Alright if the der riese server ( data-servent ) existed at der riese and is still acesible by remote log in . It would be in Russia becues der riese was in Poland and became a soviate block country after the war . Both bush and oppy claim to have gatherd some info on der riese thru Russian sources . So here's my outa the box idea first I looked at who has acces to Americas dreamland and whatthey were to America and if you wiki vbush you get a nice description of him . Primarly he was the head scientist here and thru random serches I belive. Found his Russian counter part.

Andrei Sakharov ! If any one in Russia had access to the DR dat servent it would be this Guy here's a qoute of his found on wiki

" The division of mankind threatens it with destruction... Only universal cooperation under conditions of intellectual freedom and the lofty moral ideals of socialism and labor, accompanied by the elimination of dogmatism and pressure of the concealed interests of ruling classes, will preserve civilization...

The second basic thesis is that intellectual freedom is essential to human society — freedom to obtain and distribute information, freedom for open-minded and unfearing debate and freedom from pressure by officialdom and prejudices. Such a trinity of freedom of thought is the only guarantee against an infection of people by mass myths, which, in the hands of treacherous hypocrites and demagogues, can be transformed into bloody dictatorship. Freedom of thought is the only guarantee of the feasibility of a scientific democratic approach to politics, economics and culture." (Reflections on Progress, Peaceful Coexistence, and Intellectual Freedom, in The New York Times, July 22, 1968)[28]

This falls in our BO timeline

another simalarity between him and bush is they both had simaler ides concerning data transfer and acceability to all scientists IE the world wide web

Great theory! [brains] I'm not exactly very clever when it come to zombie references based on real life etc. But that sounds good!

I'm starting to think that Russia has a LOT more to do with zombies than we think. I'm gonna make a post about it now.

Thank you I kept thinking there has to be cluEs in the info we were already givin. The bigest clue is these top Americans got there info from Russian sources so why wouldent a Russian have full access to the der riese data servent ! Hopefully this helps put everyone on the right track

[brains] for u that was the exact line that caught my attention and this

From wiki

Research and physics

After 1965 Sakharov returned to fundamental science and began working on particle physics and cosmology.[9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16]

He especially tried to explain the baryon asymmetry of the universe, being the first scientist to introduce two universes called "sheets", linked by the Big Bang. Sakharov achieved there a complete CPT symmetry since the second sheet is enantiomorph (P-symmetry), has an opposite arrow of time (T-symmetry) and is mainly populated by antimatter (C-symmetry) because of an opposite CP-violation. In this model the two universes do not interact, except via local matter accumulation whose density and pressure would become high enough to connect the two sheets through a bridge without spacetime between them, but with geodesics continuity beyond the radius limit allowing an exchange of matter. Sakharov called such singularities a collapse and an anticollapse, which are an alternative to the couple black hole and white hole in the wormhole theory. Sakharov also proposed the idea of induced gravity as an alternative theory of quantum gravity.

Here's a great comperison in his ideas along side VBUSh

Andrei Sakharov's ideas

I foresee a universal information system (UIS), which will give everyone access at any given moment to the contents of any book that has ever been published or any magazine or any fact. The UIS will have individual miniature-computer terminals, central control points for the flood of information, and communication channels incorporating thousands of artificial communications from satellites, cables, and laser lines. Even the partial realization of the UIS will profoundly affect every person, his leisure activities, and his intellectual and artistic development. ...But the true historic role of the UIS will be to break down the barriers to the exchange of information among countries and people." (Saturday Review/World, August 24, 1974)[29

Vbush's ideas

Bush introduced the concept of what he called the memex (possibly derived from "memory extension") during the 1930s, which he imagined as a microfilm-based "device in which an individual stores all his books, records, and communications, and which is mechanized so that it may be consulted with exceeding speed and flexibility. It is an enlarged intimate supplement to his memory." He wanted the memex to behave like the "intricate web of trails carried by the cells of the brain"; essentially, causing the proposed device to be similar to the functions of a human brain. It was also important that it could be easily accessible '"a future device for individual use... a sort of mechanized private file and library" in the shape of a desk'. The important feature of the memex is that it ties two pieces together. Any item can lead to another immediately. Bush explains how the human mind works differently than traditional storage paradigms. For example, data is often stored alphabetically, and to retrieve it one must trace it down from subclass to subclass. The brain, Bush explains, works by association rather than index, and with the brain being one of the "awe-inspiring" phenomena in nature, one should learn from it. [1].

Kinda coincedental ........
