carbon, didn't one of the treyarch producers say that zombies had no connection to the story?

i heard that off a lot of people, but remember,

a lie is a lie, just because they write it down and say its truth doesnt mean its true :P

They could of lied saying there was no connection (look at all they things they've done before would it really surprise you? Just another way to hide there secert to create more suspence for launch date) I am mean a lie is a lie just because they write it down and say its the truth dosn't mean it is.

Like I said in the video....

They confirmed you will not be KILLING zombies in singleplayer.

That does not mean there is no connection between the two in terms of a backstory.

I personally think "zombies" will be included in the game, however I can't see them bringing something so... sci-fi into a realisticish game so rather than the conventional type of undead zombie that eats brains I think in a singleplayer mission you'll come across a testing lab where the Commie's are trying to create super soldiers using mind control. You won't necessarily have to kill the "zombies" but you'll discover what the Russki's have been up too and maybe get a peek at said zombie.

Whilst talking to CosmicSilverback (Trevor Walker - Lead Project Engineer) in the chat tonight I asked him whether he could confirm/dismiss the concept of zombies and single player storylines being linked or overlapping, he answered (in more or less these words):

'That's something you're going to want to look at very closely',

'We've hidden a lot of surprises this time'.

So again, not confirmation, not dismissal either....by the looks of the above image which is clearly the same room as the GKNOVA6 site, there is a cross over....surely there is more to this than Treyarch being too lazy and using the same maps/rooms/backgrounds for both modes. (I know the W@W zombie maps were mostly adaptations of multiplayer maps, but this seems too closely linked).
