BriggzyJ97 replied to BriggzyJ97's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Oh then that's good the, but does that come in affect as of now or does it cancel all versus downs and kills I've collected so far. We may never know. :? -
Not really mine are pretty basic: Juggernog- Jug Quick revive- revive Speed cola- greenie ( I always forgot the name when in the spur of the moment) Double Tap- Tap Deadshot daiquiri- Headshot.. I mean deadshot Phd Flopper- PHD Stamin-up - Stamin Mule kick - Mule kick Tombstone - tombstone Who's who- Whosa who ( said in the "who's who " voice) Electric cherry- Don't have it yet, but I know I'm gona call it Cherry

Ranks are the ruin of zombies
BriggzyJ97 replied to BriggzyJ97's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I agree the bo1 leaderboards were the best so far. I'm not entirely sure why they had to change that system at all but oh well. And that's the point, zombies shouldn't be stressful, if anything it should be a stress reliever, but ranks has changed that, as most people are so stressed about the ranks they have forgotten about the true joy of the mode. Not I wouldn't have mind this but it has caused problems for those that want to enjoy the game. -
Ranks are the ruin of zombies
BriggzyJ97 replied to BriggzyJ97's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I agree that the concept of ranks is a good one, but too many people take it too seriously. Rather than people thinking that its a small add-on to zombies (which it is) , they believe the rank to be the major part of zombies. Like it is in multiplayer. I suppose my rant was more towards some people that play zombies, and the decline of team working skills, which rather reflects humanity as a whole, then the premise of ranks And yeah turned was a bit annoying with the downs counting. That's 350 downs I will never get back. My friend while trying to do the trophies gained an extra 750 downs. Ouch -

Ranks are the ruin of zombies
BriggzyJ97 replied to BriggzyJ97's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I agree that ranks are reasonable up to a state. But I was saying how that because about 80% are so worried and preoccupied by them that it becomes almost impossible to find a good game quickly, without someone of a higher level leaving or someone ragequit ting because they went down. Thanks for the reply though ;) -
Hello all. I am here to have a rant. Lets begin 4 years ago in World at war. I was a young boy only about 11 and playing zombies happily , not perticularly good at it but enjoying it for what it was. A fun game mode. I had many people of whom frequently added me as a friend and we played often. I slowly got better as did they and we had fun getting to the high rounds because we helped each other out and there was a real sense of brotherhood. Unfortunately when MW2 came along we played zombies less and less and we all ended up deleting each other. Now black ops 1 came along and I realised that people were now less friendly and more concerned about getting to a higher round. Box hoggers started to appear and by Moon it was hard to find anyone that had any concept of teamwork and helpfulness. But I could handle this as I normally did Private matches instead of online games. Then MW3 came along causing a natural break in zombies. During this time my friends who I played private match zombies started doing other things. Then Black ops 2 came along. First of all no-one knew how the ranks worked, but just knew that they were there. Then they realised it was a kill to down system. Then the ragequitters came. They knew that if they lost perks then they were likely to die again so they quit , due to downs stopping them from getting their precious shotgun rank. Ranks have also segregated the community, making it so that knives refused to play with skulls , skulls refused to play with bones and shotguns refused to play with anyone. This makes it almost impossible to find a game. I have been playing zombies all afternoon and I must have gone through 250 different lobbies just to play about 20 games. And when I do find a game they ragequit 85% of the time, therefore causing the game to be null and void. The ranks themselves are meaningless because I, personally think that a good zombies player isn't someone who can stay up and running , but someone who knows how to revive and be courteous towards others. Gone are the days were I could sit down, put my mic on and slay some zombies with some good, friendly, honest, people with good team working skills. Nowadays I barely put on my mic, because of some little kid shouting new swears he learnt from school that day, just because I had "stole" the box from him. Right, rant over continue as you were. Any debating is welcome and encouraged .

New Ideas for Next DLC Zombies
BriggzyJ97 replied to Illuminatti115's topic in Research & Development
Also no offence but I don't think that there will be another single boss zombie after Brutus. Plus in my experience Goerge wasn't very popular anyway. Also Goerge and an Anti-Christ?? Might become a bit crowded -
I totally agree, I don't have any trouble with this either. In fact normally I just go middle of a round . It's quite difficult to die unless you get stuck somewhere waiting for elevators or double back on yourself. It really depends on where your getting ammo from. I always use the AN so I just pop down to the Buddha room and get it. Then wait in the power room for the elevator.

Haha yep this has happened to me plenty of times. They seem to like spawning down there. I often get them spawning down there when I'm on the roof , which is annoying because if there's not anough points on offer to get down there, no free perk for me.

After watching the video, I believe that we've found another secret. I thought that the redeemer would do something differant

I can't watch the video ATM but it sounds similar to the astronaut glitch on moon, where he sat there dancing

With the new Grief map, we now know that Treyarch have decided to roll with this new game mode. I have a new idea. Grief only WunderWeapons . These will increase the competitiveness of grief to a new level, even further then the meat drop. Think of a stronger version of an awful Lawton that speeds up zombies to attack an enemy. Or an anti max ammo machine that takes away a round of ammo from the target. Imagine the new creative possibilities. So I would like to here your ideas. Go :)

What makes COD zombies special?
BriggzyJ97 replied to AlphaOmega's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I've been playing since world at war ( I was only 10 ) and I think it's the uniqueness that each game brings. This is done by features like the mystery box , "Boss" rounds and even the zombies themselves. Each game is different and this is why people play zombies. Also it's the new features that Treyarch just keep adding and adding. Zombies itself is also a merge of Horror, Sci- Fi and Thriller so it attracts a huge target audience. It feeds the masses . And finally it's a great stress reliever. Who doesn't love to shoot dome of the maggot men's heads off -
Unfortunately It seems that treyarch have put in a failsafe program where if the zombie is left alone than he dies and the new round starts . This is not only because of people leaving crawlers, walkers and such to go get max ammo, but also for scenarios like this : [*:2lrp2asz]The player goes to the Buddha room near the end of the round[*:2lrp2asz]Zombies spawn in Buddha room[*:2lrp2asz]Player leaves the Buddha room[*:2lrp2asz]Player goes to roof via elevator [*:2lrp2asz]Zombies walk around frustrated because they cannot get to the player You see what I mean. Although this can be annoying for ammo runs it is necessary. I always play on co-op so it's not a problem to me. My only advice would be to either go at the end of a round where there's less zombies. Have a walker and walk it wherever you want to go ( this would be very slow ), or keep a runner with you. Good luck :D

Ahh Ok thanks

Hello all . A lot of people have supported the theory that the warden has been a practitioner of satanic rituals( due to the amount of candles, skulls etc in the wardens office) I'm thinking that the rituals would probably need a blood sacrafice, which I believe that the warden was going to use prisoners for. As they could easily go missing without anyone caring. But during the cutscene we see that the warden is killed. This is the final part of the ritual that summons the ultimate evil and the zombies. The warden is the blood sacrifice. Discuss

CoDz official Turned general feedback and first impressions
BriggzyJ97 replied to MegaAfroMan's topic in Turned
I think that you can have as many monkeys as you can if you keep killing with them. I've had 4 monkeys in a run before.( I got 5000 points in that game. I was very happy ) I love turned as a mini game but it definitely needs more maps to spice it up a bit. Or something else. -
longer? i thought perks and traps were introduced in the same map? longer than some perks yes. and i totally agree that they are great for the casual player but I think they hurt the map for the higher round player. just want to make that clear. In motd not so much since they have the redeemer but in other maps especially kino and five it does kind of ruin it. I can't believe I made that mistake. You're right they were both put in Verruckt. Perhaps Treyarch could add in a traps On/Off setting like magic and hellhounds. But then the leaderboards would be affected still. I suppose that what treyarch are doing is right by putting the traps in some maps but not all maps
-
I like traps that are unique like the three in MOTD but the basic electric traps I just leave, especially the ones in "five". I think that as long as there are new ideas for traps they will have their place. I mean they've been around longer than perks, they're part of zombies and have made it what it what it is today.

Ahh i see. Thanks

Hey codz . Two days ago I was playing tranzit and I on round 4 the first instakill of the game was a red one. I was skeptical and expected this to be a one off anomaly, but this carried on for two days. As far as I knew red instakills only lasted for one instakill period. Am I mistaken or was this a super red instakill??
