Downing your teammates while you're in last stand?

I'm just wondering if anyone else as experienced this before. Twice now I've had a teammate throw a monkey then go to revive me, I stab what looks like a crawler(but is actually a dead body) thats close to them and they end up dying and we get a game over?

Both times it was with the Bowie knife.

Well, I never knifed him ( directly), but something strange has happened before. I was downed with the PAP Ballistic Knife, and a bunch of freakbags were chasing him. He didn't have juggernog, but he was far ahead of any zombies. I fired (jokingly) my Ballistic Knife a bit in front of him and he went down. Now I don't know if I hit him with the knife ( how could that kill him?) or if he got hit by a freakbag ( unlikely, he was too far ahead of them to be hit twice)

Was it possible to shoot yourself with the PaP ballistic knife while downed?

That would be epic!

He may have accidentally moved ontop of you whilst reviving you.

Doing this would down him immediately (due to a strange attempt to stop glitching by Treyarch).

He wouldn't even need to jump, I have been pushed ontop a person I was reviving by a crawlie
