white inside. When triggered by firing a shot with LT, the tagger will hot the ground, then open, causing a colour effect similar to a Gersch Device's hue. The previously uncoloured spiral will turn purple, and be no longer an outline on the "Point A" and a green spiral at "Point B". The Rift will open for 9.4 seconds precisely. It will then close. Firing a round outside the map, unless instructed to for an EE, the laugh will play and you will lose the round (Not the Zombies round, the fired shot) Upgraded: Gersch's Dream The Gersch's Dream has 64 ammo per mag, and 384 in reserve. The bullets have grown about 1 quarter in power, and so has the Slag chance, from 30% to 60%. The RoF is now a slow/medium fire rate, shooting approximately 3.2 rps. The Rifter Rounds™ have become 12 in capacity, and have turned into the magical U-Rounds. U-Rounds have the same function as Rifter Rounds™, except they last 11.4 seconds and now have a small gravitational pull. They can drag and kill Zombies from either side. Thanks for reading what I have so far, and tell me what you think. Are they OP? How can they be improved? Would you like me to draw an image? ~Nai

My plea to Treyarch - ranking and purchasable content
Naitrax replied to Chopper's topic in Research & Development
Mocking is proposing a rank-up system somewhere else and it goes along with his custom box idea. You can earn certain weapons to put in the box by ranking up. -

Naitrax replied to Chopper's topic in Research & Development
Here's some food for thought, Mocking. Say I was a casual zombies player, who lets off steam time to time by playing zombies. I have no desire to go for high rounds, or to play super serious to rank up, but still want to be treated fairly in Public Matches. I still want to have the same experience as any other zombies player. I played a match last night where a guy showed me his really cool RPD from the box. No matter how many times I hit the box, I couldn't get that. It wasn't because of luck either. It was because he decided to equip that as a weapon, a feature which I had no clue about. I am disappointed, because it means I'd have to play lots and lots to get that gun. This is the reason half of us don't play Multiplayer: our time is invested somewhere else. -
Two players can have the Mark II. It's just that those two players also can't have a Raygun while they have the Mark II

My plea to Treyarch - ranking and purchasable content
Naitrax replied to Chopper's topic in Research & Development
For starters, how the hell does the Galil have any relations to the M1927? They're a different class of weapons... You know what? I'm not even going to argue on this. It's just not worth my time. Also, please remove that post where you called me a Satanist. Do you know how offensive that is? I was simply using that as an example to show the severity of the situation. -

This is completely off-topic, but please never post again (didn't mean for that to sound rude, just look at your post count and you'll understand ) But I think I'd be okay with Grief customs, but I hope we go back to every map not having 6400 names and to gain some insight on them, we must sacrifice all our consoles to the devil and carve a pentagram into the flesh of our first-born son. Just saying. -
My plea to Treyarch - ranking and purchasable content
Naitrax replied to Chopper's topic in Research & Development
One of the most fun aspects of Zombies is the fact of weapons differentiating between maps. The fun of trying out everything, and Pack-a-Punching them all is just awesome! I am 666% against Custom Classes and changing what's in the box. The Box is a place where Treyarch can put whichever weapons they decide work on the map in, and make them fit. Can you imagine having the starter guns interchangeable? You think that's cool, right? Wrong. What it would mean would be Treyarch would need to spend so much more time balancing the maps so that everything would work. Lets take Origins for example. If MockingMe had the M1911 & I had the Mauser, and we both Pack-a-Punched, who would have the better weapon? MockingMe also got PhD Flopper, so now whenever he's stuck, he'll just break out. My Boomhilda is something which can kill Panzers easily, but imagine the Mustang & Sally against them? The Panzer wouldn't stand a chance. Treyarch put what they do in the Box to BALANCE the maps. Why should we make them spend more time figuring out how they can give us custom weapons, starting pistols, and therefore which perks to give us on each map to keep us from becoming unstoppable. I know you all hate admitting it, but there is a reason PhD wasn't in Black Ops 2 until the map with the different starting pistol...
