Tip #28 you can retrieve power ups through the cell door without opening it up. You can also throw it through the wall. Example: if you by the cell blocks next to cafeteria you can get the max ammo from the cell in the wardens office hallway. You can also get the double points from the cell block next to cafe from the shower room

Ok i think i kind of made my argument in the wrong way. I was trying to say are they bad for the map. Yes they are good for killing. You can get insanely high with them but it kind of makes you stay at that side of the map. You pretty have to train in cafeteria on motd if you are going for a high round. Or fire trap in kino. Or spawn in five. But im trying to say that they are bad for map design. And yes they are extremely bad for kd.... lol. I have gone down from a 265 to a 245. somehow i still got my shotties and i think that is due to the multiple high rounds. But then again you can argue that its afterlifes fault and not the traps fault.

So I have been playing zombies for a longggg time. Not as much as all of you guys but I still have been plying. I thought traps were fine and dandy and I really never took advantage of them. But probably a month or two ago I decided to actually look at Kingjaq. I wanted to see his strats and stuff. What I saw kind of upset me. All he was doing was running from trap to trap. Don't get me wrong he has a LOT of skill and dedication (i lack dedication lol. i start dying at 45 because I get "bored") I just thought that he would be running some super fast train or something. After digging deeper I found that almost every high round gameplay from anybody involved running from trap to trap in the best of ways. So in my opinion I think traps are bad for a map. Not for the casual player but for the high round player. it restrics the map to one section. I think it would be fun to run in spiral staircase or down at the docks. But there are no traps and I would feel that I am waisting my time because I could be going faster. It might just be that Im kind of already bored of mob of the dead (at least solo) because I already hit 50. But I think it may be from the trap. It may be because I have already played countless hours of zombies. (coming up on 400k kills) Discuss please?

Mob of the Dead: HUGE Solo Run—Ask Me Questions!
TheBSZombie replied to perfectlemonade's topic in Mob of the Dead
Im aiming for 100 this weekend. Pretty much going to do the lower rounds tonight. 1-40 But I was wondering, how long does it take total to get to round 100? -
Mob of the Dead: HUGE Solo Run—Ask Me Questions!
TheBSZombie replied to perfectlemonade's topic in Mob of the Dead
I actually don't like the double dip strategy. I died 3 times in a round because of straggling zombies on the staircase. They one shot you because of the acid harming you. and it doesn't actually belong to 5an5 :D -
It can't do reality... No... But it can cancel child birth, emoticons: : D , squid burger orders and fps... Lmfao! What about STD's, and bumblebees, and LCD TV's? Or rubber cheese, and Socrates, or Fascist Reich philosophy? EMP's are handy , but QED's are dandy. A Gesch Device will to suffice against a horde of zombies. that was horrible...lolololooooooool That was bad.... but i lmao.

Tip #27 If you are playing online, you can open up a lot of things at once. On round 2 I opened up the showers room, cell block w/ double points, wardens key, gondola, electric cherry, wardens office, and speed cola. All in one afterlife. All you have to do is have a buddy revive you halfway repeatedly till you are done. A video of this is here

has anybody typing in any of that ciphered code?

Any ideas when this map may come out? I hope notin the middle of june. Cus im going to be away from zombies for that month lol

Mob of the Dead: HUGE Solo Run—Ask Me Questions!
TheBSZombie replied to perfectlemonade's topic in Mob of the Dead
1. Only from the very first brutus. 2. I think when i timed it it was around 20-25 seconds 3. Another 20-30 secs 4. Thats for him i like starting mine by riot shield because it makes them spawn inside cafeteria 5. Another for him. When im in cafeteria i grab a new shield run up to infirmary and to the gondola. Get jug and go back to the gondola The rest are for him. Srry if im stealing your shine perfect And i voted other. I have problems focusing lololol i know the map like the back of my hand. I got one of the best starting and up to 20 strat. I just cant focus past the 40s. I end up going down every round lol. Il find it this weekend. I got all weekend again to do a run. Last weekend was dedicated to coop and a grief tourny.... -
Tip #26 If you are going for a high round i solo zombies do not hit the box. Get your free blundergat and your favorite wall gun. This isnt to upset the boxgods but to not get fire sales. This will give better chances for max ammos.

I dont even like the spork lol.
-
Tip #25 When going down make sure you use the gondola. With the gondola, you can get juggernog super easy when coming down, the zombies do not spawn fast enough for them to get to you. if you do another lap, down the curve and through the generator room and up the white staircase, you can get back to the gondola safely to get back to your training spot in the cafeteria.

Perms Perks: The 'Cash-back' Perk
TheBSZombie replied to nockscitney's topic in General Zombies Discussion
This is the discussion post http://www.callofdutyzombies.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=100&t=29571&hilit=Cash+Back basically after you lose it you have to drink about 50-60 perks. 40 normal and then about 15-20 going prone. I lost my while getting quick revive in whos who. I had it for the longest time. And when I bought quick revive I was in a hurry and didn't know I had to go prone while in whos who mode and now i don't even try. but to answer your question. no we did not get a final answer just an estimate. -
Sorry I haven't kept up with this, just haven't found any huge tips that needed to be posted. Tip #23 The blundergat/sweeper can one shot brutus if you shoot him in the head. Make sure you are close and have the all the crosshairs on his head. Tip #24 Only 4 Brutus can spawn on golden gate bridge. If you stay for 10 rounds you will still only have 4 brutus spawn in that round.

This strategy makes it where ammo isn't a problem at all. You don't need power drops because you are using the hells redeemer the whole time. "It's just not a good idea unless you have the Hell's Redeemer" The whole strategy that i posted involves the hell's redeemer. Did you read it? The golden spoon helps but isn't needed. It helps and may speed up the process. but the redeemer is just as good and maybe even better. The spoon takes a lot of time to get vs the hells redeemer. and getting both can be an extreme pain. Especially in solo. When playing solo i would have to hit the box if i wanted to get the golden spoon. I also went and did this strategy in a solo game, and you can still do it there also. And its just a little bit slower then the double acid trap strategy (use the acid trap then get the horde together and run through the acid trap so you can get two hordes with one trap) Round 27 took me 2 and a half minutes using the gg bridge strategy and round 28 took me 2 minutes and 45 seconds. There are more zombies on 28 then 27 and the spawn rate is a bit slow in the late 20s so this may not be the best comparison. If I could do two games, and do round 45 doing both strategies and see which ones faster then I would but i don't have the time. All I know is, that it was taking me 4 and a half minutes on round 37. If you want to do this solo, all you have to do is get a shield before going over to gg bridge. put the shield in the back of the map. Do the trains and tomahawk the zombies. Aim for the head with the blundergat/sweeper and you will always get a oneshot kill. There will be a max of 4 brutus spawning even if you stay for 10 rounds straight. If you go down go get the shield. You should be able to survive until the last zombie because this training spot is super easy. O and getting the gas cans is super easy. it shouldn't be a problem.

the thing with the acid trap strategy in coop is that multiple people can't do it at once. Maybe 2 players but with more than 2 it becomes extremely complex. With 2 people one person would train inside the cafeteria and one would train outside of the cafeteria. one guy when the zombies stop spawning they would have to team up and then use the acid trap to effectively do it. but then after that they would both be together unless one guy got the train together and put it through himself. but thats a lot of work for each group of zombies. then again you could always shoot them but then ammo becomes an issue.

Next Map should not be big
TheBSZombie replied to gunslinger979's topic in General Zombies Discussion
This post 8-) made me laugh so hard. -
I hope no one else has done a video doing this strategy or another guide. IF so, sorry for copying This strategy is one of the easiest strategies in mob of the dead in my opinion because it takes place in the easiest training spot in the map. In this strategy all you have to do is get the hells redeemer. After every one gets a hells redeemer, everyone needs fresh zombie shields. After that get over to the bridge. You need to designate one person to train. This person can be white or the most skilled trainer. the other three people need to get into the back (opposite electric chairs.) The person that trains and the 3 other players will continually throw their redeemers into the horde. This will kill hordes in about 30 seconds to a minute (rough estimate) if done right. When the runner breaks his shield, a person in the back will place his shield down for the runner to grab it. After 4 or 5 rounds (depending on how things go and how comfortable you are with multiple brutus in the game) you will need to return to Alcatraz to get new shields. You want to save like 2-4 zombies. Go back to Alcatraz and everyone get a fresh zombie shield (if its not broken yet let a zombie break it)and then go to a gas can location excluding the one next to deadshot daiquiri. Once the rounds start grab your can and head to the plane and go backto the bridge and start over. If somebody goes down then that person has one of two choices. He can go back to alcatraz and get his perks or they can switch with another person in the back. As soon as he looks like hes going down someone needs to take over. Make sure you have someone predetermined for this instance. IT will be very dangerous having 3 people rush out. If he wants to go back to Alcatraz, have someone gather up the train and bring it into the back on the pack a punch side of the bridge (this is more open) train the zombies and let the guy revive himself. Once he gets back to the electric chair continue killing zombies. I did this with 2 players and we had the timing down so he would throw his tomahawk and then I would throw mine exactly after his was done. It went by pretty fast and with 4 people I am pretty sure this can go by very fast since the zombies do spawn in fast due to the large amount of spawns. I really think this is the easiest spot to hold down with multiple people that doesn't involve camping like other strategies.

I have played a bucketload of zombies today. I have played over 100 rounds today in separate games. Started out with a 38 solo motd game. jumped over to moon and got to 24 and quit out because I was getting bored with the moon. after that I got to round 28 with 4 people back on mob of the dead. then I was done, but my friend talked me into one more game just me and him. We got to 37 on mob of the dead 2 player. So thats 38+24+28+37=127 rounds. plus all the other minor games i had. I had a lot of zombie play time today. Whats the most you have played in one day?

i think it was 214

Mob Of The Dead 5 Skulls Locations - Free Blundergat
TheBSZombie replied to MrCaffiene82's topic in Mob of the Dead
You can also get the skull from the phd boat from the white staircase. Right in the middle of it is a white platform in between the steps and you can just tomahawk the skull and retrieve it. -

That actually sounds right. -
I find it funny that they had all these trailers and none of the trailers that had the docks in it had the 2 perks located on top of the boat
