Solid post, I don't have nearly enough drive to go that high. I have always thought that was an interesting feature and a well deserved bonus for players who have the dedication to survive for that long.

The entire map of Tranzit has been no clipped andsadly there is nothing else out there. Not saying there are no unfound EEs, but additional areas in the map are just not present. Also the words inside the robots indicate which staff to place. I have never tried releasing maxis inside so that is something I might have to check out. Keep the theories coming, they are always nice to read!

They did what they set out to do, and nothing should be stopping them from walking right back out of there. I don't see any reason their last stand would have to be on Buried.

I beat the mode on my 2nd playthrough. However I wouldn't say that the the mode is an easy play by any means. I had a great team with excellent load outs and communication. It seems like the spawns have changed from three or four at a time to about eight. Making the game that much more chaotic. You also earn less points for certain creatures, than you did on PoC. Making ammon conservation so much more important. I am loving the introduction of story line. The intel and cutscenes were a nice touch. The Breeder, holy sh*t. When that thing spawned on my first play through I was just running around screaming waiting for the helicopter to come. It did not and I was shot down. Over all this DLC has restored my interest in the mode and I can't wait to see what's next.

If it were an option similar to the poll thread it may be a viable option. However I don't think it would have a place in a discussion thread. Also what would be the determining factor? Brains? The might make users feel obligated to deal Brains where they are not due.

Thank you for the feedback MMX. I made up the PU names for this thread specifically for this thread as to not fall in the trend of unofficial community assigned names. While my intentions were good, I ended up being guilty of the same offense. I agree with you completely. I'll make them a bit more to the point. To be honest when I added the 'associated' items I thought it would be more pleasing to read and a bit more recognizable to folks who are less familiar with the effects of perks. However if it is just misleading the reader than I will reconsider it's use (with the exception of a few).

Hmmm well I have gained QR with less than 17. I've had it as early as 9. Where did you get the info for some of them? For the others it seems some additional research might be needed. Not saying you don't know your stuff, I just want to be sure for my own piece of mind. I'm not sure how I forgot to include the ray gun, I even wrote out the steps. Also I just think the pistol upgrade is stupid, so I didnt include it. I suppose if I want a complete guide I should. Anyway, back to the lab!

This is the only part I have an issue with. I change positions on the Origins role in the story line all the time. If the very same Maxis from Buried woke up in the drone then why would he be speaking so highly of Richtofen. I think it's first dialogue is something along the lines of " I knew my friend would save me". This does not seem like the same man who just doomed an entire planet. It's a small piece to go off yes, but it just did not sit right with me. Although I do agree completely on the shared aether. This is something I have come to accept for some time.

I like it, the only difference being it doesn't protect against non flopping fall damage. Sometimes I assume it's common knowledge, but it would be nice to detail it. I'll add it in. Also for the others, I couldn't find concrete details so I did not include them.
