It's clearly Richtofen with a new outfit. I draw Richtofen a lot, and study whatever pictures of his face I can find, so I recognized him instantly.

ok he kinda looks like richtofen and you guys are saying well its him without the hat but if you look his hair is difrent as well so i highly doubt he got a hir cut in a zombie invasion if anything there hair should be growing so im still going to say that is not richtofen

Look at the first pic, you can see a white hair spot next to his temple or whatever you call that in english

Now, look at the kino pics further down, omg same spot, and his hair look the same on the sides and we have never seen the top of his head.

Also, in a zombie appocalypse I would definitely cut my hair from time to time so that the zombies can't pull em and get me or that they blind me.

I think its Rictoven, but I have a theory. What if they all time traveled, but rictoven traveled the fartest in to the future, and maybe he worked for the russians in the future time, and was a test ( explains the suit) and also because he looks older, and different.
