In the newest "Letters from the field", Takeo mentions a "Battle of Mukden/mukin/makin/whatever". The closest battle to line up with this date and name is the "Battle of Mukden" This battle takes place in 1905, between the Japanese and the Russians. Being one of the largest battles to take place in Asia before World War 1. The battle ended with the Russians fleeing making Japan the victor. Now Takeo also talks about his "target" Could Takeo have a specific person he was supposed to kill in the Russian Army? Maybe he was supposed to kill Nikolai. My guess is as good as yours. Anyone else have any theories of which battle Takeo is talking about?

Adding a new ability! Give him sweets by a chalk drawing and he'll put it at a random question mark. -
Links between Black Ops 1 and MoTD!
TheBurningWaffle replied to TheBurningWaffle's topic in Mob of the Dead
Yeah, just the engineer was in Dead Ops Arcade, doesn't mean he can be the warden. Then adding on to the point above, what if there is a connection between these two. Maybe more is to be found on Dead Ops then we think. -
The other day i had remembered the terminal on black ops 1 and the stuff you could find. Now if you want proof for yourself for what i about to show you just do the following! Go to terminal on black ops 1. Type: rlogin dreamland User: Roppen Pass: Trinity then type: cat engineeruntoten.pic And there you have it. The engineer looks very similar to Brutus from Mob of the Dead. With the red eyes and the club similar to the wardens, it's almost safe to say that the engineer is Brutus. With that being said, could Brutus be the one that fixes the problems for the main guy controlling everything?

Hey guys, BurningWaffle here with another theory that i have had jumbling in my mind since the start of this map. If you want to just get to the explanation of the map just skip to the * If you read before it will just get you caught up on the basic background of the storyline for the map. Let's start at the basics of the back story of the map. Michael "Finn" O'Leary, Salvator DeLuca, Billy Handsome, and Albert Arlington, were inmates at Alcatraz Island. The date was December 31st, 1933. Albert Arlington, AKA "Weasel" had created a plan involving these four steps. Step one being, "Find the warden's key," Step two being, "Get the plane parts." Step three being, "Build the plane on the roof." and lastly, "Get the HELL of the ISLAND!" Weasel was able to convince the other three that they could actually fly off the island. They got to the roof, but it hadn't worked. In result, Sal DeLuca, Finn O'Leary, and Billy Handsome, brutally murdered Weasel out of the hate for being deceived. * Now that we have gone over the basic background story. Let's go over the appearance of the map. The misprision is in a very Satanist state. With blood stains, candles, and skulls placed everywhere. Hey, lets not forget the presence of over millions of undead. There is also a boss that is suggested to be "Ferguson", but his name called here is "Brutus" (Also the name of one of Julius Caesar's killers. Julius says "Et tu, Brute?" which means "Even you, Brutus?). Some say he is the Overlord or the controller of Zombies? I say he is just a prophet of the real "being". Now, who is this "being"? No one knows yet. All we know is he is pure evil. Is Weasel a prophet? No, and here is why I know why he isn't. When the three prisoners murdered Albert, Albert must have been in a angry state. The "being" used his nightmares, journal entries, and even his own drawings design this map. This is why the three mention a lot through out this map. "This looks like one of weasels drawings". Even Weasel says stuff like this as well. This map is a living hell designed by Weasels Imagination. This theory explains the huge paper plans on the walls. The hell hounds on the walls.(Which Weasel has already probably told them about seeing that he made them up). Now time to explain the fireworks. My thoughts on them is that the two colors in the are representations of Maxis and Richtofen, those two lights always fade off, but the red orb on the opposite side of the bridge never fades. Now keep in mind while responding, this is just a theory.

Hey guys, waffle here with a new theory on how the after life and out of body experiences are connected. Also how the power may work on this map.
