Everytime i try to download it a message pops up saying "This item is not available in your location".

I couldnt download DMC4 and GoW2 dlc either, im one damn step of flashing my xbox .

If this isn't working for you make sure it's came out in your time zone...also make sure that your black ops disc is english

Check your xbox to see if the download is pending if not go to the dlc and try it again
