PS3 hackers?

Is anyone else seeing some people on Black Ops (For the PS3) that aren't Prestige 15 nor 13 and have golden guns and the 15th emblem callsign?

I saw one guy which was rank 23 and was prestige1,he had a golden AKs-74u and the 15 prestige callsign,some other guy had a golden AUG and also had the same callsign.

well yeah thats true but wat i seen is that theres 15th prestige ppl that only have been online for like an hour or so on there playercard.. and only have plyed like 18 games on there recent games ... wtf rite..

has anybody else seen this...
