ALL Nazi Zombie Knowledge

I am creating this post for one purpose: pool all nazi zombie knowledge everybody has...i will post as much as i can and let you fill in from there

The Story (in Chronological order [as i see it])

Group 935 had a testing facility in Verruckt...the mysterious radio person in Shi No Numa (the one who sent the message to "Peter") was working there with Richtofen and Peter...There were many accidents at the Asylum, including peter's arm needing to be amputated when a zombie had attacked him (explaining the arm in the chair) when the experiment went out of control, Peter left on MRP's (Mysterious Radio Person) orders, supposedly with Richtofen. MRP (Mysterious Radio Person) went to turn the power off before left and Richtofen (who sneaked off the escape vehicle before it left) tried to stop him for whatever reason (possibly to salvage whatever he could and bring it to the Illuminati) he then cut off MRP's arm, explaining the arm on the switch (the only conflicting data would be the arm on the switch in der riese...it could be that treyarch just has a thing for arms on switches, but ill get to that soon) Richtofen escaped while the MRP died in Verruckt...i believe his final act was to send the transmission to Shi No Numa and Peter (who had manged to move the project to shi no numa)

At some point after this, Richtofen is working in Der Riese while Peter was relocated to Shi No Numa. There he is working as Maxis's handpicked personal assistant "Edward" (for those of you still oblivious or just plain stupid, Richtofen IS Edward"...here they are testing the teleporters as possible invasion machines, as well as using the Fly Trap to try to use Die Glocke (some type of UFO). They were also on creating the "Perfect Soldiers" (the zombies themselves.) Imagine it: If you could reanimate fallen soldiers again and again, as well as take enemy soldiers and reanimate them, don't you think your army would win? They were also trying to create better weapons, and they succeeded by making the pack-a-punch machine. Unfortunately, the experiments weren't going as well as planned. Though the DG experiments (the Wunderwaffe and possibly the Ray Gun) were by far exceeding expectations, the Undead soldiers weren't. They were unresponsive to commands and could not teleport, instead exploding on impact with the electricity. Maxis also brought his daughter who had gotten a dog. He had then taken her dog "Fluffy" and tested on her. The Teleportation worked, but she did not reappear at the mainframe. It is assumed that sometime during her teleportation, she became the first hellhound (also during a radio message, maxis pointed out she was going to have puppies, leading us to assume that she had more hellhounds). Samantha, it is assumed (again), that she went looking for fluffy and stumbled upon her father testing on her. Richtofen then locked both Samantha and Maxis in the teleporter room when Fluffy reappeared in her full-fledged Hellhound form. It is likely that they died here. Eventually, the zombie experiment went chaotic, explaining why der riese is empty when we come there. The Eighth Radio, found somewhere in the chemical vats near the Type-100 teleporter, explains why there is an arm on the Electricity switch in der riese, because you can here chaos and zombies attacking in the backround. I have a theory that during this chaos somebody turned off the power and was subsequently dragged off by zombies, explaining the hand on the electricity switch and also explaining why everything is closed at the beginning of the game.

Now some notable Easter Eggs From Verruckt:

The First Appearance of the Teddy Bear

The Musical Toilet (Probably Not Significant)

The Wall with all the writing on it (Notables: Teddy is a liar, Reference to the Tunguska Event, and a biblical passage stating that "Death has climbed in through our windows and has entered our fortresses; it has cut off the children from the streets and the young men from the public squares", as well as a reference to a meteor exploding over pennsylvania)

The First Appearance of the Perk-A-Cola Machines

The Electric Barriers

There are also numerous sound clips of people of all ages screaming (Cheerful place, huh? :D)

Now in Shi no Numa, they had managed to move the experiment there because of their status as allies to the Japanese and the fact that there was a meteor containing element 115 there. Richtofen worked in the doctors quaters, explaining a couple of his voice easter eggs there. Eventually, the zombies nearly overran shi no numa too, but Richotofen managed to contain the zombies and kill Peter, which explains how he managed to hang "himself" from the beams with no platform under him and only one arm (honestly, do YOU think you could hang yourself with only one arm? yeah i didn't think so) This would also explain why Richotofen would seem to know more about zombies than the rest of the group (Nikolai, Dempsey, and Takeo)

Nikolai, Dempsey and Takeo: Victims of Success

By the time the war was drawing to a close, Nikolai, Dempsey, and Takeo had earned quite a bit of infamy from their roles in the war. Nikolai was a Vodka-Drunk russian who had managed to stumble through the war in a drunken haze while killing everybody left and right...Dempsey managed to escape captivity with only a Bobby Pin and his Medal of Honor...Takeo stayed alive during the war (not many japanese soldiers did that [this of course means i have no idea, i just guessed, possibly because he was identified as a killer with no consciece]) All three of them recieved messages, supposedly from their "government officials" that they had to report to Shi No Numa. There they met Richtofen, whom they recruited to their group...they then fought the zombies up to Der Riese.

The Perk-a-cola machines:

This wont be a very long section*

The Perk-A-Cola Machines were engineered in Verruckt to help the German Soldiers try to reach maximum efficiency...They were all manufactured to increase the senses (double tap, speed cola, and possibly Quick Revive), but dull pain felt by bullets (juggernog) They were also placed in all the maps by Richtofen

Notable Easter Eggs in Shi No Numa:

The Wunderwaffe DG-2 appeared for the first time

The Fan Favorites (Nikolai, Dempsey, and Richtofen...I haven't met many people who are takeo fans, but they needed a japanese guy) make their first appearance

Element 115 makes it's first appearance

Hellhounds make their first appearance

Maxis and Sam are supposedly mentioned (The Zombies say SAM! from time to time and Maxis is supposedly the one that says "FETCH ME THEIR SOULS!" at the beginning of every dog round

In the itouch version, it seems as though Peter's body has been buried, but in place of a body or some type of corpse is a Wunderwaffe...this can only be achieved by opening all the huts and finding his grave, which i have gathered can either be in many different places or there are multiple graves...whatever the case, you cannot unlock this easter egg unless you do it in one sitting (you cannot exit out of the app while doing it or it won't work)

Now, our Fan Fav's (FF's for future reference) have been teleported to der riese somehow by richtofen. They encounter wave upon wave of zombies and hellhounds alike. Dempsey is the first to go down, commiting suicide in an I-Am-Legend like why by taking himself out with a couple of zombies. Nikolai is the next to die, as he is seperated from Takeo and Richtofen and tries to gun down a crowd of zombies with his trusty PPSH, but he runs out of ammo and dies a heroic death. Takeo and Richtofen make their final stand at the mainfraim with an Upgraded Browning and and Upgraded MG (in order). Somehow, Richtofen got away (it said on a board in illuminati code "Edward is alive" in der reise") This is further backed up by the itouch tutorial on Nacht Der Untoten where richtofen quickly teaches you everything about zombies before he is zombified himself.

The (Many) Easter Eggs of Der Riese

The Bowie Knife, Pack-A-Punch Machine, and the teleporters make their debut.

There are many clipboards in the animal testing lab that say things such as "I know you did it Edward" as well as "Experiment 935 was a success". There are other things to do with the science behind Nazi zombies that you can view in This Post: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=754

The Fly Trap: If you shoot the panel at the Henge outside of the trench gun hallway, 8 glowing green objects will float up: These are: A Juggernogg Bottle, A PaP Colt, a Monkey Bomb, Two Teddies, A Bowie Knife, a Grenade, and a Molotov. They are located at: the animal cages near the trench gun, a high platform that you can see if you look left at the top of the mainframe, and in the furnace. If you shoot all three in no particular order, Samantha will say you win...GAME OVER! and nothing happens

The Type 99/Sawed off shotty:

There were many rumors that the Type 99 would be added to the box if you completed the fly trap. As it turns out, both the guns were typos (how "Sawed-Off Double Barrel Shotgun" could be a typo is beyond me).

The Mysterious Amm-o-Matic:

There was supposed to be a fifth perk-a-cola machine in both Shi No Numa and Der riese: The Amm-O-Matic. It was supposed to replenish the ammo of any gun if you bought it, supposedly a perk based off of Bandolier from multiplayer. The only thing we know of it is from sound clips and textures found in pc files, but the missing staircase in der riese near the juggernogg machine supposedly led to the amm-o-matic and :o THE PPSH off the wall! :o the only way you could reach the machine was to noclip or mod at first, but eventually, treyarch patched the whole room entirely (neither the amm-o-matic nor the ppsh were in the room, the room was just constructed to the finest detail [minus the ppsh and the amm-o-matic of course])

The Red Liquid: There are science beakers filled with some strange red liquid near the teleporter near the thompson and near the teleporter near the stg. The one next to the green jar in the side room on the right of the teleporter is supposed to be a "juggernogg boost" as it is the only jar that has a sound clip when you press your action button next to it (ps3: square, 360: X and PC: F) as far as i know, it may or may not work. I was once zapped by an upgraded wunderwaffe (which supposedly takes away your juggernogg) AFTER i drank the red liquid...almost immediately after, i was swarmed by zombies, but i took 3 hits before i went to the red...another time, I was also zapped by an upgraded waffle once and i then "drank" the red liquid again...didn't work. I died in two hits again. as far as i can tell, it can vary.

There are planks under all the teleporters that are marked FRA, ENG, and GER. These are supposedly where the teleporter locations were.

There is a billboard behind the box spawn location in the trench gun hallway that has a zombie with the Eifel tower in the backround.

The Monkey Bomb makes its debut. It plays polka to attract the zombies, than explodes. This is particularly useful when trying to reload, revive a downed teammate, or just simply getting some breathing time.

After richtofen got away, the Illuminati started pulling strings again. While transporting the meteor from Shi No Numa, the plane crashed over a german airfield. American Soldiers were transporting the meteor, but were only told that the contents of the crate were "Classified".

They ran to the nearest bunker which happened to be Nacht Der Untoten. The managed to get away and tried to tell the US government, but were captured by the Illuminati and left in Verruckt to die. It is unknown what happened to them after that. They could have possibly escaped and could make a reappearance in black ops, though i doubt it.

Now that the story is done, i will do a quick overview of all the history behind zombies.

Unuptempium, or Element 115, is the supposed element that reanimated the zombies and powered the Wunderwaffe and the Ray Gun. It was actually discovered in 2004, supposedly from a meteor, but since when did Call of Duty care about that?

Xerum 525: Supposedly the red liquid in the jars, Xerum 525 was a highly radioactive liquid used to power Die Glocke. After every test run of it, They had to replace the rubber mats of insulation on the inside, which could explain all the burning things in der riese. Many scientists died of these experiments.

Die Glocke: An invention by German scientists in WWII. During WWII, germany was the most technologically advanced country in the world. If they had gotten their inventions into the theater of war quickly enough, they would have probably won the war. Die Glocke was a part of the Wunderwaffe program (wonder weapons in english) and was supposedly a bell shaped machine that would rotate at high speeds using a radioactive substance called Xerum 525 (see above). Die Glocke is speculated to this day to be some kind of Time Traveling device, a teleporter, or a UFO.

Der Riese:

Der riese is a closed mining facility near braunfells, germany. There is an oddly shaped henge outside, and this caused the UFO theories to be induced.

Wunderwaffe: The wunderwaffe in real life is simply an stg with a flashlight mounted on it with the user wearing a power pack on his/her back.

Remaining things:

The Mystery Box: Supposedly samanthas toy box, but now it carries weapons.

I will start updating this shortly, as new information has come to light in Black Ops that will update the story further

I think thats about it...if you found anything i might have missed, please comment!

Wow now i know the story you get brains :) but why did treyarch block the ppsh and amm-o-matic machine? that would be cool since ppsh upgraded is my favorite in der riese

I think that they removed the amm-o-matic machine because it would be too powerful...imagine, by the time you got to round 25 or so and u ran out of, say, upgraded ray gun ammo, u should have a good 20000 points racked up...even if the Amm-o-matic cost like 5000 points, you could still easily afford it...thts just my view, though they need to fix the ammo problem everybody has, hopefully adding another gun slot...maybe they could make overkill orange soda or something to add another gun

Just a quick edit. It is Xerum 525...

Excellent thread, thank you for linking in one of my topics.

Thanks for the edit, and ur topic was much more thurough than I could have done...thanks :)
