does the chicom pack a punched have a better mobility over all guns or is that just the smg of choice for some people? i see some good players use that and i was wondering if there was a reason for it.

i don't think it sounds similar at all to portal...

NEW THEORY I think you have to buy 40 perks before you can start getting it again. when everyone first started getting this persitent perk it took about 5-10 tries with some people taking up to 20 tries. most of these people had well over 40 perks drank. so that wasn't the issue and thats why they were able to get it so "easily" the first try. Now that you lose it you have to get those 40 perks drank again. Here is why I think its 40 perks drank. And I really, REALLY, think this is the actual reason (but am not entirely sure, it just makes sense). But when you went to der reise you got 25 points from the perk when you went prone. When you have cash back you get 1000 points. So I was thinking, what is 1000 divided by 25. the answer, 40. And since people were saying it took around 50 tries to get it back the second time I thought well since it took about 15 times to get the persistent perk the first time, and about 50-60 times to get it the second time 60-40 equals 20 which was around the max people said it took them the first time to get so yea it takes 40 perks as a precursor and 5-20 more perks drank to actually get it. pain in the butt but can be useful to new guys on die rise or on tranzit when you don't have any money in the bank.

It does seem that way, but when you're barely starting off the game or jumping back into a round during the high rounds with little to no points, it can really be a bonus in your favor. It can take around 50 times to get it. and its not the first persistent perk that has been that large amount of number either. think of steel barricades. it can take forever sometimes to get that persistent perk.

every time I see someone die to this glitch, its cus they went straight down the middle its because the roof has so many spawn points

Nova 6 Crawlers the Voice in the Ather (Die Rise intro)
TheBSZombie replied to Grupo935's topic in Die Rise
great find. -
o and wayyyy of topic but what are the medals on the side of the screen under your post count mean? and how do you get them?
-
the #2 way to die and the #6 way to die both show him jumping straight into the middle of the slide.
-
*people incorrectly believe* definetly. its one of the stupidest theorys out there lol. I believed it the first time I did it then I thought of how stupid I was for believing it.
-
what you did wrong was go directly down the middle of the slide. go down the left or right and you should never go down.
-
i guess you hate tranzit. btw its not that much waiting in tranzit. i just got to round 40 in 2 and a half hours.
-
no. and yea its not worth the effort for me, especially on tranzit when I have a bank. but on die rise it could be useful, that extra 1k could get you the pdw or open up a door in the beginning for those that want to get set up super early. but i just played tranzit retained it for the first 4 perks i got when I started, retained it when I got the next 4 perks when I went down and then the next to last time I went for perks I forgot to do it on double tap since You pretty much have to get in there and get out because its so tight in the farm and lost it. so tough luck for me.

Ok so I think I got the specifics down. Since Iv posted the other thread where we discussed the permanent perk, most people said that they could never get the cash back perk a second time. The few that did say they got it said that it took them around 50 tries to actually get it. So heres my theory on getting it. It takes about 50 perks drank as a precursory to get it. After that it takes about 5-10 tries of you going prone after buying a perk to actually get it. Once you get it you HAVE TO GO PRONE EVERY TIME YOU BUY A PERK. and by going prone you have to do this as soon as the animation of you drinking your perk is done and you have to be by the perk. My advice to you is to never lose the perk and to do this you never buy a perk if you don't have time to go prone. Once you do lose the permanent perk, which will happen because I'm sure some of you will forget to go prone, (I lose steel barriers every time on the jumping jack rounds on die rise) its going to take another ~50 perks drank before you can start going prone and is able to get the persitent perk again. A problem I thought of when I first heard of this permanent perk was what if the elevator is in the process of moving when you buy the perk. That isn't a problem though. if you go prone at the empty elevator shaft, you will still be okay. tldr: watch this video. I advise you to watch it anyways because its a little more in depth.

people also believe that it is an easter egg to get more drops.... there are many spots on cotd and kino that you could have a friend go prone, dolphin dive on top of him, and you would both go down. here is another not so funny video of the glitch.

Mini-DLCs and Taking out two birds with 500MSP
TheBSZombie replied to Stop Mocking Me0's topic in General Zombies Discussion
maybe a roof survival map. we already have a box location up there. the elevators could work the same way. so sometimes they would be there and sometimes they wouldn't. they could have 3 perks and the pack a punch machine or just put a 4th perk machine somewhere else. they already have a perfect amount of doors. all they would have to do is add some debris so you couldn't jump to trample steam. only thing I could see being the issue with a survival or grief mode is that why would the cia and fbi be in china? -
svu. its a one shot headshot kill up to the mid 40s if you have double tap 2.0 and deadshot daiquiri p-perk. another good gun that is on all maps is the olympia if you have slight of hand and double tap 2.0. this gun is on every map and its a one shot kill up to the mid 20s which is the max most people get to if they are new. I also love the skullcrusher just because with instakill you can get an easy amount of gernade kills (yes they do count) im sitting in the top 400 in total gernade kills :D

New Persistent Perk discussion ("Cash Back")
TheBSZombie replied to TheBSZombie's topic in General Zombies Discussion
thx guys for the help. I think I finally figured it out. I just think this permanent-perk is just a p-perk just like steel baricades that just takes a lot of time to get. I'm making a video that I think is more in depth than most videos out there that I will be posting soon. I will be screenshotting some testimonies from this page for some more proof. I also was able to prove that you can get the permanent perk in die rise even if the elevator moves to the next floor. -
another good techinque, (super useful in the early rounds) is have claymores ready. also start collecting claymores in the back. spawn w/ whos who run to your guy set claymores down quick and pick him up easy. in the high rounds its not that easy because the faster ones will run past the claymore before it blows them up + they are stronger and might not die anyways. with that, the best thing to do is go back to your armory of claymores and try to get lucky and get the zombies to all become crawlers. and also learn the 360 revive. if all else fails learn the monkey routine. and if you don't like even attempting to revive your self, never open the two doors to budha room and always enter through by the lower part (by ak) when leaving budha room to go to the power. that way for when you spawn with whos who, do a lap, run across open the first door and then keep running, never go into actual power room w/out jug unless you are sure of the elevators being in there.

What's Your Main Reason For Downs / Ending Games?.
TheBSZombie replied to nockscitney's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I lose concentration and get cocky in the high 30s low 40s. I start thinking I'm invincible and when that thought comes into my head I tell myself I need a break or I know a down is coming soon. another stupid mistake is waiting till the last second to get a nuke or max ammo or some other perk. I just now have trained myself to just reload and get it as soon as it drops, not worth the risk. also when I'm trying to cut short the amount of play time (like a jump across skyscrapers on die rise or jumping over lava pits on tranzit w/out jug) I try to tell myself is it worth the 2 minutes I save chancing that I fall to my death from this jump.
