Mob of the Dead Trailer Analysis! NOW WITH "MAKING OF" VIDEO
TheBSZombie replied to Flammenwerfer's topic in Mob of the Dead
True, but would Treyarch really make another George Romero? They got a lot of backlash from the community because of him. yea and I freking love george. -
I'm just kidding, pal. o. lolol
-
we wouldn't get it from a zombie. no other navcard was received from killing a zombie. its a theory though.
-
Do you think that there will be one in this map? What color do you think it will be? I honestly think there has to be a navcard, so if you feel this way, will this narrow down the timeframe this map can be?

What if this is a movie and that the red eyes don't exist on the zombies. because I looked through the trailer and we don't actually see any kind of zombie that is still "alive". we see one in the lsat but they time it just right where that zombie dies out. and it would make since the director of the movie would be like lets give them red eyes. make them scary looking. no director knows the true story. and @2:40 the guys are editing a part of the game where the player gets trapped by zombies. what caught my eye is that the people that are acting out the zombie movements with those special suits (capture movements). and when they are capturing the movements of the people they are all jumping on top of each other. in game we never see any zombies jumping and crawling over other zombies to get to people. This supports the theory that this is a movie because in cutscenes and in movies we can see zombies jumping on top of each other. just an idea

I honestly think this guy just may be part of the cutscene
-
i think that it is a movie and that the "warden" is just a part of the beginning cutscene.

Discount map packs for BO1/WaW?
TheBSZombie replied to NeedaLittleRevive's topic in General Zombies Discussion
you can get first strike free if you buy a new black ops at gamestop -
another strategy i just started using is go to original box location. get a trample steam and go to the edge where the jumpers have to climb up. put the trample steam right behind you and get a single shot gun or a bowie/galva knuckle. most of the jumping jacks will come to the climp up spot and you can shoot them if you have a shottie or single shot gun or just knife them. its super easy to get 100% accuracy and if any denizen/jumper comes behind you it will probably land on the trample steam

well maybe this first picture that you showed is when the prison is being teared down or something like that.

So I was playing online and finally got to round 20. at round 20 I looked at my capture card and i saw that it had taken over an hr and 30 minutes to get there. i can get to the 40s maybe 50s in 1 hr and 30 mins solo. why does it take so long? I know the answer and its because people try to hit the box every round and people go down and need to get new weapons and stuff. There are also more zombies. so yea I know I just answered myself but the main problem I have is what is the nicest way to say hurry the hell up? every round I was sitting there running laps around the map to give myself something to do since I was waiting. The only way I can think of doing it is killing the last zombie but that is counterproductive because the guys are usually not even close to being in a "safe" spot and will end up going down which draws out the rounds longer. tldr:what are some ways to tell people that we need to get going and to stop holding crawlers every round.

Bootlegged Perks? ( Are the perk beverages canon?)
TheBSZombie replied to Mattzs's topic in Mob of the Dead
thats a good idea. and even if group 935 did make the perk machines, that doesn't mean that they couldn't have built the perk machines in the 20s. unless we have firm evidence that they were developed in the 30s. and perks are considered magic aren't they? and the guns are going back and time, why can't these perk machines they love so much come back in time also. -
Bootlegged Perks? ( Are the perk beverages canon?)
TheBSZombie replied to Mattzs's topic in Mob of the Dead
did you think alcohol was a problem at all for normal citizens to get during this time period? bootlegging is what made so many people famous (well rich not exactly famous) back in the 20s. even if they did have alcohol i don't think its an issue. -
i like the high sensitivity because it allows the super fast maneuvering

What exactly do you meanbu turning them into gas zombies? I've heard people mention this before, but I don't really get what it means. Do you mean turning them into the crawlers from kino and five? Because that seems very counter-productive to me... i don't know, if you asked me how to turn zombies into liquid zombies i wouldn't think of the sliquigier. im pretty sure the great guys at treyarch will find out how to do so. i made a more in depth topic a few weeks ago, not sure where though.
-
i really think there will be a gun that makes them turn into gas zombies. i think marleton (might be steu but im not sure) has a quote saying that it would be cool to make gas zombies.
-
if you have more kills they think you would be better at the game so they would want you to have a higher kd. i got the shotguns after a few long games of die rise. i wen to round 50 twice and then went to round 79 which i recorded and will prob be using for game play if i do commentaries on my channel. it boosted my kd up from a 243 to a 265.

Why exactly have you been told not to talk about it? You should be able to talk about whatever you want to. I explained that i think its in st. petersburg. i made a video about it if you want more info but im not going to post any more information about the topic because it pertains a little to the "leak"(i don't think its a leak but lets not talk about what makes it a leak and what doesn't because its been talked about so many other times and it just pulls from the topic) but yea i was thinking lets have an island and maybe a little mansion the size of kino (prob would be bigger, the maps on bo2 are HUGE) and then have a little part where you can get outside onto the beach. but it would be hard to train because they would spawn at random points on the ground.

I play tactical with an 8 or 9 sensitivity. i used to play on a 10 in black ops 1 and then when mw3 came out my sensitivity dropped to a 3 and sometimes a 2 so i can aim better. and now i come back to zombies and with fps freaks can only get to a 9 sensitivity at most. and its still good i wish i oculd get back to 14 but after playing 40 days of mw3 and with a low sensitivity for the most part i can't get back up there. and the 9 sensitivity is still good for me, i just got to round 79 recently..

u sneaky bastard... lol
-
its 3 knives the very first time. after that its like 5 knives. and becomes a pain to knife.
-
great way of putting it. i tried doing the escalator method, and you actually waste more ammo doing it because the zombies spawn so far away from the chain. in theory they should all spawn and be able to get there in time but sometimes they like to all spawn in the same place and then a group would spawn farther away making it difficult to chain effectively. yes it can be done. i got to round 53 doing it. but it isn't as efficient as some people make it out to be.

~EJ's Pro-Tips~ Need Some Advice?
TheBSZombie replied to Electric Jesus's topic in General Zombies Discussion
One person runs a circle around the Claymore rock. The more experienced player runs a long oval down the huge pathway that leads to the airlock right outside the teleporter. when i played with multiple people in the biodome, the more experienced player usually ran by the entrance to the labs. this guy tended to get a lot more kills then the others, but has to deal with the astronaut. -
the best strategy i can give you is go to budha room. put your trample steam down on the broken column leading up the an94. when the denizens come just have them hit the trample steam. have some insta claymores ready in case one of them passed the trample steam. (if you don't know what insta claymores are, put 12 claymores on the map in a spot where they will not blow up and when you place the next it will blow up instantly.)the insta claymores are great for denizen rounds because if you place a normal one down the denizens might jump over them. when i say denizens im talking about minions, jumping jacks, what ever you call them...

a very good tip is if you and your partner need a break. emp the full horde of zombies and both partners can go use the bathroom, eat, or do whatever they please. when they come back all they need to do is shoot and the zombie killing can begin again. another problem i see with your topic is saying that you can't run. you actuallly can if you are far enough away from the zombies. how far, im not sure. but there have been zombies on the other side of town and i have sprinted and not woken them up.
