Interesting thing I found in Black Ops Remix Trailer!

Ok so I was going through the Black Ops trailers to try and find some clues about the game and at the VERY beginning of the trailer it shows Woods watching the space shuttles take off but there is documents being crossed out in front of the footage and I found these coordinates or whatever they are called getting crossed out but it says 21º 2 N 105º 51 E.

Once I found it I decided to type it into google earth and see what I can get out of it.

I then noticed that this was located in Vietnam and in the trailer picture under the coordinates is the words: Vietnam War. This made me think that this is a person or thing was associated with the Vietnam War and maybe the Black Ops campaign. That made me then search it on google again and it seems to be a man named Luong Van Can, but there isn't a lot about him that relates to the Vietnam War or the Cold War.

So the big question is why is this guy even mentioned in the Black Ops trailer and is this something that might take a big role in the Black Ops campaign? What do you guys think cause I think this might lead us to something big. I'm sorry if this has been mentioned or have been posted before.

Hanoi was the capital of North Vietnam (I'm pretty sure it still is, forgive my ignorance, I like history, not the present or future ). That might be where they kept some prisoners and you must rescue them or something. That's what I think!
