Are hit detection problems still happening for you guys?

I quit playing BO a few months ago and when I heard there was a patch I wanted to try it again to see if I could squeeze enough entertainment out of multiplayer to justify buying the map pack for Ascension. I was completely disappointed when my PSG with acog would only register every fifth shot(over blown depiction). So how are you guys doing with your connection?

Note: The matches that I played in I was mostly four bars but sometimes I was three.

There are hit-detection issues for burst-rifles (M16 & G11), LMG's (mostly the HK21 & RPK), and semi-auto rifles (M14 & FN FAL). As for sniper-rifles, I've not had too much experience with them, but I'm sure they're difficult to wield, especially considering the lack of suitable sniping maps in MP.
