  1. Never assume anything with Zombies, man. You never know when Treyarch might do some unexpected shit.
  2. So you can get 125 free points from proning at all 5 perk machines in the map? Sweet.
  3. No. Origins only has one story mode to play with. No Survival, no Grief, no Turned. Just Origins.
  4. Richtofen knows about Maxis hearing voices of Samantha, so he is angry at her of course for leading Maxis astray. And of course he knows the situation, he's been at the excavation site longer than Dempsey, Takeo and Nikolai. Once again, this map is a prequel, it has absolutely nothing to do with Buried or the N4's actions.
  5. Tac has already covered that here: viewtopic.php?f=100&t=11929
  6. I've only watched one video with the Boomhilda, and I already love it. It's great that we have a gun that sets zombies on fire (No offense, but the Hades just doesn't compare). Plus, it's a pistol with an ACOG scope. It's like a mini sniper rifle Too bad that the Mauser will only be exclusive to this map, considering its WW1 nature and all... But they should put in new pistols every now and then, to have more variety alongside good ol' M1911.
  7. Just more advertising. Treyarch is really going all out by advertising Origins every chance they get. They're not even talking a single bit about multiplayer.
  8. Okay, someone mentioned that when using Zombie Blood, they heard Samantha saying "Step 1: Secure the key". After watching DalekJD's video above, I heard her saying "Step 3: Rain fire". But... Wasn't that Reznov's plans to escape Vorkuta in BO1's campaign?
  9. Yeah, that's part of a step. After finishing each staff's challenge, you go there and you spin the plates until the visible side shows the same color (red for Fire, yellow for Lightning, blue for Ice, purple for Wind, depending on whichever staff challenge you did before). When a challenge is completed, you can see a colored ball floating below the plates (matching the color of the staff you did the challenge for). Use that staff to shoot the ball, and the ball will fly up into the plates. Then you can go to the Crazy Place and insert whatever staff you just used into its respective altar. Do the same for all 4 staffs.
  10. That's probably the weakest point in Zombies story. For players whose native language isn't English, it's a bit hard to follow the story if there are no subtitles. It would definitely make it easier to write transcripts of audio logs down, rather than trying to figure out what words the characters are saying...
  11. I gotta ask: what happens if a player carrying a staff dies and bleeds out? Will the staff be returned to the place it was built, or do we have to pull it out of the box like the Sliquifier?
  12. Treyarch has released a short music video for Archangel: Got some great shots from the intro cinematic in different angles. There's a clear shot of Maxis' corpse in there too.
  13. No, his brain is actually in the Maxis Drone. Seriously. Seriously? Like, do you actually use his brain as a buildable part for it? Can't imagine what would happen if the drone broke down. Maxis' brain would just splatter all over the ground
  14. I heard rumors the SPAS-12 is back... Also, an MP40 w/ Adjustable Stock and an AK74u w/ Extended Clip is in the box. Not sure if the box now gives random attachments to weapons or not...
  15. Are you guys actually saying Maxis' brain is inside the Maxis Drone? C'mon, that's ridiculous, I'm sure Richtofen kept Maxis' brain in a jar. Or in his back pocket. Somewhere where zombies can't touch it.
  16. Doesn't the box open like, super early during round 1-2? You couldn't have completed any of those challenges then.
  17. Well that's interesting. Does it work with every gun or do you have to use explosives and Ray Guns?
  18. There is a yellow part within the robot and seeing as there are 3, I can see that being where they are... TRiyVFbfk-0 You can go inside the robot!?! That freefall is total BS though, normally we would've died
  19. You just answered your own question. It gives you a random amount of points.
  20. No, navcards only play a role in the N4's quests. There is a shovel that takes up the Navcard slot though, so I wonder what happens if you bring the Navcards into Origins.
  21. Remember, this may be an alternate dimension. This may not have even happened in the N4/Moon O4 timeline. Yeaaaaaaaah I'll pass on that option. It's confusing enough playing on one timeline already. So I guess the "plague" Dempsey mentioned in his letter must be referring to the German soldiers turning into zombies, and Maxis also caught it in the process of harvesting 115. It's amazing Richtofen even managed to save Maxis' brain in the midst of all that.
  22. Holy crap... So that corpse on the table was really Maxis!?! Richtofen managed to even transfer Maxis' brain to a new body... Wow, just wow. You'd think Maxis would've mentioned something about being body-swapped in later times...
  23. Well damn... They might just include every perk in this map through this machine What's it called again? Der Wunderfizz?
  24. True. I looked at the videos, and it seems that the price to activate the generators increase by 200 points per player. Not sure about other things... But I do noticed a debris around the PaP area, that costs like what, 2250 points? Seriously, that's quite a lot.
  25. Does this map even have persistent upgrades? I'm pretty sure it only applied to the N4. Since Sal's crew didn't get any, I don't think the O4 will have any either.
