yeah the 25 killstreak sounds like a slowed down version of the guitar rift at the beginning of Beauty of Annihilation (more specifically, the part that leads to the guitar playing the main chorus (the "I can see them everywhere they're all around me etc etc.)

I wish they would have kept the Killstreak counter thing, like in Cod4 and WaW. That 20 killstreak music would have gotten me so amped, duke nukem music ftw!
