Everyone plays different, I searched and didn't see a thread where you can just post your strategy if you want. I am still trying to figure out a solo strat.... in 4 player though...first part is copied from the free perk thread...this is how we start though. we spawn-in first round we kill till round 2 or 3 in there, making sure to get all trample parts open spawn door and get other part(s) if we dont have them open the lower door to the pdw area, grab pdw's drop down from the bottom of the escalator to the trample table room build tramples by round 4 hang in there till jumping jack round setup 3 tramples in the back corner of this room to the right of the elevator sit behind them and prosper, if one does get in all 4 knife knife knife once we get through that round, we jump down to the mattresses, hang out a few rounds till we load up on points, grab the knuckles and AN usually. then we usually end up in the Buddha room, the back left corner as you walk in, up on the catwalk, you can camp there for a while and rack up points as there is no spawn back there so they have to walk/climb/jump up and run toward you. once that gets hairy we jump over to power building and turn power on, perk up, gun up, get set basically. you should have enough points to get fairly setup. this is the kicker here, this strat and camp room was shown to me by a member here, idk if he wants to me to name him, but it is legit. some of you probably already use it im sure but the remington room is where it's at. DO NOT open the buyable door across from the buildable window in the hall, leave it closed. Hope that you get a decent perk in the elevator in the back, there is also a window there. so you have a open hall door in the front and a window and a elevator and window in back. 4 good players can hold this room till round 30 easy, we did last night till round 29. 2 bigger guns at the front by the couch, one person watching elevator and window, and 1 floater. every few rounds hold a zomb at the back window and go get ammo, perks, etc. this is SO easy to do, and IMO very legit. also of note, you have remington there! with double tap, speed, pap, and ammo on the wall, the pap remington is a 1 shot kill till round 27 i think. in the JJ rounds put 2 tramples in the front hall, one at elevator, one at window, and knuckle them for those free perks. the other great part of this strat is you have a semi emrgency exit should things get bad in there, just jump on the elevator and go up. what happened last night it was rounds 28 and the team was waiting on my to put the kids to bed lol, a team mate went down from a bad fall. i went down because i was AFK and the zombie took a bad spawn (he wasnt in the window, a team mate was holding him). so that was bad, then i get back and we were waiting for another team member, and like a HUGE N00B i accidently bought that side door i just told you not to by. FYI that is the door that you can see in the back of the sliq table room...lol so that started round 29 at a considerable disadvantage for us. i had no perks and another team member had no guns basically. they all got overrun in the remington room, too many zombies, i could not rescue, no monkeys. so i hopped on the elevator and spammed the an94 until it went up. i had a nice ride to the roof and managed to get over to the dragon train area. it was probably mid 29 and i thought i "had it" but i round out of ammo, cornered myself, went down, game over.

in 4 player we spawn-in first round we kill till round 2 or 3 in there, making sure to get all trample parts open spawn door and get other part(s) if we dont have them open the lower door to the pdw area, grab pdw's drop down from the bottom of the escalator to the trample table room build tramples by round 4 hang in there till jumping jack round setup 3 tramples in the back corner of this room to the right of the elevator sit behind them and prosper, if one does get in all 4 knife knife knife 60% of the time it works every time....lol seriously though, this works very well and we always get the perk. one tip a freind pointed out last night, wherever you are if you want to trap the jumping jacks with the tramples, stand close to and behind the trample. this way the JJ's jump down and crawl toward you right onto it. otherwise if you are farther away from your trample they could jump on a wall/ceiling right over the trample and get to you. eta: once you get a few rounds in it is good to get the knuckles just for the JJ's. my team has an understanding, DO NOT shoot, ever, in a JJ round unless you are seriously about to go down. really though if you get in thick with them just run small circles and you can avoid going down and shooting.

for some odd reason my work blocks google docs, sucks. i would edit it when i can, my main google account is delawarenews at gmail.com if you need to give me permissions someone here is working on a visual map for die rise and doing a real good job, you may just link to that? the svu i belive is semi-auto, not bolt action. i understand that was an example you gave, still just wanted to throw it in there.

i cant access the doc, the pdw pap's are 1. red dot 2. target finder 3. mms scanner 4. back to target finder i hate everything but red dot but i was curious, we had lots of points coming up on round 29 so i kept punching it to see if i could get a red dot back. also i cant remember, is the first punch on a remington shotty a red dot? i know that if you punch it again it goes back to iron sights.

If you say what you just said.... your clearly not above the age of 12. That is the only age where its funny to be an @$$hole for no reason. Once you get older and you have some lil $hlt doing it to you, I bet my bottom dollar that your the kind of guy that will go on forums and rage AGAINST trolls too. With age comes wisdom, and apperently common sene. apparently not for everyone, I'm 30, been married 8 years, and have 2 kids. been a mechanical pipe and equipment designer for 10 years, and I'll say..... Minnesota burns is HIL-AR-I-OUS... my co-worker and I both get a huge kick out of some of his vids. if you watch he mainly only trolls people who really have it coming.

Heads up! Turned mode WILL add to your Kill/Down ratio!

I was pretty good at turned, it was fun -
but wouldn't you be running for your life if you were leaving an area with them in it to lock a door behind you?

really great post josh, very well put together. i agree it will more then likely be a 4 letter word.

Can anybody confirm this??? I actually saw a video similar to this on youtube. I didn't think they were in the cornfield but rather running from power to town where the rail cars and cars are there. they guy had denizens on him as usual and went and sat in this corner and they stopped jumping on him and he explained he could just sit there and not be attacked.

when i was new to zombies i saw train videos and thought it was easy, run in a circle. but to get good tight trains running in a figure 8 (if you have room) gets them tighter.
-
i got in a game with a random who was well versed in die rise and he showed us that you could set them up to move across towers real easy. really cool trick.
-
i do see the similarities. first time i saw the snake game was on my OG Nokia phone.

land of the dead?
-
i think it is tougher then tranzit for sure. tranzit was easy and i'm a n00b lol
-
i dont think that is correct. you get diamond for getting all in a category gold. SOME or one of the camo's you get from Headshots, not all.

will someone please post when the die rise fix is released
Caddyman replied to diezombitch's topic in Die Rise

Good post Lithium. I am not a pro, kinda mediocre really lol...ask flammenwerfer hah Like the second time I ever played Die Rise was with a friend in a custom game so 2 players. We went to the sweatshop area and opened all the doors and figured we had the MP5 and both of us ran trains easily till round 16 then the wife and kids got home so i had to quit. Last night I tried some new things solo. Training in the spawn room, meh, I can see how it would be done but it's tough early with the slow walkers. You basically have to utilize the center of the room and still watch for the droppers from the top of the steps cause they fall out of each corner near the desk. Training in the PDW room is pretty good, but it starts to get a bit hectic for me. I had a lot of luck in the Escher/Buddha room. grab a PDW and the AN-94 on the way and just work in there. Early rounds you can camp in the top left corner as you walk in, there is no spawn there and they have to jump on the upper catwalk and run toward you. You can last till round 10 or so just doing that. After that you need to train so you jump down and it is big and easy to train in there no sweat. Then I ran out of ammo so i made the jump to power tower, turned that on, got jug, and found PAP. That was cool but I couldn't decide where to start round 17 at so I killed my walker and just ran lol. If you are not awesome don't try to camp or train in the power area or maze that is there at all. I ended up on the roof around round 13 near the nav table as that seemed doable in my head. And it was not bad. I suppose if i had a steam tramp I could put it in the door to the left that goes to the other side of the roof there and block those guys from coming at me when i loop around the little building/stairs going down to the back of the area opposite the dragon slide. I managed though, PAP An94 was enough to take those side guys out as I ran around that shack deal. I lasted till 16 and went down. I had 1 down using QR once in that game.
