99% Sure I Figured Out the Next Tranzit Easter Egg Step!
charries96 replied to Xieon's topic in TranZit
3)There is a sign on the bowling alley that says "4 lanes" ie 4 players/4 colors This is a bit random but maybe we need to get each player to shoot it at the same time, or perhaps have people run to each building in a certain order. I reckon if this is the next step it will almost definitely require 4 players. ^This Spiderbite has tested this over an over. On PS3 and PC I can only seem to replicate them in the same game I complete Tower of Babble in. I've replicated them quite a few times on PS3, check my file share sometime. -
Is there any way I can favorite this thread or something? I'm very interested in this! I also think that this is a possibility looking back at the Nacht der Untoten loading screen from Black Ops (I think?) You can see there is what looks like some kind of human assembly line which could be "The Flesh" shortly after being produced and the bottom panel looks like they're in some kind of trance and possibly receiving instructions from the monitors. This may just be a random coincidence but the third person on the front row of that bottom image kind of resembles Stu to me. Any thoughts?

It seems that I don't encounter it anymore and I'm on PS3. Since the latest update I haven't had this issue once :)

99% Sure I Figured Out the Next Tranzit Easter Egg Step!
charries96 replied to Xieon's topic in TranZit
If trying to achieve something through experimentation and hypothesis is considering being an idiot, then we all are - including you. There is one small problem with this, OP: the beams of light are glitches that only occur on the Xbox 360. That being said, it wouldn't be smart for Treyarch to make the Easter Egg only available to one console. I've been able to replicate the beams on PS3 and PC though? :| Will post screenies when possible. -
See that in the bottom right corner? Looks a bit like a super 8 reel to me, more specifically, this; What? I know that looks like earth, I was on about the right hand side.. not the left.. Sorry to burst your bubble, but I'm quite certain that the bottom image is in fact Earth. It has the shattered image to display a "Broken World" kind of idea.

Another thing that makes me think Kino is a possible area is that there was that spire there when we noclipped out the map, maybe we'll have more freedom if we re-visit it! I'd love to see that map return with the song 115 again! I'm still interested in seeing HAARP make an actual appearance sometime.

This is kind of like saying Zombies is the Animus of CoD then?(for those who have played Assassins creed)

I can't believe I didn't remember this when I first heard it but after analyzing the Die Rise cut scene for a while to try and find some things to post about I've finally made a possible link between Die Rise and Der Riese/Kino. Note: A big thankyou goes to Shooter for compiling the storyline into one easily accessible thread which you can find here: viewtopic.php?f=100&t=28818 I believe the next level may be an updated version of Kino, trying to trace the O4's footsteps in reverse order back to Der Reise, here's why: Shortly after Richtofen takes the group back to Der Riese they end up fighting hordes of zombies as per usual, and upon leaving Richtofen fires a Wunderwaffe shot that accidentally makes the MDT capable of time travel. If anyone else here is a science fiction fan then they may pick up on this before I even get to explain my point. In every science fiction Movie/TV show I have ever watched, in order to time travel it is required that a hole is made in the space-time continuum. This hole in space-time continuum could be the rift that Richtofen (or the "voice", for the benefit of those who believe Richtofen is repeating what the voice says) is talking about. [Another theory of mine is that the orbs could be miniature rips] Look familiar? to me this image looks similar to the energy beams we see whilst using the teleporter. The background for this looks similar to what we are actually in transit in the teleporter. Now for the Die Rise loading screen that leads me to believe that we may be visiting Kino again. See that in the bottom right corner? Looks a bit like a super 8 reel to me, more specifically, this; A better view of a super 8 reel: My final, but not strong, piece of "evidence" suggesting we are visiting Kino again is that Treyarch randomly bought back the Crawlers and enhanced their abilities, the first place we saw these was in Kino. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update 1: I played a few games in Der Riese, I never noticed the pad at the mainframe had a huge freakout whenever I had a pack a punch weapon equipped after teleporting. Linking the pads also had a similar (but much less violent) effect on the pad. When traveling with a normal weapon effect seemed to not happen at all.

Marlton's Background-- THEORIES! (UPDATED 3/10)
charries96 replied to bagel_'s topic in General Zombies Discussion
I believe that the coordinates were for the Jackass flats, whilst nuketown was a few miles North (Pinnaz had a diagram somewhere.. explaining the distances between Nuketown, Jackass flats and Area 51) -
I think this is an interesting take on the song. However I believe that the VR-11 was used on Stuhlinger and that it's starting to wear off (Judging by the quotes on TranZit)

I had a random burst of mist the other day after activating the teddy and then throwing a random 'nade. I'd just started playing Solo TranZit and just left the bus depot interior.

"Have we figured out if we need a certain amount of money in our bank in order to find out what to do with the NavCards? Some people think we can get a second bus route whilst others think there is a secret room. A few people also believe that the NavCards are DLC related. In my personal opinion I think we need to max out our banks following Jimmy's tweet regarding points. I've completed both easter eggs, the last one I completed was Richtofen's side. I'm willing to try anything that involves points and peraps EMP the bus driver by a road that leads to nuketown. Maybe we need to stop the bus using Russman, afterall the sign says stop rus. Reply with your PSN name and I'll add you and we can try to debunk theories." Just to make it readable for the other members of the forum.

Please use some grammar at least. Your sentences are really hard to read because they're all clustered..

Sorry to revive the thread but reading the posts about Winter's fury made me think of George Romero for some reason, anyone else get that link?

All map name translations. Do they mean anything?
charries96 replied to ODXStealth's topic in General Zombies Discussion
But the name of the map is der riese not der reise so its "the giant" Right? Correct you are sir! I was just trying to highlight the OP's mistake :) -
I was thinking a trip to modern day kino because it looked a lot like a reel of film to me, plus there was that big spire under construction wasn't there? I wonder how that's getting along.

Music has GOT to kick it up a level!
charries96 replied to Stop Mocking Me0's topic in General Zombies Discussion
As much as I loved Carrion I was disappointed that it wasn't as good as Lullaby of a Dead Man, The One, Beauty of Anhiliation or 115. I wish we could get the original artist back, or perhaps some Rammstein or Die Toten Hose! That's be grand! -
ATTN Treyarch - sledgehammer and the fly
charries96 replied to Chopper's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Fair deuce buddy. I can't really say much to argue my case back other than my honest opinion that Treyarch are pissed because it only took 4 days for people to "complete" the map (depending on the definition of completion.), with the upcoming release on PC and PS3 i'm sure they wanted to make it more challenging than that. -
ATTN Treyarch - sledgehammer and the fly
charries96 replied to Chopper's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I would like to voice my thoughts quickly about the "nerfing" of the new wonder weapon (I'm sorry for forgetting the name, so sue me.) If you guys think that you could for a second create the kind of system Treyarch have made then I reckon at least 90% of you are lying to yourself. Treyarch put a lot of money and effort into their games and frankly what they make is definitely much better than what this forum could make as a whole. Maintaining the needs of the community is hard because everyone whines about one thing or another, no matter what they change there are always people hating on something. Next time you guys want to bitch why don't you try making a game like this by yourself. -

This is a bit off topic but I randomly keep getting Green Sparkles after killing Zombies with Nades or Activating teddies on TranZit. I was in Solo (Max Rank) and I opened the door using the power at bus depot, killed a zombie with a nade then got a green sparkle.

Hey guys, this isn't going to be long but It's just a quick idea on where no mans land (Area 51) could be. I did a quick Google on Area 51 to try and find an image but then I went onto maps because I never found anything worth looking at on images. Could this be No mans land? https://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=37.235 ... 1&t=h&z=17 You'd have to visualize the pack a punch cage and water yourself but it seems plausible because of the similar shape in the ground and the building. You can also see 2 medium-sized shapes that could be the objects blocking us in NML. Hoping to do a big write up on this sometime, definitely with a lot more evidence and hopefully link somethings from other maps into it.

Wobbling PaP - Shared Mountain Theory (NML & Shangri-La)
charries96 replied to GRILL's topic in Asylum
Grill, this is an amazing theory and I no matter how many times I noclipped at those mountains I don't think I would ever have been able to link the theory like you did. Bravo! EDIT: The Shangri La loading screen shows a temple being sucked up, maybe this is how it got to Area 51, hopefully this helps your theory! :)
