What out of this thread was a leak? I really do not understand. Not from your Post, someone posted a bunch of leaked info about the map. Mods quickly deleted it. Thanks for clearing that up. I was starting to panic lol.

Hey guys, Nai here with my first ever in-depth map idea! This would be for the upcoming map, Origins, releasing alongside four new Multiplayer maps as part of the Apocalypse DLC for Black Ops 2. LEGGO! The Intro: We see a fighter jet flying through a shower of bullets. Inside the jet, there are four men: our characters (the O4). Richtofen is piloting. "We're hit!" he screams as the plane begins to descend. The camera goes to an outside view. We see many planes, firing bullets at a giant, Metal Man (Automaton). The crew eject from the plane far away from the Metal Man, and they land in a damp swamp. A horde of undead notices and begins to shamble toward them. The crew stand and group together, back to back. As the horde approaches, they draw their guns and begin to mow through the lines of shambling corpses. Suddenly, a deep rumble seems to emanate from below the ground. All the zombies drop and begin clawing at the swampy earth. The crew look at each other and silently agree to move out. They run through the swamp, the zombies paying them no notice, still clawing at the ground. They make it out of the swamp onto the solid ground. Tank: "What the fuck was that thing? You have some explaining to do Vonderharr Edward..." Richtofen: "Calm down Tank. That was an Automaton. That creature, that abomination... is, no, was Dr Maxis. Not anymore. Maxis was dead long before he encased himself in that thing. If we don't stop it, it will ravage the entire land. Even more than the undead plague has." Takeo: "Is that the truth? Maxis turned himself into... that thing... willingly?" Nikolai: "That thing was uglier than third wife!" Richtofen: "Quiet you drunken fool! The adults are talking." -Richtofen turns to Takeo- "Afraid so. A creature more machine than man. The Element fused the-" Richtofen is cut short by an explosion in the swamp. A much smaller Metal Man emerges from the ground. The crew turns and runs toward a bright, blue light in the sky... The Spawn Room: A small room with 4 zombie spawns behind windows. The walls are made of solid concrete and there are two weapons on the wall: the Kar 98 and the M14. There is one door (750). Room 2: Lab: Upon purchasing the door, you are greeted by a lab. The walls are starch white and the while tiled floors are stained with blood. This room has a Perk machine in the corner (Quick Revive) and an empty Mystery Box location. There is a STG on the wall for 1000. There is one way out of this room; up an emergency lift which only has one charge (you can revisit once you have the power on) Room 3: Trench #1: Just a plain old trench, with two doors. The arrow leading to power points to the right (1250), but the Mystery Box is in plain sight from the left door (1250). Left Room: Box Spawn This room is plain apart from the original Mystery Box spawn and a few vials of blood laying in the corner. You can pick them up (has a MotD-like part system). Right Room: Trench #2 This room has a Buildable table. There is a crystal laying in the corner which can be applied to the table with a vial of blood. This will not make anything yet, but you can revisit later to complete the Crystaliser (The WW). There is a door on the far side of the room, along with a Trench Gun on the wall. Room 4: Power Switch The power switch is located within this room. There is also a warped plank of timber here which can be picked up. There are two guns in this room: the M1 Garand and the M1227. There are two doors. You can proceed through the left one to reach a small, tight corridor with Juggernog at the end. Proceeding through the right one... Room 5: The Field From here you enter a large field with many risers. There are signs with chalk guns scattered around, hidden int he grass. In the distance you can see the dark shape of the 1000 foot-tall Metal Man. Need sleep, so will continue in morning. Hope you enjoyed and want to see more!

Thank you! The feud was going on from the time that Maxis began to shun Richtofen's idea of the MTD. Therefore, if, from what the Letters from the Field say, Maxis and Richtofen would have begun their ongoing feud. And, who's to say that Maxis and Richtofen didn't come back here from the future? I know they look younger but who's to say that extremely prolonged exposure to 115 didn't do that? It has many uses of which we may not be aware...

Those are our new characters (new to Black Ops 2 anyway): Edward Richtofen, Tank Dempsey, Takeo Masaki and Nikolai Belinsky.

Hey guys, Naitrax here with another thread. This one here is explaining why I think that Origins will be the final Zombies map From what we have seen, this map will include many amazing things. For starters, we are getting the O4 back, but not as we expected. This map is a prequel to the series. Lets get into the theory, why don't we? I have a feeling that in this map, we will get some very special achievements. Now, this is all just a theory, but I do believe them to have some credit. Summoning Circle In Origins, summon the power of the gods. Reasons: In the poster, there is what looks to be a circle of stones and an ethereal beam of light (similar to the Nuketown loading screen) We All Fall Down In Origins, topple the Metal Man. Reasons: We know there is a Metal Man (or Automaton) who is 1000 feet tall. This name just really fits with it. Carrion In Origins, feast on the blood of the fallen. Reasons: We know the Doctor is somewhat insane. We also know that there is a cult called the Flesh, and they eat human meat. This was never explained properly in its relation to the storyline and this seems reasonable. Where Are We Going? In Origins, discover the Teleporter. Reasons: This is a no-brainer. When you come across a Teleporter and finally figure out how to operate it, your first thought would be "Where does it lead?" or "Where are we going?" Always Running In Origins, evade the Metal Man on Round 30 or higher Reasons: This just seems logical. Nightmare In Origins, end the feud before it even begins. Reasons: The feud between Maxis and Richtofen. The entire storyline of Black Ops 2 so far. Since we are heading back to before the proper beginning, is it possible we could defeat Maxis/Richtofen before they can become tyrants? Certainly the beginning of the feud would be a nightmare... Why do I think that the names of the EE songs for the past 5 maps will be the Achievement names? I don't really know. But it just feels right. These ideas came to me and that's what I believe. Thank you for taking the time to read this and your feedback would be much appreciated.

"Not Ready To Die" is from Weasel's Perspective ~Theory~
Naitrax replied to Naitrax's topic in Mob of the Dead
Update: Changed name of thread. Richtofen being Weasel.... That certainly is interesting! I dont really see how it could ahppen though... -
I edited the code so you it worked. Just copy and paste everything exactly as is in the box below into the OP the OP. Here's a little guide to zooming through the maze quickly and easily. Before you exit the ghosts house have a look at the gates here: http://i.imgur.com/labEBPF.jpg and here: Be aware that you do not want to stand here too long or the witches will hit you in the back and take your money! Then move forward onto the steps and jump looking across the right side of the maze. From here: You can see 3 gate locations. 1 at the back. and 2 close to you on the right hand side of the maze. Then if make your way to the well and stand here: At this point jump up and look straight. It is at this point you can see many gates ahead of you. Example 1: Example 2: At the same stationary point turn and look towards the lamp on the right. Looking in this direction you can spot another gate. Example 1: Example 2: When you have seen the active gates you can navitgate through the maze quickly. Here are the possible combinations of gates: Gate Combination 1: Gate Combination 2: Gate Combination 3: Gate Combination 4: Gate Combination 5: I believe there may be more combinations, however, I found these 5 combinations repeated often. FULL MAZE MAP: Video example of navigating the maze quickly at 1:34: [ytfull]http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=dk1bUP2JYGI#t=94s[/ytfull] Strett. Hope this helped :D

I hate Treyarch. I got this error on Round 49! I was so close to 50! This is just unacceptable! #EvilTreyarch

2 NavCards Effecting Perk Lossage?
Naitrax replied to TexAvery08's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I've had this since the day Buried was released. Only realised 2 days ago. I have all 3 NavCard's inserted into their respective Tables. I am really loving it though. Once you have 7 Perks and you go down, no more OVER 9000 rage moments. Just go back through the Mansion and re-grab that last one and POOF- Problem Solved! I have no idea how I got this, but, as Marleton says: "Never look a gift horse in the mouth! Horses can and will bite if provoked." -
I'm currently trying a camping spot up inside the Saloon. I know this can be a little cheap, but I modified it to use traps to my advantage. I'll try and get a video up and then I will post it here Also, that's one hell of a strategy PINNAZ. You and I'll have to try it, us being the only Aussie Xbox-ers.

I had jumped to the conclusion based upon what A Drunk Soviet said and made the assumption that once you have gained the Persistent Upgrade where you earn over 10000 points within a single Double Points, within all subsequent Double Points' (until you lose the Upgrade) you will be able to purchase things for half their original price. Both this and your Mystery Box incident take place within a Double Points. I hope this clears things up a little, and this is by no ways confirmed. This is just a logical assumption.
-
I think I figured this out. According to A Drunk Soviet, there is a Persistent Upgrade gained by gaining over 10000 points within a SINGLE Double Points (x2). What this does is halves the amount of points needed to purchase something in all subsequent Double Points'. I believe this to be what has occurred to you here AND when you purchased Juggernog for 1250 points. Both of these events take place within a Double Points. I hope this clears things up a bit for you. ~Nai

Thats what I'm trying to organise now. If you have Maxis', would you mind friending me (GT: Naitrax) and we could see what happens? Actually, ANYONE with Maxis' side for Buried, please contact me ASAP. My GT is Naitrax, same as my name. Updated OP with Maxis' side picture.
-
1 theory: You are a hacker. But other than that, I have no clue whatsoever.
-
No problem! Clearing up things is just as important as making the observations themselves. Yeah, I have never been able to hear the entire Maxis starting dialogue. Either someone's character talks, or the actual person does. But I will take your word for it. Thank you! I tried to get them as close to the same position as possible, but that was not to be. Thanks! Yeah, too many people take the word of someone with no proof whatsoever. Also, would you mind if we did a few things? Such as jumping in a game together to see if the sparks combine and also me looking at the Maxis tower via theatre and posting an image here? Why thank you! I hope they do too. We need to get our Richtofen End-Game now.
-
Hello CoDz Forum! It is Naitrax here showing you something I have noticed about Buried and the Tower we are powering. Now, I've always been told that there is nothing other than the box in the Courthouse that tells you which sides your lobby has done. Thats right, isn't it? No. There is another way. Here are some pictures I took: Without Richtofen Easter Egg on Buried: There is just some black smoke coming off the tower. But, if we visit after we've completed either side of the Easter Egg (in this case Richtofen's), lets see what happens: As you can see, my Tower now has lightning sparking off it AND sparks (once again, in this case blue) spraying from the chimney. This is the Tower we powered for this Easter Egg. Here is a picture of the Maxis sparks: Forgive me if this has been found before, but I found it and I have not heard anyone say anything about it yet. Thanks for reading! ~Nai

Just completed the Richtofen side. One person used PDW (me), one used the Remington pistol, one the Paralyser, and the other a PDW as well I believe. Yes. I can absolutely without a doubt confirm you CAN use the Paralyser and the Petrifier. They both work, as long as you get within range (it has quite a large range) Guys, you all take Leroy for granted. Try doing this without Leroy holding a crawler (literally)! It is quite intense... Leroy got stuck in a wall for us XD

Maxis easter Egg Steps so far: 1. Build the Gallows (located beside the Courthouse, on the direct right of the Door) Assemble the following parts upon the Gallows. Maxis will speak to you after every part. Parts: Spool of String (Located within the Gunsmith, in a corner in the far right as you come up from the Bank tunnel) Electric Battery (Found within the Church, far back, behind the lectern) Replacement Globe (Located on the top floor of the building where *insert whatever you call the large assistant here* is housed. Next to Mystery Box location) Antennae (Found in the Farmshed, one of the stalls) 2. Destroy the Orbs To accomplish this, you need to place a Subsurface Resonator and a Turbine in front of each Orb, which will then shatter. You will know you have done this right when you hear a quote from Maxis. 3. The Floating Lantern After those two steps, a floating purple Lantern will appear and float around the main underground area of the map. You will need this to continue. Use a grenade to know it out of the sky, and head down to where it dropped. You can then pick it up. Maxis should now speak to you. 4. Charging the Lantern To charge this lantern, you need to stand inside the Church and use Candy to feed the Dude, who then needs to kill around 6-10 Zombies within the gates of the Church. For every kill, you will hear a note, which rises in pitch as you get closer to filling it. Once this is accomplished, head on over to the roof of the Gunsmith, where you will see a glowing outline of a lantern. Have the player with the lantern add it to the symbol, and a large code will appear on the wall above it. Decipher it using the code provided by CG Zombies. And this is where I have reached. I know you need to use the Galvaknuckles to bang the signs, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get that orb where it needs to go.

This tells your current side of the Easter Egg on those maps

Haha! I just recently got a new Xbox due to my old disk drive not working. Thank you friend! EDIT: Got the Mk II after doing this. THANKS SO MUCH!
-
Thanks dude! To be honest, it wasn't my first thought. Mineral processing (ore processing) was. I just read over some other people's theories and came up with this one. Thats quite interesting. I really like the idea of the spawn being hard to access once we leave, similar to Die Rise...

God... This is confusing. I have tried everything, and it just will not let me play my dlcs unless I am connected to XBL. I need some help...
