  1. Hey! I don't believe I was active while you were, but anyway, welcome back! I'm bagel. My advice to you is to go into the "A Zombie Trilogy" Thread by MMX and catch up with everything in Mob of the Dead. There's a lot of summed up info in there you'll probably need to be active again and know what's going on currently. See ya around!
  2. Hey! I'm bagel, and like Delta said, if you make it to 50, I'd say your pretty dang good at zombies. I've seen you posting around a bit, and hopefully you're here to stay. I know you'll enjoy your stay :D
  3. ^Yup. And you're going to have to worry about things like spawn errors and such. Let me know how you're doing via this thread. Good luck!
  4. Whaddup Fortune? Wow, Monkey's brought in a ton of friends. My advice to you is to join the Zombie Olympics! It's a callofdutyzombies.com only competition where members of this site are competing against each other! You should join. You can prove how good you are at zombies, and meet some new friends. Just click on Site News from the main page and it should be the first thread there. But be my friend. I have no friends.
  5. I was in a game with two younger sounding randoms and one with no mic. Both had normal skulls w/ Blue Eyes, so I decided they may just be those little kids that are for some reason a little too good at video games. At around Round 5 at Diner, the mic-less guy plugs his mic in, and says this: "How old are you guys?" "I'm 5." "Whaa? No way, I'm 5 too!" "Really? Well I'm 5, and I have a girlfriend." "Well I have 2 girlfriends." The other random and I backed out simultaneously.
  6. Hmm. That's helpful, and it saves time. I wonder why 3arc even let you use the key on it in the first place. Thanks!

Hey John! Welcome to the forum! I would add you, but sadly, I'm on ye olde Xbox. If you want to see zombies for more than just survival, you're going to love it here. See ya around!
  8. My favorite character used to be Sal, but after watching that exact same video a few weeks ago, it changed to Billy. Their backstories is what did it for me. Sal worked his way to the top of the food chain the Mob for power. I first thought he was the noble, developed leader, but instead, he's more of a greedy manipulative man. I first thought Billy was the aggressive, underdeveloped character, However, his backstory says differently. Billy joined the Mob for his mother. He never told his father what he was doing, and they had no idea he was actually the one bringing money into their poverty-stricken home. How about that for noble and developed?
  9. I see just a few Easter Eggs on it, nothing really of importance. 1. The 3 Monkey Bombs, if you really want to count them. You can only carry 3 at a time 2. The second reticle looks a hoard of zombies standing in front of a Spire. 3. If my mind isn't playing tricks on me, the first reticle looks like the handle of a Ray Gun. But that's probably just a matter of me seeing what I want to see. it's more than likely an eye. 4. If you look upwards from the Monkey Bomb directly next to the trigger, you see clothing that looks like George Romero's. Again, probably just me seeing what I wanna see.
  10. Excellent post, Brigzy! This gives a very fresh perspective on the storyline. Obviously the events of MotD are of some importance. We didn't hear about it for no reason, so somehow Weasel and the UE are going to come back eventually. Perhaps the UE will somehow use Weasel to get control of the zombies? Maybe that's the reason he wanted Weasel alive at the end of MotD. I haven't thought of the UE coming to the N4's timeline. I find it scary to think that the Rift could close and we'd lose the zombies forever. I'd rather pretend there will never be an ending to zombies Clearly a ton of hard work was put into this thread. Keep 'em coming, man!
  11. Hey Crtl! It's good to see you've stepped out of the shadows and made an account. Please, continue to post! It's great to hear everyone's input everywhere. And trust me; CoDz is definitely the best place to read about the greatest Zombie Apocalypse stories to date. You'll enjoy your stay. Btw really likin' the name.
  12. Hey George! You and I seem to have similar stories! I started to hear about the story early at Der Riese, and sense then I couldn't have enough of it. I checked out your channel, and I must say, great quality! Continue to upload, please! I've subbed. Maybe you can start to upload some of your ideas you get while you're here at CoDz! I'll be watching. Hopefully I'll see you around the forum!
  13. This happened to me 2 weeks ago. Before I started up a game of TranZit to see how well I could do now, and asked my friend to join. He said no, and went to hangout with his girlfriend. So, everything is going normal. As I get my turbine, I say to my little brother as a joke. "This is my girlfriend." Eventually I start teleporting, end up at the Pylon lamppost, place my turbine, and then suddenly it decides to fly directly into the lava then sink down under the map. All I could think of: Even turbines would rather kill themselves than love me.
  14. Oh poop. Sledgehammer, you better let 3arc hoard the money from COD. We need our Zombies! However, in the words I saw on the loading screen of Minecraft today, "Always assume rumors are false, rather than assuming they're true."
  15. Absolutely perfect strategy, perfect. I literally read this last night than gave it a try tonight. Gathering everything from rounds 1 - 15ish took most of the time. Rounds 20 - 30 took roughly 2 minutes per round. The entire match so far to round 40 took under an hour and 45 minutes, and the hardest part has been resisting my friends trying to make me play Multiplayer with them and end the game. I'm currently at 41 with all perks, Blundergats, spork, but sadly no Redeemer. I thought I heard the sound cue and returned to Alcatraz to see I was wrong, and blew my chance. With my Xbox paused and two more days before I leave on vacation, I think I may be able to hit around 70 before I leave! My highest round before this was 35 on Die Rise. This strategy was extremely precise, and doing everything by the book works big time. Chilling in my basement with the Elena Siegman channel on Pandora and slaying this easily is too fun. Thank you so much!
  16. Very nice job! One more thing about good ol' Mict: Day Itzcuintli (Dog, or the 6th day of the 365 day Aztec calender,) is governed by Mictlantecuhtli, God of Death, as its provider of tonalli (Shadow Soul) life energy. Itzcuintli is the guide for the dead, the spirit world's link with the living. Itzcuintli is a good day for funerals and wakes and remembering the dead. It is a good day for being trustworthy, a bad day for trusting others of questionable intent. Looks like this can reflect on listening to Maxis/Richtofen, and Sal, Finn, and Billy listening to Weasel. They ended up dead, so the 6th day happened to be good for that. Apparently in Spanish, Mict is actually the same as Lucifer. Even more interesting, Jan 1st 1939 is the 6th day, or dog day, of the Aztec 365 day calendar. I think it's safe to say we know where we are in the Aztec world. Also, though I couldn't find my source, I heard that he also had a pack of wild dogs that ate his enemies, like Cerberus, but instead of one three headed dog, hundreds of them.
  17. I think that they should either allow custome games on the leaderboards, or make it so you can "lock" the lobby and no one can join. This way there's none of that "Please leave with 2 seconds on the game start clock" stuff.
  18. Hi Pyrrhics, welcome to the forum! I'm sure you'll fit in fine here, considering a lot of us here are here simply for the storyline, as well as gameplay. I recommend putting a link to your YT channel In your signature so people can check it out! Remember to not advertise your channel, ask for subs, or anything like that in any other way. You can, however, include your videos about certain topics in your posts. That will attract a lot of attention to your channel. Link your channel, I'll check out what you're all about. Enjoy your stay! :D
  19. @PINNAZ Thanks! And that is... incredible. That is definitely the best explanation for the inconsistencies in time. As I was writing this, I typed it into Google to read about it, and found its relation to Xerum 525. There was a post by you in the results! http://www.callofdutyzombies.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=100&t=27206&p=263647&hilit=xerum+525#p263647 It has a parallel relation to Der Riese and Zombies. Then I searched it on CoDz... Apparently it was being discussed 5 years ago. Only I'm slightly late. I wonder why the entire concept of The Bell has died down here, considering Xerum 525 has a direct coorelation to other things in BO2 zombies, which I won't name yet. I'm about to start a post about where The Bell is still being used in BO2, if you're okay with it and not working on anything yet. Man, I've got to give you the credit for making my head spin on that. Thanks for clearing that all up!
  20. I posted about half of this in a thread asking for advice to get Shotguns quick. I don't go into early rounds, you probably have that down. This guide is simply if you're going for High Rounds on the Leaderboards in Solo. -Survive however you want until around round 15. -Open the bar and Jug. Purchase Jug, Stammin Up, and Double Tap in that order. Then, purchase whatever you want however: -The safest and more detailed strategy needs the door to Speed Cola to be shut, so besides that, just do whatever. -Don't get your first Quick Revive until Round 15. Though you may fail, eventually, you won't, and this will keep you always on your toes for the rest of the game, AND you won't waste any drinks on the stuff that doesn't matter. [The following is for rounds 15+] -By now, you should have the weapons you like. Try to start every round near the Stammin Up Machine area without buying the door to Speed Cola. This way, you'll get a pattern in the way they spawn, and you'll know what to expect. -Now you are to run trains here. If you need to see how to run trains/kite that area, check out this video. Lal6BbTEgW4 (Skip to about 5 minutes in and ignore the commentary, I disagree with a lot he says ) All you must do is run the way he does and you're good on that. -DO NOT FIRE UNTIL THE ENTIRE 24 ZOMBIES HAVE APPEARED UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECASSARY. It's too easy to down yourself that way. Simply wait until they are all in, then sprint away from them towards the PaP. When you are 3/4 of the way there, turn around and let 'em have it. Aim for the head if you have a gun, shoot at their feet with grenade launchers. After the hoard is down, run back, lather, rinse, and repeat. -Try to leave a last zombie if you need something, like a box run. It's ok if you kill them all before round 30, but it'll be tight, so only 1 box hit/perk buy. Post round 30, forget it. You've gone way to far to risk anything now. I can't stress enough how important it is to make sure the door to Speed Cola is closed at all times, or this area will no longer be safe to train. -If you're dissatisfied with your current weapon/out of ammo, trade it for the M14 off of the wall. Continue the trains, and occasionally spray at the head with the M14. If you run out of ammo mid-round, sprint ahead of the hoard to Jug, grab an MP5, and wait at the edge of the building facing PaP. Drop down when the hoard catches up. After this round, PaP either the M14 or MP5. I recommend the M14 because ammo is right there and it's effective with headshots, but you can do the MP5 if you feel like you can get to that ammo. -If you ever go down, do not fire your Mustang and Sallies. All this will do is gather zombies to spawn around you. Crawl out of your corner where you were trapped, and watch where the zombies go. 1)If no or few zombies went into the bar: Run up the stairs and snatch another QR, and wait at the area where you can drop onto the street for the hoard. As soon as you see one, don't fire. Simply look off the edge, and look for a safe, zombie-less place to drop. Run off the edge to there. If there's a clear way to make it to Jug, sprint and get up there. Grab MP5 ammo if needed. Next, do the same strategy to drop off as was done with the bar, but get to the train area. Grab Stammin Up, wait for the hoard to catch up, and walk a big clockwise train along the walls of the area, excluding the back alley where zombies spawn. If things get heated, get back into the bar and get to the drop area. Grab Double Tap between rounds, then return to normal training/kiting. 2)If they ran into the bar: Run a safe route towards PaP, then make your way to Jug. Do not grab MP5 ammo, even if you need it. As soon as you see one, don't fire. Simply look off the edge, and look for a safe, zombie-less place to drop. Run off the edge to there. If you have an opening, run straight to the Stammin Up entrance to the bar. If not, head for the entrance on the side. Grab QR, and do the same strategy as the Jug building. When you get down, grab Stammin Up, and walk a big counterclockwise train around the perimeter of the area, excluding the back ally area where they spawn. Grab Double Tap between rounds, then return to normal training/kiting. 3) If you run into that terrible moment where a ton of them are standing in front of the exit, either continue the train without perks, or buy the Speed Cola Door. Sprint through the next entrance, and follow the guide for step 2 for perks retrieval. However, instead of staying there after getting Stammin Up, run into the bar. You're going to have to run trains here now. Here's a video for how to do it. (Ignore the commentary.) 1jEkWTrzXxU (Skip to 1 minute in, listen if you wanna hear about the Galil ) -Just run trains wherever you think is safer (I say Stammin Up) for however long, and BAM. You've got yourself a high round. And that's how I run my high rounds. I personally hang onto my M1911 and PaP it, using MP5 for point building early, then hit the box for something, then use those two until I'm out of ammo for both. That's when I'll grab a wall weapon. I personally like M14 > MP5. It just makes it more fun to feel like you're doing something other than holding RT the entire game. Most people gag at the thought of an M14 for high rounds, but trigger finger + headshots = success until at least 35. Then you might as well spam the box for an RPD/HAMR/Ray Gun. The only reason I dislike LMGs is because of the slow pace you get, and this gives an extremely easy way to run trains, but no Speed Cola unless you can effectively run the bar, which I don't recommend. Just remember that the good ol' Wall Weapons are always right there for you. Good luck!
  21. I don't necessarily think this is a personal hell for Weasel, but more of an entertainment for Lucifer, just like Greif and Turned. Those events happen in the normal world, just in a different time period than the events of TranZit/MotD. Just as Richtofen's powers allowed in Die Rise, he could simply set the time back to when they arrived and allow then to attempt his steps again. So, we see the fireworks over in San Francisco because it's New Years, and no one would be working on the bridge if that was the case. This whole Million Year hell is actually occurring on one day. After they killed all these prisoners and guards and broke the cycle, I assume Lucifer resurrected them as normal people with wiped memories, and cleaned the place up. He let all the perks go back to the original time and cleared out the skulls. However, the GG bridge chairs stayed and so did the rest of the living zombies. We have the newspapers in the Warden's office to know he did that. And besides that, yup, I think you're spot on. This discussion occurred in another one of my old threads. We had the confusion and pretty much gave up on the maps before the map came out, hoping for something in game, and still no explanation. http://www.callofdutyzombies.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=149&t=30678 Alcatraz wasn't even a federal penitentiary in 1933; It was a military prison, and still being built. And we know our mobsters weren't military, and they couldn't have been executed for escaping before it was a prison. I'd say 3arc had their facts wrong. They have commentaries where the call Weasel Arthur Arlington, but in-game, he calls himself Albert. Maybe we need to ignore the dates as a whole for this one. It's so confusing.
  22. Yeah, that totally glitched out for you. I've been 5 times in one game. But, I've seen glitches before where you are unable to purchase certain things, like Jug, because it thinks you already have it. Perhaps something happened while someone was going to/from the bridge which messed it up?
  23. It's supposed to be good for rendering/uploading theater mode videos/screenshots directly to Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube, however, I don't even see any screenshots, rendered videos, or saved gamemodes on ELITE, but all of my recent games are. I guess if yours doesn't glitch out, it'd be good for uploading videos with decent quality.
  24. Yeah, but I've seen this with BO2 as a whole. I typically get 2 or 3 drops at the beginning of a round past 21, and one is almost always a Max Ammo.
  25. "FEAR TEDDY" (aka the Doctah) I like it. Very nice find, man!
