What does it shoot? Ice? 8-) Haven't really looked into it. I guess 115 powers it. (Since it is a wonder weapon)

Maybe some of the Character quotes when first picking up the gun from the box (or while using it) may give us some clues to it's origins. :?

Its most likely not in the campaign. I think that Five was originally supposed to be a DLC map, but they decided to add it onto the disc. So if my theory is true, it wouldn't have been in the campaign, since Winters fury was introduced in five.
