  1. I'm pretty much sold on the ad lib aspect of zombies. There is a foundation, but the community builds it and sometimes they take notice and add Easter eggs that are based on our ideas. But with all of the "what do you think" and "perhaps, maybe, perhaps, maybe" we always hear from JimmyZ it just makes me think they take credit sometimes for things they shouldn't.
  2. Yea, exactly. I think a score of kills/time spent in game, would make for a much better point system than rounds in this case, it's not fair to have four players and only some do most of the work. So even though you're all in the same game, don't expect to see your names next to each other in the leaderboards unless you can pull your own weight.
  3. Sigh....anyway. I always give what I get, if you revive me I owe you, if you try to revive me and don't, I still owe you. If you try to tell me about a game I've played for years and treat me like I don't know anything, I take it as you telling me what you think of my skill, so I may forget to pick you up a few times. There are times when I ask not to be revived, like on Tranzit, because I always roll with Tombstone, and the spots I enjoy most are well out of people's way (for instance, I love the Nacht area). I've always been bad at it, so I usually weigh the pros of risking my life. I know when I'm down, I'd rather see the next round, instead of feeling responsible for throwing the game on account of me going down. Just don't go down, easy.....*cough
  4. There is much background noise within the map, you're basically just hearing surviving wildlife. Or perhaps they're dead, you can hear the ghosts of children in the cornfields and you can hear men and women crying/screaming in the Town. There was a lot like this that I missed before I bought a headset, sometimes I just hang out in theater mode just to listen to all the small sound effects.
  5. They still could update the game. I don't think putting money into an old map to make it larger is a smart business tactic, but a simple update that could basically rip off another map would be fine for me. Having a shortened tunnel like Tranzits underpass would be cool, you could just take out the lava, move around the debris and render it another color and that wouldn't cost much and would breath some life into the map. It really would be cool to get from one back yard to the next by going underground, just collapse the area Marleton makes it out of and give us a small hint on how he made it out.
  6. Would it not be awesome to have NML as a separate stand alone mode? You could for instance, add screamers, flamer zombies or any mini boss monster in the game, I just think it would be crazy dealing with 20+ mini boss monsters at once, the rounds would be longer of course, but increase the drop rate slightly- or add a stand alone leveling system so you could eventually become strong enough to deal with a mode this hard. Short and sweet, thoughts?
  7. W@W for me. I LOOOOVE what bo1 did, but WAW gets the win for one reason, no fall damage
  8. It's been touched upon many times, I've forgotten all the steps but I think ROFLwaffles (or one of the big namers) made a connection video on it, might steer you in the right direction.
  9. I just want to live stream my zombie games on the ps4 and talk about theories mid game, that's the first place my mind went to when I first heard of the 2015 release. At first I was mad, then I realized I was well past the point of burned out on COD franchise as a whole, even zombies (I'll never stop playing w@w/BO1 maps but I'd be lying if I said they weren't old too) so over time I realized it's the break a lot of older veterans needed. In the case of Borderlands, they don't take enough time in between DLC and game releases to give players a break, it's an amazing game but I've come to really dislike it because of constantly playing it. So I'll agree with SMM and say this "break" is much needed, I have been catching up on a few titles I missed out on, and of course, finally getting a little use out of my new gen console.
  10. If it's called World at War 2 I will break into song, and throw my money so hard they'll have to peel it off the gamestop walls! What do I want?....I miss the Nazi back story, the muted tones of the maps, and of course, those hilarious quotes.
  11. Walken is in the realm of Finn, not someone you want to mess with, but has enough class and humor to make them a likeable person. To answer the question YES, Walken is one of my idols so they could star him as an Olson twin and I would go watch it.
  12. I'm not sure if consistency is paid attention to in the loading screens. But his art style in MOTD is very primitive compared to the other loading screens. Not to say artists can't do multiple style, but if that were the case, Weasle was WAY ahead of his time because comics simply were not drawn as nicely as Moon details. If I am correct they are in the early 1900s (1940?) so comics were still a new thing and artists didn't focus on that career as much as they would today.
  13. Does this tie into the slips of paper on Der Riese? I don't think I ever seen an answer to what they were, or why the characters react to them...
  14. A simple question, that I decided not to make a poll. Do you think that the story is finished before the game releases? Or do you think it's all off the top of their heads? I think when it first became popular, it was fleshed out enough to have a solid direction, but with BO2 it definitely feels like it's just planned after the last DLC drops before it. A sub question as well, would you rather discover the TRUE beginning of zombies? Going all the way back to the power being created to control. Or would you like to see what happens to our old heroes?
  15. Who's to say this "postcard" was not part of a comic/magazine? It's creased in the center, and enough dirt to cover any staple marks. As an advertisement of course, things like this will never come to light though, which is fine because it lets us come back to it over and over with (hopefully) new ideas and theories, much like the grain effect that was put on Ascension's picture when you are picking a stage, we'll just never know.
  16. It's on Verruct too.. It's actually one of my favorite WWs, for the fact you can permanently slow runners down on high rounds, and because it's not the weapon people usually fight over, so when I get it, I don't have to hear any crying. I say it all the time, it's not a ray gun like people try to use it as, it's a support weapon.
  17. What can I say....as the years go on, you develop new ways to keep it fresh
  18. All mental man, the more you focus on your goals, the less you focus on other things, like staying alive lol But to answer your question, yes, I have whole weeks where I just psych myself out, especially if I'm playing with someone new and don't want to be the weak link.
  19. The worst I ever got was someone telling me they wish my family dies from cancer, but the best part was that he called me a(EXPLICIT) " retard spamfag cunt" Which has since become my favorite series of words lol
  20. Never seen a box spawn in a beginning room ever, I could see it on moon because it's technically not a spawn room but Kino? I dunnnno....
  21. Such a wore out, tired trick. You would think in the case of a "new release" to the console you would want to promote it a little more clearly lol. So will anyone be getting the map to see if anything small was added?
  22. I'm trying to think of why the perk would even be useful, there are not real drops other than where you can drop down by jug to where the dog head comes from the wall. It's just fact that zombies team love messing with their fans, in, and outside of the game.
  23. Part of adding the bank was to get set up in early matches, I guess they wanted to keep it easy for those that want to dig their spot and sit the whole game... But now that I'm thinking about it, exluding Moon all the boxes were easy to get to, and Moon was easy if you didn't want to keep the hacker.
  24. Is it really? any links for us stuck at work?
  25. My preference is 16+ and not an idiot. I don't even really care if you're good as long as you can listen and keep it fun. I tend to not go under 16 years old because our conversations can get pretty out there, depending on alcohol consumption and subject matter.
