Alley, backside by cage..

Electrical Box in corner has a symbol on it, haven't seen it on any other boxes.. it is out of reach for being interactive, but the symbol reminds me of the quill from the cross bow inside of a circle.. at first glance it looks like a NO symbol.. but when you really look at it, it looks like a symbol for the quil from the bow..

I have no capture device, so if anyone can substantiate this with a photo that would be nice ^_^ Who knows I may be wrong?
