  1. oh and i want to give credit to everythingpiff for showing me that and actually explaining the riddle of the tweet.
  2. New tweet from zilenski shows that turned and grief no longer effect your rank anymore. This shows that game modes like grief and turned don't count towards your "kd/rank" This means i can have fun lol. Im going to take this tweet with a grain of salt though and play very cautiously while playing turned until I see if its true.
  3. i called electric cherry cherry coke. I call juggernog juggernaut a lot of the time just because of the amount of time i put into mw3
  4. yea srry about that guys. My name is blake S*** (maybe thats the amount of letters in my name, maybe it isn't )
  5. To be honest I would like it to go back to how it was in black ops 1. Where you could go into a lobby and see everyone's highest round. You could see their downs and kills and stuff. This tells me that they stay (since they got a high round) and that they are skilled. If they have a lot of downs they were probably less skilled and were carried. And if they had very few kills they probably were carried or sat in a glitch the whole time. I understand if someone is in the high 50s coop and have less kills because they don't have the wonder weapon but they should still be in the 1.5+k range. But since we don't have that, I like to base who I play with on their rank. I have played with a crossbone before that clutched a high round and i have played with a shotgun that left on round 2 because of multiple kills so I know its not the best strategy. But I still base who I play with purely on their mic "skills" (just a general term to sum it all up) and their rank. I will spend 20 mins looking for some people to play with. Why do I do this even though I know it isn't foolproof? Because there is a better % that they are better. The rank may not be perfect but its close. People play poker even though its not foolproof but they have their %s set and know when to bet and when not to. So that is why I like the rank. When I went back to bo1 zombies and went down multiple times it felt a lot less stressful then when I go down now. When I go down now Im like do I have time to get another 250 kills before the game is over? Of course I don't leave if the answer is no but I do get pissed off at times.
  6. Heres how I think it would work. You would select the jail cell image from the world. Instead of just having the one choice of motd you can point up to gg bridge/no mans land. After selecting it and the loading screen is done: You will spawn in the center and the zombies will come at you (optional) the random perk will spawn on the opposite side of the chairs Then you will hear the afterlife sound and brutus will spawn after a set amount of time The rest of the zombies will come at you at the same running pace as area 51s NML. As each round increases you will hear the afterlife sound You can gain your points till you get enough to pack a punch or get your perk. When you are done, you will run to the chairs and the game will end. If you don't get to the chair the match will not count. They could make it a survival map and have you go back to alcatraz on round 1 and since its survival you wouldn't be able to come back since there are no parts.
  7. Wouldnt it be cool if we got another game type for motd where we did no mans land on gg bridge? We have a huge amount of similarities anyways from the original area 51 to the gg bridge. -a teleportation machine. This time its in the shape of chairs instead of a platform. -no drops. In either of the two sections do we have drops -bosses have spawned in with us. Brutus spawns in with the zombies on gg bridge and dogs spawn in area 51 -no extra guns -a pack a punch If i tried to make more similarities they would be stretching. But moon was soooo fun with the extra "gamemode" and im sure it wouldnt be too hard to code the gamemode. Maybe add a random perk bottle in the back. Maybe add phd to the mix of jug/speed cola. Or hell make it fun for everybody and have all the perks back there lol.
  8. So I guess I need to do this. Well My gt/username is The BS Zombie and Iv have been playing zombies since call of the dead. I go for high rounds and play a lot of solo zombies. I was into the story line before it got complicated (in bo1) and now Im not a huge partaker in the story line. I read some of it because its cool but I don't follow it like most of you guys do. So instead of being a story guy, Im more of a strategist. I like learning the best way to do something and I'm very competitive. I take pride in my shotties but when I lose them Im like ehhh the game cheated me I know Im a BA so i really don't care lol. Oh the bs in my name stands for my real name. Im also 17.
  9. i need my medal for playing with 3 members from codz. this would be great. maybe 5/18 or 5/19? I and maybe some other people on the forum have ap exams all the next two weeks and I want to study.
  10. My first thought was that the next map may be underground. Or maybe some earthquake prone area. My first thought would be california but cali is way to close to motd and green run that the earth would be cramped. so this could be anything.
  11. thx for the input mmx. that actually pertains to the topic lol. But yea is also good. On round 29 everybody dipped because one guy went down because he thought he was helping by killing brutus by running to him while I trained. Needless to say he died a pointless death and everyone but I went to alcatraz to help him get his perks. Since I only had a 1/4th of the zombies spawning by me I was able to run from side to side and "spork 'em all" :D
  12. just did this strategy and round 28 took 11 minutes, went back to alcatraz and round 29 took 20 mins.
  13. i think the low amount of replies is that no one looks at turned. But this seems like a good idea but the main reason for me not playing is the damn downs counting.
  14. you need some more kills. about 20k more
  15. there was a post before the map was released and it showed a single zombie with yellow eyes.
  16. Get a flash drive. Get one of those cushioned suitcases and a fireproof gun case. Dig a whole 100 feet underground and bury it in case of a disastorous event
  17. Im at school now and my game is paused at 50. But i still have the sweeper and vitriolic withering with 3.2k kills. I have 3k+ points and am now just starting to use the acid. Im going to keep the sweeper till i drop below 50k points. For two reasons. I want to test if it for some reason gets better plus i like the one hit kill on brutus. I know its as easy as two claymores but i rather save them for an insta kill
  18. Tip #29. The Sweeper with double tap is a one shot kill up to round 50(and possibly after im only on round 50 atm) you have to aim for the head. This is probably not effective for round 42+ but it is still possible.
  19. every persistent perk is taken away by not doing the general action that is done to receive it. steel barriers: not repairing in a round insta kill: not taking damage cash back: not going prone after buying perks carpenter pro: not killing zombies behind barriers before the 200 points those are just some examples.
  20. longer? i thought perks and traps were introduced in the same map? longer than some perks yes. and i totally agree that they are great for the casual player but I think they hurt the map for the higher round player. just want to make that clear. In motd not so much since they have the redeemer but in other maps especially kino and five it does kind of ruin it.
  21. From reading this, it sounds like this guy was an extreme badass. I wish i knew him.
  22. Thats a great way to look at it. If i play die rise I can get to 5k kills in the time it takes to get to 50 on motd. but if im on 50 in motd, i have around 2k kills.
  23. Its a one hit kill indefinably. Yea I guess you could do higher rounds in other places but its much more difficult and time consuming. I could run trains FOREVER on gg bridge but it is so repetitive. You are continuously throwing the hells redeemer. at least with other maps its the continuous use of the thunder gun or something. But maybe i just need to take a week break from zombies lol. But that's not happening because I love it to much. Yea i got the time to go to 100 (at least this weekend i do) but hell if im getting there I rather do it as fast as possible.
  24. this would be insanely hard solo. and probably a little harder with more than one player since you wouldn't be able to run the greatest trains without getting caught with someone else.
  25. Camp in the alleyway with the door to Jug and the door to the generator closed until 35. It's fast and easy. Make sure you have Blundergats 2x. And... eh. I'd say it took like 12 hours or so. For a map with no boss rounds, that's really fast. Also, and I'll be covering this in my thread, but if you want to handle boredom, count how many times you pull the trap each round. It gives you something to do—it's kind of like counting sheep. It gets your mind off the boredom. thats a good tip. I will not count how many barriers i have repaired, how many tomahawk chops and how many zombies i see using the cell block walkway as a swing. Lol
