I'm pretty sure that's Richtofen, it's just that he's always worn a hat so we've never realised he was bald.

Also, has no one noticed how much of a badass leader Dempsey makes? I mean, seriously, he looks like he's seen the end of the world (which ironically he has) and lived to tell the tale. :shock:
