Shadows of Evil-Concept map by me
Uneven Pixel replied to Stop Mocking Me0's topic in Shadows of Evil
Cool concept. I like the xp progression for each map instead of overall rank. makes more sense. I still feel if we had a default, it would be the M1911, as we only have one deviation from that tradition so far. -
Shadows of Evil Confirmed to Be Tied to MOTD + Normal Story
Uneven Pixel replied to Flammenwerfer's topic in Shadows of Evil
Now, I'm no expert with the mythology, but I am just going to theorize here. What if these characters are not actually themselves. What I mean by that is maybe they are in some sort of purgatory, like mob of the dead, except they have been given false memories, and are not actually the characters they think they are. The shadow man could have orchestrated their punishment in Morg City. Speaking of Morg City, does anyone notice that it sounds like "Morgue" City, as in where they keep the dead? Maybe this implies that our characters are dead. Just a theory. -
not convinced. sorry.

Honestly, any W@W map revisited would make sense, because of their relative low input to the story. But also who's to say the NO4 need to go to those locations. There are always new places with zombies that we maybe have never heard of.

Don't forget that Verruckt and most likely Nacht happened before Samantha was in the MPD, according to the CotD radios. MMX thinks yellow eyes is a default state for them, so it could apply to this. Unless of course Samantha immediately gets into the MPD after teleporting. Also, maybe it could still be Origins Sam in control. I'm actually really curious whether we'll have American Sam or German Sam now. I don't think you can tell from her cry in the video what her accent is. It is completely possible for Samantha to already be in the teleporter, as when Richtofen activated it, she went to Griffin Station. And it should still be the German Samantha, as it was in the radio. Actually, if you believe that origins is before WW2, then Agartha, being in multiple dimensions at once, allows samantha (origins version) to be in control of the zombies before the events of Richtofen's betrayal to Maxis.

Hmmm... Very good job Treyarch. You have just bypassed the paradox theory of time travel. Because Samantha resides in Agartha, she is not confined to time and space like we are. and so, the NO4 will not create a paradox of going into the future, because they had no choice in the matter, and samantha would still have known what she did. Also, if origins resides in the same universe as O4, then that would explain why the zombies eyes were yellow before samantha took control. The Origins version of herself WAS in control, and so the eyes would be yellow. The reason they are red in MOTD is because the evil one is in control at that point, which then samantha, by running into the MPD, was put in control of the evil one, allowing her to use his voice (hence the demonic announcer) and the control of the zombies. TREYARCH, YOU FIXED THE STORYLINE WITH A BONUS MAP. YOU ARE GENIUS!

That would be a good idea, if he wasn't doing it on a kindle fire...

Hello Everyone. I am a game designer who is currently making a fan game based on the call of duty series called "Call of Duty: Zombies Collection". I am using maps currently in the series along with some of my own maps that I have come up with. The first map I am adding is called Redemption. Here is the Idea: This map is X2located in France, 1142, during the Crusades. 4 Templars, each an ancestor of the O4, are sent to a fortress that is directly above the location in Origins. These characters are as follows: Elias Rudiger: A German Templar who is knowledgeable in alchemy and mechanics, who has designed a repeating pistol crossbow. This is the starting weapon on this map. Elias dislikes Nikodim, but is good friends with Tarquin. Tarquin Dunwall: English Templar who is a great tactician. Is very religious and finds the zombies to be sent from Satan himself. Tarquin dislikes Tamiko, but is good friends with Elias. Nikodim Bronislav: Russian who moved to France. He cares much about his honor, and does not wish to do anything dishonorable to the Templar Order or his group. Nikodim dislikes Elias, but finds common ground with Tarquin. Tamiko Mayumi: Japanese assassin who was sent to kill Elias for his plans of great weapons, but had his life saved by Elias, and so he swore his allegiance to Elias and the Templars. Tarquin does not like him only because he is a foreigner, but agrees to work with him. These four are sent to this fortress after the black plague has killed the entire town. Behind the fortress, there is a mine of a rare new element: vithral (or as it is known to group 935 in the future, 115). Realizing the potential of this element, they began to excavate this element, using the tools designed by Elias Rudiger. This element kills most of the Templars, as the element is radioactive when first mined. (This explains why there are Templar zombies, as they were supervising the excavation of the element.) Element 115 infects most of the village outside the fortress, and now there is a threat of invasion into neighboring territories. Thinking that this is a curse caused by sin, the Templars send the four to eradicate this threat. Samantha, the daughter of one of the Templars, named Maxis, is inside the fortress, born with a natural immunity to 115 and the Black Plague. She is part of the Easter Egg. (Notice: 115 messes with time and space, so there will be modern weapons on the map. The characters will comment on these as being a necessary evil, because they think they are magic, except for Elias, who marvels at the ingenuity of the guns.) Loading Screen: A flag of the Templar logo, torn. The music playing would be "This", by Lorn.) Starting room: Village - The four start entering the village, starting with the Auto-Bow 3, a semi-automatic crossbow, and 2 Japanese fragment bombs. In the room there is a Kar98k and an Olympia. There is a single door(750), which is an overturned cart that leads to a bridge to the fortress. There are 3 barriers, one coming out of a hut, one out of the ground near the Kar98k, and one that is climbing over a pile of barrels from a connecting street. 2nd Room: Courtyard - After exiting the village over the bridge, you enter the courtyard. The courtyard is the waypoint to all the other parts of the fortress, and also serves as a central hub for the EE. In this room there is the M1927 (Mob of the Dead's Thommy Gun) off the wall, and there are 4 barriers, all from patches of dirt in the ground. There are five doors here, four leading to a path to a tower, one leading to the Tactics room. This is also the default starting location for the box. (Notice: all of the tower paths are almost Identical, except for a different gun in each. Going clockwise from the front left: M16(1200), PPSH-41(2000), B23-R(1100), and MP5 (1000)) In each of the towers there is a der wunderfizz location. Also there is a pedestal in each EE. In the tactic room, there is an AKs74u. There is also a door leading down to the mine. In the Mine there are 4 crystals which you may pick up. There is also a pickaxe here which may be picked up and used like the shovel. EASTER EGG: There are two easter eggs on the map. I will start with the minor one. Hard at work: Dig at all the dig spots. Now the Major Easter egg, called "Bringing the House Down": Since this is in the same are as origins and has much to do with it, it should be noted that the staffs are returning. This map shows the creation of the staffs, as the crystals used in them are of the rarest variety of 115. First you must go to the mine and dig up a crystal. Then take it to any of the four towers and fill it with 115 souls. Then return to the courtyard where there will be a pedestal. Repeat at a different tower each time untill all 4 are completed. This will open the pack a punch. Then go into the town and there will now be a door open to the blacksmith's shop. Here you will find metal which must be forged. Bring it to the auto furnace (designed by Elias) and defend there unroll it is finished. Bring it to the pedestal of choice to craft a staff. Then bring it back to its respective tower and place it on its lightning rod receiver port. This will complete the staff, ready for use. This does not finish the Easter egg though. Repeat for the other staffs (starting at the autoforge) and then bring them down to the mine. Using each staff by shooting the wall, you will open the crazy place. There you will place the staffs to activate the portal. When you do this you will be able to end the game or continue.
