Because the transmission says "Kenneth, what's..." i think it likely more refers to the Song from Game Theory from 1987 with the exact same title as mentioned.

Good point, the more and more I look into it the more I am intrigued.

What does Kenneth stand for, if its a code?

What frequency? Radio?

ok so so far what ive deduced is that this is not a cipher. according to the definition of a cipher, it is an algorithm and the video says linear not algorithmic so i dont think its a cipher. im gonna research linear codes more and get back to you

Yes I thought this. Researched owner info of both sites. gknova6.com is located in San Francisco CA, freedom7.com located in Santa Rosa CA, about an hour from San Francisco, but totally different owners. Freedom7.com domain was created in '97. So no link between the two.

By my accounts:

Marie Curie one is solved (Uranium and Plutonium)

Heinrich Hertz one is solved (Freedom = 7, 5 + 5 = 10)

Which leaves the Kryptos cipher. The standard equation here is:

1 - Give a quote that points to the cipher algorithm

2 - MOD

3 - Ciphertext

The kryptos statue has a Vignere table on it, so do we assume the algorithm is another vignere cipher? Then the MOD is four dings (the 4th text in Kryptos was never solved). The cipher text is all numbers (which seem to indicate letters of the alphabet.

Shizzire, I agree, Currie is solved, Hertz is solved. Freedom7 was registered in 1997, but was updated April 3, 2010. No coincidence there.

The text at freedom7.com is odd, and might contain a clue of some kind. A short 15 minute HOPE, and gave me a middle name....... Shepard's middle name was Bartlett.

I don't think the map is important at this point.

The phrase from the message above is from Panel 2 of the KRYPTOS

Alphabet Key from panel 2, was KRYPTOS, passkey was ABSCISSA. I think what we need to find is the passkey here. I've tried numerous combinations of things, CURRIE, HERTZ, PLUTONIUM, URANIUM, KENNEDY, SHEPARD, KENNETH. I tried the elements as alpha and passkeys.

Note also MOD and the 4 tones, they might also be in morse, long long short long. They aren't the same length.

Towards the end when you hear 2 high pitched squelches, the text freedom = 7 and 5 + 5 = 10 shows up at the same time.

I don't know if it would have any relevance, but Marie Curie also went to Paris in 1891* to study physics and math. Later (1898) she discovered radium, which was used in mobile radiography units in WW1 to treat wounded soldiers on the battlefield. They were called "petits curies" and used the radioactive gas that was given off by radium (called radon) to power them. Maybe try using Radon or Radium as a key?
