  1. I'm starting to think it's more about the timing of going prone then how many times you try it. For instance, I notice if try to prone to early I get stuck in a crouch for a split second. The one time I did achieve it it looked smoother than my previous attempts. Dunno though. That could be a factor, I did get it when I had to run around a zombie to avoid being hit and getting to the perk machine which would cut down time.
  2. In my experience, white is always host. Am I mistaken? white is always host on custom games, online I'm not sure
  3. Solo:67 using galva method  87 but I never play online really.
  4. Yea I figured we could get it on all perk machines.
  5. first off @megaton you just showed some random 1000 points pop up and no leads on how to get it. Prob why no one jumped on it. @tom yea the thing with this perk is that its so hard to replicate after losing that some people don't believe it or just don't like it in general. Il prob test it with some people today... Yeah but I rather would know the exact amount of perks drank before I went and made a video because I hate making half-ass vids.
  6. quite a few? I am the only one that has said anything about it since I got my proof earlier this week. I kind of new it earlier but didn't test it for sure and if you look at my video with both form of jug you can take 5 hits till you go red screen and after I heard the sound I was still taking 5 hits. I go down, and when I get DOWNED (not death) then I lost my perm jug and was only taking 4 hits till I go down.
  7. just tested it, if you get hit 3 times with mustang and sally with normal jug you go red screen. so you must have had no downs at all past round 15
  8. I'm not sure how many downs you had. But lets go with the fact that you have not gone down at all. If you haven't gone down at all you would still have perm jug even though you heard the sound that triggers the lost of a permanent perk. My video proves that. So the ability to take 3 M&S shots is totally reasonable. Lets say you go did go down after round 15 I still believe that you might be able to take 3 shots without going down even with just regular juggernaut. I played a lot of rank up quick strategy developed by everythingpiff and i can usually take 3 shots to the face with mustang and sally
  9. Sliquifier watever gun galva knuckles symtex jug/speed/whoswho/quick revive high rounds for days.
  10. Yea it took me a long time to get it also, around 1100 perks under my belt. Im not sure if you need to get it during an online game or it was just a coincidence that I got it the first game I did online (custom game that was played with one player).
  11. Well.... the smr is better when upgraded to the smiler. still wouldn't be my upgraded gun of choice but the smr is much better when upgraded to the smiler.
  12. I find that offensive. And no, it is confirmed that that is not true. Can you make that a little more clear. With the double that and the double negative, I'm not 100% sure if it is confirmed that you need to get 100 perks or you do not need to get 100 perks drank. Don't take that as an attack :D
  13. Yea I was also under the impression that you get both colors blending together. But to my sadness when I did maxis side of die rise I lost my blue tower and was replaced with a red one. I saw towers that were both colors and I only think that you get the the special bi-color towers if you have another friend that did the opposite side that you have done last.
  14. I'm guesing you heard the sound that triggers the lost of a perk. This sound is heard when other pps are lost like steel baricades and pro carpenter. Yes you do hear the sound and even when I did my video I had heard the sound. But you still have the effects of the perm jug. You will still be hit 5 times before going screen red. As soon as you go down you will only be able to take 4 hits before going screen red.
  15. Please fix or I among others will remain confused. Well I answered your request. But for the most part I thought it was pretty obvious if you used common sense to realize what I was talking about. But my edit did- I guess- make it easier to read. When I mentioned buying a perk, it obvioulsy meant a perk-a-cola because there aren't any persistent perks that are bought. But whatever, I did what you asked. Now can I get any other updates on how to get it, is it confirmed that you have to have 100 perks bought??
  16. Maybe I didn't make it clear, you will hear the sound saying you lost it, but you will still have the effects. for example, on round 5 if you have perk-a-cola jug and persistent jug you can take 5 hits before your screen goes red notifying you of you being close to death. After you hear the sound saying you "lost" persistent jug you will still take 5 hits till you go red screen. As soon as you go down, if you take 5 hits you will die (you will go red screen at 4 hits see above video for proof). If you are just playing to have fun, yes you are correct. If you are doing an easter egg, its definetly worth the three downs. This can help if you are on round 1 trying to do the elevator symbols and the zombie is stuck with you. It can help when you are doing budha room and trying to get blood sacrifices and havn't spent the money on jug because you have been hitting the box, its worth it. and if you are going for extremely high rounds, its worth it because it helps all the way up to your first down past round 15. People have gone to round 100 w/out dying and that could be possible just because the person survived an extra two hits because he had perstent jug. if you go down in the 20s, and are trying to get shotguns then the downs do harm you because by round 20 you have around 600-800 kills. divide that by around 5-6 downs then yea its going to hurt your kd.
  17. Ok since the other topic was disbanded and locked before I could put my two cents in, I think we, as a community and forum, should come together to help each other in the discovery of this new persistent perk. I also heard people don't like the name the video coined so maybe we can make a new name together. Let me put in my observations. I spent 30 mins trying to get this persistent perk and I successfully did it once. But I got it in a custom games match after trying like 5-10 times doing it solo. I also tried buying quick revive and speed cola by round 2 and did not get this new "persistent perk". When I did get the green flash of the "persistent perk" in the custom games it was still technically a solo game so I was able to get quick revive for 500 w/out turning on the power. I am also 80% positive on how you lose this persitent perk. I believe you lose this persitent perk by not doing the necessary prone after buying the perk-a-cola. Let me tell you how I got to this conclusion. I got the persistent perk after buying quick revive. Ended the game. bought quick revive and went prone received 1000 points. ended the game. Bought quick revive and stayed standing and received 1000 points. 2 seconds later I lost it. So what I know is that you get the persistent perk by buying a perk-a-cola and going prone. How many times do you need to do this? I do not know the answer and am looking for you guys to help. And you lose the persistent perk if you do not repeat the process. Its just like how you lose perm-carpenter and losing steel bariers by not repairing in one round. Any help on the precursors to what you need to get this "persistent" perk and how to actually get it. I wouldn't ask if I didn't need help or if I had more time. Edited to make it more understandable. :/
  18. That's how it usually works, at least for some people such as myself. I'll go down as early as Round 1, and won't go down again until the high 20's or 30's. It's always the beginning luck. Sometimes you can obtain the persistent Juggernog skill in two downs via Solo. For the most part, it takes around three downs. It can't be done in online matches from what I've encountered, but I'm quite certain that you can lose it even before hitting the Round 15 mark. I'm 100% percent sure, that you do not lose it till you go down after round 15. You can get all the way to round 100 and still have it if you never go down. but as soon as you go down you will start getting hit 4 times before going red screen. And the opposite if the game ends on round 14 you will still retain the pp next game. proof right here before round 15 i took 5 hits to go red, after round 15 i still took 5 hits to go red. after i go down after round 15 i take 4 hits to go down. Some other user pulled some fact out of their ass saying jug zombies do less damage and I also disproved that.
  19. That, and there is no power remaining in the upside-down building (which is technically the top of the hotel ripped off and hanging on whatever hinge it has left). Even if you go into the service elevator via Theater, you cannot access the hallway containing PhD Flopper. Are you sure that its part of the other skyscraper, because last time I checked the numbers in the elvator shaft don't match up. I could be wrong.
  20. You are wrong, Jug zombies do not do less damage to you unless the difference in damage is so miniscule it doesn't even matter in the task talked about earlier. I am rendering a video at the moment going into detail about the damage you can take. it should be uploaded sometime tonight but I will not be able to link you till tomorrow. If you really want you can see the video when it uploads if you sub to my channel. But I will not have access to the forums or my actual youtube till tomorrow since I have school and have an accounting competition at southern union. And I did prove my theory right that you do not exactly lose jug on round 15. the video will be live at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zsZe1UT9xxg in about 3 hours. talk to you guys later
  21. A couple days ago I put a trample steam down not sure if it would actually work so I just left for a second and when my teammate says this trample steam doesn't work and then I see the revive thing come up, I was just glad I didn't actually try it.
  22. Yea this step is actually pretty easy if you have teammates listening to you. First set of teammates I tried it with camped up next to the teddy bear and wouldn't kill next to the statues. You have to kill them next to the statues. And yes the quote can be glitched and said before you even kill a zombie. We heard it and was like wtf, we haven't even killed any zombies yet. Procedded to wait till the last zombie walked over to the statue, killed him and got the quote saying we need more blood. Got to round 7 got the reincarnation is key quote the second time and pap the balistic knife and shot the statue in its nipple and got the quote saying next step.
  23. My tranzit plan, if i could find 3 more players, always centers around tunnel. and emps and/or monkeys are a must have. two people can be in tunnel, one at diner and one at bus depot. this can be done with 3 people or 2 people also. with 4 people the two people in tunnel have one on each side, the tunnel is kind of symmetrical, and if a guy goes down in tunnel the other can revive him. If a guy goes down in bus depot the guy in tunnel closest can revive him. I'm about 95% positive this can be done but haven't done it on that side. I am 100% sure that you can race from the m16 all the way to diner and revive the guy as long as you leave as soon as he goes down. the emp is better because it can be cooked and thrown faster but monkeys are still good. and on die rise, two people can be in buddha room (with one guy sitting up top and the guy on bottom running trains) and one in the original box and one in the hole in the ceiling area.
