A Possible Part of Black Ops Story?

Ok so i was making a GB clan names Special Operations Group, then i decided to go search images for the clan. when i found this image

it is linked to an article, the article is about a group of people (or company) that helped the SOG in the cold war era in veitnam, the only reason i suspect this has a part in black ops because the image resembles the Medal you get with the hardened edition.

Good find. After reading through it it looks like they helped the SOG out on a few missions. I know JD did an interview a while back talking about how if SOG needed air support, they got it. They had all resources at their disposal.

Just so you know SOG stands for Studies and Observations Group, Not special observations group. IDK if you knew that already i just wanted to make that clear.
