Just wanted to bring up a relevant point I made a little while back: Anyway, good thread Never really trusted old Ludwig M. myself, you'd be amazed how many people forget he was a man trying to manufacture an undead army for the Nazi party...

Spice Up Zombie Gameplay: Add-ons/ideas
Gamecrazy1 replied to AceMcCL0UD's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I've always really wanted like a musical mode to zombies The idea changes everytime, but the main idea is that each gun corresponds to a different instrument and notes are played based on where the bullet(s) hit an enemy... -

Leave a walker towards the end of round 1 and use the Quick Revive elevator to transport the parts to the table easily. Don't worry about the zombie, he'll just shuffle towards you slowly :) -

Hey everybody, i've been around for a couple of months now, but no one really knows me so I decided to introduce myself Call me Game. I've been playing zombies since WaW, but sadly I missed out a lot in BOI due to only buyong Rezurrection. I tend to play a medic style class, often rrisking my neck for a revive. I'm currently on around 1.1k revives! The ultimate goal is to eventually be part of the top 5000 on PS3. Other than all the shooters, I tend to mostly play RPGs. If you want to know anything else, please, feel free to ask.

~EJ's Pro-Tips~ Need Some Advice?

Thanks, EJ! A tip for your troubles: Verruckt and Der Riese are the only WaW maps to have confirmed locations within Germany. Verruckt is set in the "Wittenau Sanitorum", and Der Riese is stated as being "Somewhere near Breslau". Anybody got a suggestion for a medic setup on Die Rise? Not much scope of use for the Krauss. And if so, where is the best area to be so as i'm available to people in all areas? -

How about a storyline/EE and map-specific sections? Anyway, a quick tip for tranzit. You can access the roof of the bus without the parts in 3 locations; The power room, the bar, and the Juggernog room. If you time your jump just as the front of the bus comes even with you, you should land square in the middle. (Bar, you should probably try it a bit earlier if you haven't got much experience with it.) EDIT: Oh right, almost forgot... When did our old pal Eddy first develop his love of spleens? Think it was Kino, but not sure :/ -
Speaking of flamethrowers... I need them back before we get any more fuel based weapons! >:(
-
I believe Der Reise is "Somewhere Near Breslau, Germany" I think so, sounds familiar. Thanks :)
-
I can't quote such a big post on my phone; but don't Der Reise and Verruckt have confirmed locations within Germany? Can't remember Der Riese, but Verruckt is something like "Wittenau Sanitorium, ?, Germany ".
-
Pretty cool. Would've fit WaW's time period better, and it sounds amazing :)

Loved it since I first heard it Oh, I was talking to myself just the other day, saying alk sorts of thinks I never thought i'd say, but one thing I said really bleew my miiiiind... WHO'S WHO! It annoys so many people when I sing it...

Not sure if I said it clearly, but yes, the forms of drops are created in Aether. 115 is what actually gives it substance within our reality. This explains how a drop can not only come from zombies but be in fixed locations. (Also, it's an honour to have you grace my thread, lithium )
-
Hmmm... Didnt think about Maxis. I'm assuming that in the way we kill a zombies provides a drop, that gives the "Kick" that produces the drop. An electrical discharge such as those from the spire would act in the same way. Residual 115 provides the form, and perhaps the aetherial link is provided just by richtofen's presence.
-
Each their own. Drops probably did start off as that, I'm just trying to cover the storyline implication.s if it's not
-
Yeah, Rich's a presumed affilate of the Illuminati. I believe the quoute is: "I have been rewarded by Treyarch! Er, I mean The Illuminati!" [brains]
-
The voices in the pyramid, possibly Vril-Ya in origin... If Richtofen is being not only influenced by the voices but CONTROLLED, then he'll act as an unknown vessel for whatever desires or whims they have... Lucifer Seems Legit :P

So I got what gave me the idea for this was everybody questioning why 3 of the N4 can only her Richtofen during drop announcements, while Stu can hear him all the time. Whilst many people have theorised on Stu's link, I want to focus on the drops. We know that drops are given by whomever is in the MPD, what are the drops? I recall reading somewhere that extreme amounts of energy can actually CREATE matter. I believe that a drop is actually focused energy that provides a direct link to the aether, which explains why anybody can hear Richtofen when one is picked up. The MPD User focuses his/her energies to determine which form a drop takes. This can be used in different ways. Max ammo uses the aforementioned matter creation. Instakill is the drop's energy manifesting within the player. Double points is the energy charge being redistributed. Grief and Turned feature the newest drops, which have most likely been devised by Richtofen. This could possibly point to anything the MPD user wills into existence being real. What implications does this have for the storyline? It could mean, within reason, Richtofen could make ANYTHING. Sorry for the wall of text, but I thought this would be a unique take on an old concept :)

What i'd like to see is combining perks with this idea. Lets take a map, say an altered Die Rise. You look for a machine, but it just so happens rubble has broken off the top! Now, you can leave it... OR you could sacrifice a perk body part to repair the old machine! This would give a mixed perk, with both in one slot. The drawback is that the effects of the perks are reduced. So Juggernog with a tombstone top would give "Dead man walking" or something similar, which gives the player a weaker Jugg and a tombstone for downs ONLY, no deaths See where i'm going?

I think so, but the N4 are all (Relatively) normal, aren't they? Whats to say they couldnt be infected? Remember, 115 only reanimates DEAD cells, so all four of them could be carriers. And they most likely are, because according to this TV the infection is airborne. The only real reason the zombies are attacking them is due to them being the closest survivors.
-
Well, based on the symptoms, I'd say stu is already infected. Not certain here, but I think the symptoms are short term memory loss, paranoia and (I THINK) disorientation. For anyone not sure, the tv in question is the one above the sliquifier room.
