Just playing some random Zombies on Kino Der Toten the other day, playing as Richtofen. I went for the chest and got the Teddy. Richtofen proceeded to say...

"Samantha? Samantha where have you run off to?"

Could this mean Samantha is in Kino and Richtofen knows she's there? I little bit of evidence to something much, much bigger I believe...

I think this has already been posted, but not a thread dedicated to her just being on Kino. Anyways, She could very well be on Kino, or just be controlling it overall. You can look into this idea more here:
