Ascension possible info

OK so EVERYBODY thinks ascension is going to be based off of Executive order. well i think they are wrong.

#1: all over the zombie maps it says "YOU MUST ASCEND FROM DARKNESS" and can you tell me what a rocket has to do with ascending from darkness? i think the map is going to be a lighthouse because you have to ascend from the bottom to get to the top which has a giant light. i don't think the whole map will in the lighthouse but i think a lighthouse is included.

#2: The cosmic silver back will NOT be included, and i will tell you why. what the hell does a giant space monkey have to do with German zombies? the cosmic silver back was created for DOA only. another little thing, FIVE does not have anything to do with the zombies story.

#3: Treyarch wouldn't make it that easy to find out what the map will be based on. Why do you think they wanted to keep it secret?

#4: you guys might be like :o over this but the guy on Youtube that said he played on all the maps at Treyarch is lying. this is why, he said he got invited there to make an upcoming commercial for the map pack and while he was there he played all the maps. well he couldn't of because for one, they weren't finished yet, 2, they wouldn't let some random guy go into Treyarch and play a zombie map that they don't want to talk about. and 3, notice the date the video was posted, January 7th. if he played it a week after the game came out (November 16th) why didn't he post the video earlier? Because he didn't know anything about it until after they released info on the map pack.

#5: Has anyone even THOUGHT about Kino Der Toten? there are only 5 radio messages and the last one leaves us on a cliffhanger. Ascension has to continue with the storyline.

#6: i don't know if anyone knows this but in one of Richtofens lines he says something about patient 2-6. sound familiar? Patient 2-6 was the only zombie that could contain the "Precious Rock". Richtofen must know something about the Theater and what they were doing in there.

this seems likely yet, why would they drop the hint of the silverback being in ascension? Though i do agree that i think it will be in a lighthouse. Especially with the lighthouse pictures while teleporting in der riese and the photo. If it happens to be in a map like launch i would be very dissapointed.

Also, in my personal opinion, I think people are looking into the quote "ascend from darkness" much too literally. The cold war, nuclear arms race, space race, ect. are all significant in the birth of the modern age. Sputnik (blueprints behind monkey diagram) was the first man made object to orbit the earth. Russians launched this completely by surprise to the US. This was what spurred the space race between the Soviets and America. In order to reach the moon first, ALOT of new technology had to be developed, most significant was the computer. Before this computers were gigantic, often filling entire rooms. We NEEDED to develop a much smaller one to serve as the guidance computer for our flight to the moon, because as we know necessity is the mother of invention. Along with all of this was the refinement process of aluminum which was used significantly in the development of the Saturn 5 rockets that took us to the moon. We needed a light but strong metal and at that time, because aluminum had never really been needed, it was one of the most valuable metals on the planet... Now we wrap our leftovers in it... Point being, everything we know today is based upon technology developed to take man into space. So "ascend from darkness" may very well be referring to mans step into the modern age. Thus possibly relating it to this Russian cosmodrome from which Sputnik was launched... Everyone needs to start looking outside the box a bit. Also, when you talk about what the silverbacks have to with German zombies? Not ALL the zombies have been German... Shi no numa? Five? I know you said Five doesn't count, but that's not my point. Also notice they stopped calling it NAZI zombies and now it's just a non-specific "zombies." Plus there is alot of evidence for the cosmodrome, so stop being ignorant and insulting people for believing what they believe. Post your theory and leave it at that, no need to ATTEMPT to prove everyone else wrong with sub-par evidence. Realistically no one knows what it's going to be

Plus, playing in a lighthouse? A: they really aren't that big, so the map would be tiny. B: what happens when you get to the top? Seems like a good place to get trapped and die. 3arc has to consider the replay value of the map, somehow a lighthouse seems like illogical place to host a game based upon running, moving, dodging, and surviving... Just a thought

I didn't say it wouldn't be based off of a launch facility. i said it wouldn't be based off of executive order. after seeing this disappointing news i will probably not play zombies anymore because they are just trying to get money from us now its retarded. also why were you so interested in proving me wrong?

Sorry man, just get a little snippy with people that say stuff like "THIS IS HOW IT'S GOING TO BE." I just feel it was a little close minded, cuz really NOBODY outside 3arc really does. It's just there was so much compelling evidence pointing towards the cosmodrome. Granted it required a little digging, again it just seemed a bit hard headed to completely ignore evidence released by the production company themselves, just because a picture of a light house and a quote. So again dude, didn't mean to sound like a dick, just trying to get you to see why the cosmodrome was a viable option as well.
