Death Machine (projector Reels)

Anyone know if you collect all 4 projector reels and put them in the projector you get the death machine weapon? We have collected 3 so far in a game.

I am not 100% sure but I think there is only three. And no. You don't get a death machine when you collect them all and put them in the projector.

There is only 3 reels, as in hte pc files, there is only 3, AND the 3 are in one ofd each of the room, so one room is always empty
