What Were the Most Iconic Elements of Black Ops II?
Boom115 replied to Electric Jesus's topic in General Zombies Discussion
The melee weapons is what I will remember the most from Black OPs 2. An electrified knuckle duster that allows you to punch a zombie square in the face. The classic prison shiv; along with the ever so epic golden spork. Last but not least a Bruce Lee inspired punch that sends zombies flying across the map. Also check this out: THIS -
May try it, does that delete my leaderboard data? I got my highest round here and i really dont want to lose it. Nope it will still be there.
-
I've heard of people going to a black screen when trying to load. Have you tried deleting the DLC and downloading it again?
-
I thought they made it very apparent as they basically matched the generator canisters. I guess that's just the beauty of randoms lobbies, never know what you are gonna get (Forest Gump voice).
-
They took that out? Thats news to me; I wouldn't have though that it was OP. This would definitely be a cool idea! I think it could play like this to upgrade: -Insert the elemental Staff of your choosing into the PaP. -Inserting staff will fully deplete the ammo. -Only works for one weapon at a time. This is how I believe treyarch would design it. On pretty much all of there maps anything good they give you comes with a price. They also try and force team work; so in this case I'm sure certain elements would be more favorable then others. Realistically though this would never work, we would be getting anim errors as soon as you PaP'd
-
This basically sums up my opinion. I think the others pretty much covered all of the pros and cons. Solo is the safer play; but co op is a lot more fun.
-
It's just a glitch from the lightning staff. You'll notice this anywhere the person with lightning staff training.
-
All of the areas are tight and not really ideal for training. However there are certain paths that are never blocked in the Crazy Place. The safest strategy would be to hug the corners of the elemental areas; but you still run great risk of getting cut off. Ice and Wind are the best spots in my opinion as they are spacious and can easily be circled. People seem to flock towards the middle. I have no idea why it's a guaranteed death trap.

Micro Transactions Proof?? Shangri La
Boom115 replied to CodeNamePizza's topic in General Zombies Discussion
I heard he also created zombies mythology. His super cool band rocked so hard that the dead rose from their graves to rage  Ha thanks Nathan that gave me a good laugh this morning. Similar to what MMX had said; I don't believe until it is right in front of me. There are way to many dedicated trollers in the zombies community that there are few sources that I truly trust. -
I've seen you around for a bit; but officially welcome to the forum. I look forward to seeing your posts.

Is Extinction the future of codz forum?

I wouldn't jump the gun on this one. It might be a huge flop that we would not want to associate with the glorious site that is CoDZ. -
Jimmy Z Tweets - Explaining Rank
Boom115 replied to yourmapper's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Alpha, the eyes and slashes only indicate how many consecutive days that you played. So you should not feel that your recent gameplay has not impacted your rank in any way. I am certain that they will tweak it if not completely scraping it in the next game. -

I will be waiting to see others game play after the release. I don't want to make a sixty dollar investment on a sub par knock off. Nor do I want to get my hopes up. So for now I'll shall just wait and see. Who knows, maybe they'll surprise us! -

So the rounds actually do impact ranks. That makes it a bit less horrible for me. -
Nice alternative to the tank station! How do you tackle the Soldat rounds?Do you just leave, or is it easily managed in the tunnel?

Jimmy's latest Tweet! Mule Kick-esque gift?
Boom115 replied to DeathBringerZen's topic in General Zombies Discussion
Exactly. And what happens when you fall all the way down and are stuck inside the power room floor or the maze below it? All it will do is speed up gameplay. There are death barriers so you would die regardless of flopper. I really liked what DBZ had said about repaying the dedicated players. That would be a fun couple of months basically raising the bar for high rounds on the leaderboards. -

You wouldn't find jumping off a sky scraper or training in lava fun enough to give the maps a 2nd go around? Imagine MotD with Stamin-up or infinite Quick revives on all maps; that would be amazing. Although the reasons I just listed are also the reasons I think we will not get the machine. -

If the machine was stationary they wouldn't need to add the lighting bolt. However, I doubt they will incorporate the wunderfizz. Can you imagine how easy most of the maps would be with the addition of flopper. -

People only seem to pick out the small similarities. The definitely floated some of the same ideas, but put there on twist on them. Which really can be said about every zombies map EVER. Melee: -Place a Spoon into a pool of blood an get kills with a specific weapon in a specific room. -Fill chests up with zombies souls. Can also upgrade with elemental properties. Tactical: -Feed the heads of Cerberus; upgrade by getting kills on the golden gate bridge. -Cleanse an ancient tablet in holy water Special Weapon: -Collect skulls using the previously acquired tomahawk. Upgrade using a buildable acid kit. -Collect pieces scattered through out the map using several different methods. Solve various puzzles/challenges to upgrade. Pack-a-Punch: -Build a flippin plane! -Keep six generators powered. Hidden Areas: -Build a plane and take the skies to only crash on a bridge. -Locate a specific record to open a portal to another realm Boss: -Fast Zombie that can only be killed by headshots -Fast Zombie that can only be killed by headshots; who can take way more damage and has a flamethrower and a scorpion claw. True Similarities: -Buildable screen -Dynamic music -Nolan North Uhhh...

The mark 2 will take out the horde much faster and has a lot more ammo. So given those factors I would say mark two is the superior weapon IMO. The Boomhilda is still a fantastic gun if you can't pull the ray gun out of the box. Try doing what I do: Run rounds 1-25 in the crazy place. All you really need is jug and a shield. You'll leave with somewhere around 100,000 points and you can just destroy the box until you pull out the mark 2.

I took it as an escape from his personal hell. How else do you explain the tapes that describe his demise and the trail of blood on the rooftop? Which yeah most zombies maps are covered in blood; but this seemed too detailed to be taken as just random blood spatter.
-
Once you have the routes maped out it's not hard at all. MatoMaster21 did an excellent tutorial where he runs three routes and you can see all possible perk locations. I normally don't waste time trying to achieve all of them as some perks are just not that valuable.

This is an animation glitch sometimes guns or drops appear but they are invisible or just not glowing.
