Well, 1354 relating to the alphabet is ACED. Which could also be DECA if spelled backwards. Nothing that stands out comes up for DECA except the Defense Commissary Agency.

You have to Look deeper. I am 100% sure there is a story in GKNOVA6. Maybe it was used to count how long they have, or how many zombies there are. We might never know, but I am going to look for a answer to the numbers.
