This time on the right you can see zombie chowing down on someone and in the bottem right u can see fully zombiefied scientist.

I thought for moment it was people forcing someone onto a medical bed. But other than that, I don't see anything new. :P

I thought the same thing, but when the 2nd update first came out. These two posts from the second update's analysis thread should clear things up:

- You see there is many things going on especially seeing some soldiers wearing some gas masks going through this place.(Hospital,Lab?)

On the left side of the screen you will see 4 TVs that connect to each other showing that the zombies actually look like they rip you apart and then consume you.

Before it was just they swing at you til you die.

I also noticed a zombie in full lab-gear. Which--correct me if I am wrong, but--was not featured in the previous GK video, but was rather just scientists.

Both posts were on Thursday, October 21st. No update.
