I forget the name of the cotd easter egg but you need both. If you just have cotd you will see a rod when playing moon, but you will not see the middle darken. And if you just have the shangri la easter egg done you will only see the rock. And if you have both you can do the easter egg. One person doesn't have to have both, just collectively.

there are three sounds total. I will explain them to the best of my ability. Sound #1: You can hear this sound anywhere on the map. In alcatraz or on the bridge. This first sound will trigger as soon as you get a certain amount of kills. The forum keeps saying 15 so I will go with that number. After you hear that sound you will then move to step #2 Sound #2: YOU NEED TO BE ON THE BRIDGE FOR THIS ONE. You will hear this at the end of the round. You need to do the whole round with the retriever. There are rumors that you can use the sweeper, but if I was you I wouldn't. It hasn't been confirmed. If you do not get the sound at the end of the round its probably because you either shot, didn't survive the whole round there, or something else. If you didn't hear the sound don't say YOLO and go try it anyways because you will be greatly disappointed. You also do not need to go the bridge two separate times unless you left early the first time. Sound #3: This sound will appear as soon as you throw the tomahawk into the hell hole. This will confirm that every thing you did before was done and that the hole accepted your tomahawk. Now all you have to do is survive the rest of the round. go into afterlife and run to the retriever and it should be blue and you will get your redeemer

Ray gun seems like it will take longer to get. Waiting forever for two people to get rayguns seems like it would take longer. The sweeper also wouldnt have splash damage since its so close range

Make sure at least 2 players are packing Rayguns. Brutus spawns around the corner, but he can be taken out in under 2 seconds if both players fire at the corner as he is coming round. Brutus is really no issue there, so as long as you have the Rayguns, you will be fine. If need be, you move back slowly down the steps, but he will be down before this becomes necessary. just have somebody that has decent aim have the sweeper. With two shots one of them is bound to be the one shot headshot kill that you need. I also give the advice of using the b23r or another handgun. the ray gun would be a good suggestion. I say these because it helps with knifing faster.

why do people say you on the second trip to the bridge. You don't have to go two separate times

I have gained over 100 downs today lol.

I have played about 4 gameswith around 20 downs each and my shotguns are still shining. There was a tweet by jimmy zielinsky saying grief and turned didn't count. I didn't believe him totally but from the past few games of turned, i haven't loss my shotties yet.

done and done. would you rather him sound like every other YouTube commentator out there? Announcer voice, pleading for subs and likes? I rather like Andrew's calm way of commentating, I find it similar to actual conversation rather than forced diatribe. To each his own, though. He had multiple videos in this tutorial. The one he is talking about is obviously the video he used when the guy was in afterlife and powered up speed, wardens, gondola, and electric cherry. Listen to it. Its horrible. You have to mute it. That quality is soooo bad. jk thats my own video lol. but the reason it was so bad was because it was a new mic and for some reason it didn't sound like that on my computer till I uploaded it to youtube. idk why it did that.

you have to get a certain amount of kills with it. Then you will hear an afterlife sound. After that you need to go to the gg bridge. You then need to do a full round there with just the retriever. After a full round of killing you will hear another afterlife sound. If you didn't hear the sound you did something wrong and you need to stay another round and you should definitely get it after that round. You can get the first set of kills at the gg bridge but it will make it where you have to stay another round before you can hear the second afterlife sound. after you hear the two afterlife sounds you need to go to the hell's hole. throw your retriever and you should hear another afterlife sound. Then you need to survive that entire round without going down. When the next round starts go into afterlife and then run to the hells retriever area. After that you will then be able to get your redeemer.

i just did a game where I was playing nuketown. on round 24 someone left and then we suicided on 30. looked at the leaderboards and it said round 24. the difference on this one was that the guy left and the previous one the host migrated when the guy left.

nice tutorial man. Loads of strategies put together. I wish you would have done one on die rise seeing how good this was. It killed my gradmas computer because of all the videos playing at once. but it was great. Im more of a golden gate bridge guy. I also like to do the acid trap but the gg bridge is so much more fun to me because of the constant training, especially in co op.

The three times I have completed this easter egg i was able to do it without reviving and only shooting the kraus refriberalator srry neither I nor translate knows how to spell it correctly.

yea my high round for 4s was 29 and then playing today someone backed out at 25 and we made it to 32. I looked at the leaderboards and it was there.

So I was playing just today with 3 other people. We were all going for the redeemer. While everyone was getting parts for the plane I was going to go ahead and get some kills with the redeemer. I killed "some" (don't know exact numbers) and then heard the sound. Later I heard the same sound notifying me that a teammate was done with the first step also. All four teammates then preceded to the gg bridge. When we got there I told them to step back and not to shoot. They then did that and after about 30 seconds or so I heard the afterlife sound and not but 10 seconds later I heard it again. This told me that two teammates were ready for step two. We then continued on with the round. At the end of the round I did not hear the afterlife sound and chose to stay for another round. At the end of the next round I heard the sound and I told everybody to hurry up and get on the chairs. We all were successful when throwing our retrievers into the lava and were able to get it the next round. Just wanted to give some evidence to the ops post. I "know" the exact steps on getting it for solo and multiplayer but I don't know how to put it into words so Im not going to type it out.

Just did this strategy with 3 people on mob of the dead again. it ended on round 32 due to me being disconnected from a host. I started timing the rounds starting round 20. On round 25 someone left so we only had 3 people after then. And then someone left to use the bathroom during 2 rounds (28 and 29) here are the times. I didn't hit split every time so for a few of them I don't have the exact time round 20:3.47 21: 3:39 22-26: 28.40 This is the round 2 people went down and another went down and rage quit so we had to get perks back and this is the only time we went back to alcatraz 27: 5:24 28-29: 10.36 (he went to the bathroom for 10 minutes and came back exactly when 29 started up. this is why round 29 was shorter because more people were throwing the tomahawks 30: 5.55 31: 6.14 32: did not time this because we went back to alcatraz and I ended up lagging out. So this method is extremely fast and consistent. The more the merrier.

I would love to see moon return, but the thing is, the easter egg in the map required that the two easter eggs from cotd and shangri la be completed. I don't think that would be possible again. So without the easter egg on moon I don't think I would like it that much. :?

true true. but they kept the ballistic knife I thought they would bring back the crossbow or at least replace it like the replaced the china and m27

i miss akimbo machine pistols. I don't know why they don't have any. the only akimbo weapon is the five seven and thats single shot. but does anybody have a confirmed reason for the removal of the crossbow. I thought it had something to do with them being lazy and not wanting to do the code for the no gravity.

i know if you are playing and get disconnected the stats will not count to the leader boards till you play another game. Like say you have x kills. you get y amount of kills then you get disconnected. Your leaderboard will say you have x kills. You play another game and get z kills and then die. You should have x+y+z kills on the leaderboard now. Maybe it always counts on the stats and it just takes another game for it to appear on the leaderboard.

where did this come from? or did you make it up yourself?

yea thats what I was hoping for in the long run. and maybe an electric chair by the docks where the plane part is supposed to be to get back to the bridge

thanks guys. yea this was mostly made to open up the area, On my high round run to round 79 I went down on 60 , 65, 70, and 75 and was able to revive myself every single time.

yea this has been connected multiple times before. good try though :D
