1. 4 of the 7 people who were given USB thumb drives had been to Treyarch Studios.

2. Another person given the USB drive met Josh Olin only a week before.

3. The other two USB drives were given to two representatives at joystiq.com and kotaku.com

5. 5 out of the 7 people who were given these USB Drives have no relationship with Singularity at all.
