Multiplayer issuses? and new "store" ?

hi, today, when i updated witht he 1.04 patch, well everythings gone down hill

ive tryed to get onto multiplayer and it keeps saying " Notice: The Call Of Duty: Black Ops Servers are not avaliable at this time."

and i have a very good internet connection?

But what is also weird, is at the side, with the options, it says:

Xbox live

Local

Options

Store

Main menu

i try to go onto the store but it needs the servers -_-

have any of yous got the same problems?

has the ps3 or pc version got these problems too?

also at the top right hand corner it says 52.23.37.5

Update: I got onto the store, and its just xbl avatar stuff -_-

anywya, i still cant get online :(

Update 2: IM BACK ONLINE, but the servers are messed up :(
