Zombie matchmaking improvements

Fix for locked ADS after pressing shift-TAB to bring up Steam overlay

Fix for ADS while holding shift as a sniper

tell me something about last two because i cant understand em ;d

If you use the Steam client, Steam runs an overlay so you can use text chat and web browsers and stuff outside of the game you are playing. Think of it as the XMB or Xbox in-game Dashboard for PC.
