Post all your stats, your kdr is high enough so it must be down to your other stats. Seeing as how the round leaderboards don't get reset when the rest of your stats and your emblem does, as happened to me, I think that proves that rounds survived plays no part in the ranking system. Just a thought...

All my highest rounds are still on the leaderboards, for all solo and co op leaderboards for both green run and nuketown (no die rise yet I'm on ps3). Grief wins and loses are also still on the leaderboards. You lose all your other stats though (kills, revives etc) and those leaderboards will be updated with zero for everything. You also lose all the tranzit related stuff I mentioned in my first post.

Prior to my stats getting reset, I played exactly one multiplayer match (its not really my thing) so I had made the smallest amount of progress. I just checked now, and my multiplayer stats haven't been reset. I don't know much about the multiplayer side of the game to give any specifics though. I filled in a form on sunday on activisions support site to restore my old stats, but I'm still waiting. At this rate, I'll have re-earned the shotties first anyway, Personally, I don't think activision care that much, and if that's true I really don't see the harm in anyone exploiting this. Besides, the glitch itself seems a natural thing to do, you can't play online so you play local instead. That's what happened to me. Just a shame I wasted 2 months gradually raising my k/d ratio for it to end up getting reset anyway. :cry:

This happened to me(although I didn't do it on purpose and I lost my shotguns because of it) but I can confirm that it doesn't reset your high round records, just your overall stats. I also lost the contents of my tranzit bank, fridge and the navcard table as well, though none of those take too long to sort out again. I hadn't done the Easter egg but I'm sure you would lose that as wel.

I thought I did have them, my old stats were on the leaderboards before I started a game, but when I press right on my name in the lobby my stats have all been reset. I've just been on now, I still had shotguns (and blue eyes) but my PS3 lost its internet connection before I could start a game. I played a quick local game, then I went back on... to find my emblem is now one bone. My stats are still the same, but emblem is just one bone and one tally. So I go onto Tranzit solo to do something about it, head straight to the bank on round 1 like I usually do - turns out my bank is now empty as well! It was definitely full after my last game last night. I also got Richtofens "just getting used to the aether" quote as well, so i'm glad I haven't done the easter egg yet as that would most likely have gone too. I've never glitched so I've no reason to think they have been reset for a reason, and everyone else on my friends list is unaffected. What a joke. :evil:

Just thought I'd add this, last night I briefly lost my new shotguns after just a couple of public matches with randoms, first of all I played tranzit, one of the players was using the glitch in the power area and decided to randomly turn off the power at round 15 (after watching it back in theatre). I was stuck at the diner with no turbine so couldn't get back to turn it on. The other 2 guys went down shortly after, and respawned with me. I was able to revive them everytime they went down, and I even earned the quick revive upgrade from that game, but we all ended up downing at farm on round 18 on the way back to the power. So even though I feel I played pretty well, my K/D for that match was only around 75. After that I went into town survival, and a stupid mistake meant I went down on round 5. I waited to get revived, but everyone else just left me to bleed out despite it being near the end of the round. I thought, if they can't revive someone on round 5 then we have no chance, so once I started spectating I quit. I really hate it when people rage quit, and I guess I deserved to lose my shotguns for that, and thats exactly what happened. My K/D had fallen back to 195. It took me just one game of solo Tranzit to round 32 to get them back though. I don't know how useful any of what I've just said is, but for me at least it appears that once my kdr falls below 196 I go back to the skull with knife. I know it's not the same number for everyone, but as it only took one game to go back to shotguns it doesn't appear that you have to reach high rounds on back to back matches, assuming the rest of your stats are good that is.

I finally got the shotguns tonight, got them after quitting on round 34 on Tranzit with no downs. I've reached round 44 twice before so I'm sure it's based on kills/downs rather than high rounds. My Kill/down ratio is now 198.6, it was 195.2 before I started that game. It was also the game where I passed 100,000 kills, not sure if that could be a factor? I've been keeping track of my k/d since I posted my stats on here a few months ago when I had just a 107 k/d. I have the skull with knife, no really high rounds though and my stats aren't as good as a lot of people's on here...
