  1. From what I've heard, there are NO denizens, it's something else. Also, yeah, the plane takes you to the Golden Gate bridge. That's where PaP is, and you have to use the electric chairs to get back.
  2. Love you all, My2keV2IIQ0 Going to sticky this for easy find. Please use this thread to report any minor observations from the trailer. ~way
  3. So, let's list some main facts about E.J. (not you, Electric Jesus). 1. He arrived in 1934. 2. He left in 1947. 3. He was an Associate Warden. 3. He was present for many of the escape attempts. Something that our new crew was trying to do. Thus, if this man is indeed the zombie we see here, then we have a possible time frame of 1934 - 1947. The Warden was shown in the newest trailer. Here's the only screen I could find. As you can see, he's heavily armored, and much taller. The man you see is just a guard. Perhaps the first zombie they see? Maybe as they escape, they kill him, then he gets up?
  4. @midnightapalooza Basically a time paradox is if the timeline is distorted to make an event impossible. For instance, if you went back in time and killed your grandfather. If you did, then you would never be born, therefore you wouldn't kill him, therefore you would be born, and continuously in a circle forever until the cause of the paradox disappears. @charries96 And thanks for the doctor who episode, I looked into that.
  5. Yeah, exactly. He is slowly disappearing from the timeline, sorta like Marty McFly in Back To The Future because the missiles changed the timeline so that he could have never gotten the golden rod therefore never taken control in the first place.
  6. okay haha glad you like it :D
  7. That is an image I borrowed from another user here on the forums which shows the timeline separation when the Earth was destroyed on Moon. It helps a lot to explain my theory, which is again, just a theory. I think we've been wrong the whole time. Maxis' rockets were not meant to take out "specific 935 bases", and the UN-used quote from BOI where he says "the calculations were incorrect" was un-used for a reason. Maxis accomplished his goal in destroying the Earth. Richtofen received the Focusing Stone, and the Golden Rod, post-moon, because Call of The Dead and Shangri-La take place after Moon. Now our characters go to Shangri-La and CotD first, but in the order of time, Moon was in the 1900's sometime (I'm unsure) and CotD was in 2010-2011. So when Maxis blew up the Earth, it changed time to where CotD and SL could not happen, which creates a time paradox. If CotD and SL could never happen, then Richtofen could never take power. That's why Richtofen is weak. It's like a "Back to the Future" type thing. Marty started to disappear when he changed the past, and now that Maxis did, the same is happening to Richtofen. Richtofen is now looking for a way to "Mend the Rift," or Mend the time Paradox, and restore the Earth to normal. I saw this in a comment on another thread, and added a little of my own to it. What do you guys think?
  8. Wow, that's really something!
  9. A good idea I actually saw on the PlayTheGame forums was to have a weapon or teleporter that works like the Kino teleporters did, but rather than take you to sections of the map that are unique, have them take you to sections of old maps. I.E. You throw this black hole bomb and jump in it/teleport and you appear in the Power Room of Der Reise, or the Stage on Kino, or the Defcon Room in Five. Just iconic places from old maps. And maybe you could make it that in each section of an old map there was the mystery box, and during the time you were there you could hit the box and get weapons specific to that map. I.E. Der Reise- Monkey Bombs, Wunderwaffe, WaW weapons Kino- Thundergun, BO weapons Five- Winter's Howl Ascension- Thundergun, Gersch Device
  10. I definitely like the idea. I'll look into this more and see if we can't find some evidence.
  11. Alright, thanks, I'll do that. And he's been super busy lately with school, he and I haven't had much time to play, but next time we get in a game I will try to message you on your xbox or on here?
  12. do you really know Radaustins27? If so, please tell him he's the man - and he's one of the only few members of the Z YT community that I really watch videos from. Well mannered, well versed - and all around just a regular guy that you can really relate to. I dig that. if you were just saying "buddy" in general, well then - disregard my tidings (but good taste in commentators, my friend) Okay, Grill, I'm new here so you may have to help me in moving my post, because I'd like to get some good responses. And to answer your second question, yes, I have talked to Reed and would consider him a good friend. :D
  13. I'm sure if any of you have played Die Rise even once, or for that matter watched any footage, you've probably heard the weird noise we get at the ending rather than a song. This has only happened in one other map, Moon, and that was the end of Season 1. In case you haven't, check out my good buddy Reed's video he has of it. He plays the sound a few times. Anyway, I wanted to get some of my ideas out there, and see what yours were. This noise, to me, sounds like quite a few different things. 1: Heavy footsteps, leading up to a cage being opened/closed. That leads me to think of our good friend, the Cosmic Silverback. I feel like Treyarch put WAAAAYY to much detail into the model to only use it in Dead Ops. Mind you, he was also mentioned on a magazine in Five. 2: Now this one is a little off the wall, but stay with me here. With the patch of the Maxis Diary Entry talking about Richtofen's experiments pre-WaW, I also kind of got the feeling that this could be the sound of him closing Maxis and Samantha into the teleporter at Der Reise. 3: This one honestly just popped into my head as I was writing this, but what if the sound is more metaphorical? Just like we made a big move on Moon putting Richtofen in control, perhaps the lack of a song here is showing us we made another BIG decision. In the Die Rise EE, you are actually forced to choose between Richtofen and Maxis. Once you reach a certain step, one EE being completed prevents the other. So maybe the door being closed signifies that we had closed the door on one of their fates, we had just chosen the loser. I honestly don't know here, but if anyone else has really looked into it, I'd love to know more.
  14. Thanks, man! And I know, I'm so on the line about whether or not I want Blops2 to be the end of Zombies. I'm scared if we keep it up it'll get run into the ground, fast. I'll make a thread about it later. And btw, about your desc, add me on xbox, UNTAMEDxERIC I never got the chance to do the Blops Easter Eggs myself.
  15. Thanks a lot Zombo, glad you like the theory! And what you said makes a lot of sense. Richtofen can increase his power while keeping a following too.
  16. Infest, glad you thought it was good, I've been reading the forums as a guest for a while now and I'm a huge fan of yours. :D
  17. Hi, I'm Eric. This is my first post on the forums, so forgive me if this has already been brought up somewhere. Link me your thread and I'll credit you. Anyway, while I like to believe the "Vril people are using Richtofen as a puppet" or "Infinite Time Loop" theories, I decided to sit down and come up with another proper storyline explanation of my own that doesn't involve those. Basically, Richtofen has had a hand in the creation of the Flesh cult. They state that they have "ascended to a higher plane of enlightenment and are not in danger from the zombies." What I think this means is that once someone joins the Flesh and eats a zombie, Richtofen, being in control, prevents the zombies from attacking them. Why would he do this, you ask? Because, if we use Samuel as an example, people who haven eaten a zombie can hear Richtofen. Now, if you heard a magic voice, and suddenly the zombies left you alone, then you would probably listen to him, but I'll come back to that. Why does Richtofen want to complete the Tower Of Babel? Simple. He wants to restore the Earth to what it once was to rule over, as he said. Now back to listening to him. Once he restores the Earth, he uses the threat of Zombies to convert as many people to the Flesh as possible, and kills anyone who won't join, until Humanity is nothing but the Flesh. Over time, Richtofen could use the zombies as a type of "Private Army" to keep people under control and people would come to view him as a God. TL;DR Richtofen restores Earth and uses the zombies to make everyone become part of the Flesh cult and worship him as God for the rest of eternity.
