You need way more kills to get qualified for the knife. Upwards of 20k No that's a lie, I have a guy on buddy list he's at shotguns with only 10k kills and 35 downs. It must be his other stats, like accuracy, grenade kills, headshots, etc. Yea and that's an unusual occurrence. Some people would call that an outlier. And most of the time we don't look at outliers when we give advice to someone. And I would love to see proof of that

Iv had a lot of fails on this map, heres my biggest
TheBSZombie replied to TheBSZombie's topic in Origins
Just had the biggest fail ever... had three staffs built. Had them ultimate. All by round 9. Left the crazy place to kill the panzer to get the last piece of the fire staff. Charged my ultimate wind staff to kill the panzer when he spawned but he didn't die so he got his claw and killed me since I couldn't o anything since I had to reload. SO MUCH TIME WAISTED -

I was thinking about leaving, but I was curious to see if they would go down first just to have my own little "who isn't getting revived now?" moment (I would've revived them, it would just make me feel better if they went down first ). They left on round 1 before the zombies even started spawning, so I didn't have to deal with them, luckily. More than likely they were trying to get you to leave so they could play a 2-player game. Prob not the best way to do it but that's prob was their intentions

I actually LOVE playing origins with others. I go down in this map a little bit more than others map rather it be making a staff, or for some reason I get stuck in the mud. Whatever the reason, wherever you are most of the time you can get picked up. And twirl if someone sent me that message I would have left in a heartbeat.

When this happens, I blame my team and not the player. Getting 2500 should be easy if your team works well together Agreed. It's not difficult at all to help out the poor guy/gal in reaching a measly amount of points like that. Even having two people to help out makes the greatest difference. Train a horde and let them snag all the points they can, or bottleneck it with them in tight areas. I do it all the time. And ask for help all the time. "yo throw your monkey so I can get jug." "yo let me escort you to jug" "Whoever is white(score color) go next to jug so he will spawn there".

Me and one of the people on my friends list were debating on rather we wanted to do the Easter in a custom match on a public game. We decided to go public. We found two people with mics on the first search and they seemed like decent players. One with a knife and one with a skull. One was 'younger' and one was 'older' but I decided we might as well try. It started with a bad start by me going down on round two from a generator zombie popping up behind me. Then someone went down reviving me and then a third went down I just laughed it off. We ended up completing the Easter egg on 21 and then just kept playing till 23 when after someone went down getting jug four panzers spawned in and the two people tat went to revive the first guy got trapped inside the tunnel. So we didn't want to risk it and had the last guy hit the beam to et the cutscene. GREAT RANDOMS :)

According to chocolate, the next mound spawns in as soon as you get your second blood. So you could get two in one round and possibly three of them if you were extremely lucky.

If you go down I'm 100% positive you keep them if you are revived. Not sure if you die out if you keep them.

No clue how this is related to topic but thanks for info BSZ. It was a reply to Buddha But back to the thread, if we were going for the fastest ever, I think it would be better for you to play 4 man coop with one person getting all the kills. Then all 4 players getting the 100 points from each of the generators to help open a door or two

One reason that it isn't as useful as it was in mots/tranzit is the locations of the work benches. They were smart this time

You can get the lightning staff in one go around if you have stamina up. Stand on the top left of the tank and get the first piece and make sure you have some sprint still and you can get to the tank before it jumps the wall.

Whoever thought of this is either super lucky or a genius. Graz on the find

Wow that was like learning about Christmas for the first time, and then two seconds later being told Santa isn't real. You should of seen my eyes light up. This would have been awesome, well it works if you have a helmet

Air Strike Monkeys w/o Thunder Fists by Round 5
TheBSZombie replied to yourmapper's topic in Origins
Why didn't you like the fists in tranzit? I really despise the fists in this map. At least in solo. No point really in getting them. eh if you can get them early on, they could be rather helpful. they are one hit til at least 16 i believe so they are longer effective than the galvas, and although i somewhat agree with you regarding solo, they are pretty easy to get in a 4 player match I would definitely get them in a 4 player match since its easier with more zombies, but in a solo game I really don't knife after round 10 anyways -
POLL: What Gameplay element in Origins makes it the easiest?
TheBSZombie replied to ETEl2NAL407's topic in Origins
Upgraded only. Takes more ammo then the usual version also -
Mw3 reuses the same thing over and over in their multiplayer maps. Its crazy.

I had 8 perk slots with 7 total perks. It gave me quick revive for the fourth time then took forever the fifth time.
-
The golden helmet in my experience is based on luck. I have gotten it the same round I received my shovel and sometimes really later on in the game. Yea this was happening to me to. I think you may be able to get that 9th slot in a coop game but not in a solo. They don't want it super easy to get qr every time you go down. I already had a cumulative of 4 quick revives in one game due to the wunderfizz. Had 7 perks with 8 slots. And spent a good 30k on the wunderfizz only getting mule kick. And I spenta lot of blood trying to find the last golden mound.
-
Yea that would be the better thing to do, or you can wait. And find 4 mounds and get all 8 perks then use your reward to get the ninth perk

POLL: What Gameplay element in Origins makes it the easiest?
TheBSZombie replied to ETEl2NAL407's topic in Origins
This is what I was thinking. The shovel helps out a lot. I love the blood money and the blood money usually pays for a door if in lucky. The Andes are great to sometimes, the fresh zombie helps a lot when I accidentally injure a zombie and need a new one to do stuff. And on round 5 getting a free Remington helps a lot when I don't want to buy another gun. And then once you get a shovel, more perks slots ad then a helmet makes it easy. And you can get this by round 10 if you are lucky. -
What round was it? You wouldn't be able to get to the ultimate fire staff till round 9 at least.
-
Haven't zombies been around since at least the Templar times? Just buried where no one knew about them or the people that did know about them were silenced by the zombies). But yeah jimmy, thx for being clear for once
