so, we (know?) that there's a perk called phd flopper, maybe its not a drink, but a physical perk, baybe its like a suit you wear.

OR

it the other perk(the running one) a suit that makes your weapons have no weight, so you can run faster(?) thoughts?

Excellent theory. That may be why the Dr. has different clothes (what appears to be a space suit) on and the rest don't. He has a perk. Brains for you. If i did it right .

I'm almost 100% certain it's a new drink. It's a play on Doctor Pepper. Good theory though. Didn't they say there were some other new perks that they haven't named yet though?
