The PHD Flopper allows you to create a giant explosion when you do a sprint jump from a high height, suppose some stairs for instance.

He and Llamas are right if you do a sprint to prone off some stairs you have explosions off of your body. I've done it numerous times.

I was doing a 4 man game and we were holding the flopper lander area with 1 guy on each window and two on the front. I actuually went a couple rounds using ONLY flopper and no ammo. It was pretty epic.
